We had a terrible experience at Jackson Glass Works. We heard this was the place for vintage car glass. Since we own a 1972 vista cruiser, we brought it down to the glass works, with another 72 Vista door with the replacement glass in it. They were to replace the window glass from the spare door, and the top vista glass. Unfortunately, the manager put the extra door out by the dumpster with out calling me first! He got rid of something he did not own! These doors are 51 years old, and VERY HARD TO FIND, and this one was straight and rust free - priced at a few hundred dollars! Then, they bent up the chrome around the top glass. Which is made of expensive unobtainium chrome trim!He has been extremely rude to me and my wife! Willing to work nothing out! Now, he didn't charge me for the shoddy repairs, but the repairs are not worth the price of the door!NOT RECOMMENDED!!The photos are after and before

Went here to get two windows chips filled. No appointment necessary and got my truck right in and done within an half hour to 45 minutes. $45 which was way cheaper than Safelite (quote was over $200). Great customer service!!!!!!

I ve had a wonderful experience! Dee worked directly with my insurance company to eliminate the back and forth. The installation was a lot quicker than what was estimated. The staff at Jackson Glass Works surprised me with their down to earth attitudes and honesty. I scheduled a reseal due to water getting into the cabin, and the technician and Dee at the counter explained what they found and why a complete reseal was not necessary, and patched a small imperfection at a great price. They also talked with me about additional troubleshooting I can do myself to find the source of the leak.While my issue may not be solved yet, I know I can trust the staff and come back with any additional problems knowing they will treat me right.

Replaced slider that lost its argon gas. From the friendly, helpful voice over the phone, the measurement of slider the next day to the professionalism of install within two weeks. Outstanding service from start to finish!! Thank you all at Jackson Glass Works!!

I called with questions about glass replacement they were able to come out in a very timely manner along with pricing the very same day I also called the Glass Doctor I had to wait for them to come out 4 days and their pricing was outrageous compared to your company upon coming in today to make a payment Josie was very polite informative and professional all along sharing the history of their family-owned business which has been open for 90 years it was opened in 1933 while talking with Josie we talked about a storm window that I also needed some help with which I had already had glass replacement for the storm window a couple months back and I just couldn't get it back into the framing correctly so I decided to bring the frame and with the glass that was already replaced by your company so when I brought it in Walt was able to assist me with getting out this huge storm window and the glass he was very polite and helpful he told me to wait and they got the glass into the window frame for me and back into my car in less than 10 minutes with no charge I was blown back by how polite and courteous they were along with no charge in this day and age it's hard to get anyone to help you for free so moral of the story is the employee's character speaks volumes I greatly appreciate you guys there thank you so much it really means a lot I would definitely recommend using this company over any other Glass Company in Jackson 10 times over thank you all

I called for an appointment, expecting to plan at least a week out. They got me in next day, even after ordering a windshield! Dropped the car off at 8am and picked it up at 915am. Super fast, friendly, and easy...and it was fairly priced at $250.

They went out of their way to replace my vans' broken window which was complicated due to the custom interior. They let me stay there while they fixed it and their service was fast and very polite. Finished window looks good as it should.Very pleased-Nice job fellas!

Ordered a new window for my 68 Dodge Polara, which is not easy to find around here. They installed the window and did a fantastic job. Staff is very friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond for me.

I very naively attempted a diy project on my aquarium and unfortunately destroyed the pane at the base. Jackson Glass went out of the way to get a replacement sheet cut within a couple hours despite their busy schedule AND cored the hole that d I attempted in the first place. I ll definitely return for any and all of my glass needs.

Awesome! I found out that my insurance deductible was much higher then paying outright for windshield repair. What started as a small crack quickly expaned across the whole windshield. Called for a estimate two weeks ago. The man that took my info said they would be out with in a day or two. Called them last week they said they are behind last I heard from them. I guess they don t need the work. If you were too busy to take on anymore work you should have just said. Don t waste your time with them.

I've taken two cars here for windshield replacements and have never been disappointed. They were recommended by my dealership and worked with my insurance. They have always been great about cleaning up afterwards since a different place I took a car to left shards of glass on the floor and seat.

Jay was so professional on the phone and when I brought both my vehicles in! The service techs did a great job with the replacement windshield. Total easy process, they even covered my $50 glass deductible! Totally recommend

Someone from Jackson Glass called me within 10 minutes of submitting my request to my insurance! The caller was polite and professional while scheduling me and my appointment was completed in a timely manner and they even offered a loaner while my windshield got replaced. Receptionist was courteous at pick up and drop off. Great professional crew. Will be back (if ever needed) and will recommend to family and friends.
