Absolutely THRILLED to have found this dealership. We live two hours away and stumbled on this highly rated dealership that just listed an Odyssey that morning. My husband and I were both working, and they were very helpful helping us through the process via text and emailing documents. They also stayed an hour and a half past close, Our specific sales guy, and also one of the owners. They were so thorough And yes, speedy. We are so thankful we found them. We will for sure be purchasing our next vehicle through them as well.

I bought a vehicle there and all they tried to sell me was a vehicle. No high pressure to get an extended warranty or undercoating, or tire and wheel protection. A totally smooth process. About as in and out as you can get when purchasing a vehicle.

Huff Auto Group had the exact model of Tesla that my husband has been dreaming of for a long time. I met with Gary Huff and he was great going over all the details and features of the car. Shannon and John helped us get all the details with finance in place and have partnered with a family focused bank. In a couple days we had everything all set and Gary and his son delivered the car to us personally. We are small business owners ourselves so our mission to to buy local as often as we are able. So working with them just made sense. The team at Huff's made it so easy and stress-free to buy the car we always wanted. We are looking forward to working with them again in the future. Thank you!

Never bought a vehicle here but drive by often and the vehicles look unbelievably clean and shine with a glint that if you catch that glint in the eye, you're gonna crash. Probably part of their business model so good for them. Keep it up!

my fiance just purchased a vehicle 2 weeks ago and they had it for 7 days of them 2 weeks. And said they were going to make it right but when we picked it back up today. There was parts in the front seat that was never installed. Also they had an alignment done at budget tire and that was for nothing because we told huff it needed new struts and they didn't replace them so the suspension mounts were left in the front seat because budget tire could not complete the work with the truck having bad struts.Also budget tire advised us all the rotors are all. shot along with cv axle boots and new tierod boot is twisted and under pressure. Fianc� called huff and spoke to Shannon who got very rude with her this time and said as of now on they will charge us 50/50. Even though the parts they agreed to replace was never replaced. Also Shannon resorted to calling us names while speaking with the guy at budget tire. She is very Unprofessional. Also what huff didn't realize is that we had a samsung smart tag in our vehicle the whole time tracking it and their mechanic put 91 miles on our truck and also we have screen shots of the tracking system which showed my truck sitting at a bar for 4 hours in parma. we would like huff to take care of these problems. This is the second vehicle we have bought from huff. Also would like Shannon to go through some customer service training her talking to another business and calling us names is very Unprofessional and the way she talked to my fiance is very unnecessary.The owner or main manager needs to knows what is going on but Shannon says we don't need to speak with him that she would take care of the problems. which was proved that the problems was not resolved.in the pictures it shows trip A which I reset in huff parking lot when it was dropped off.I also just added the repair list from budget which states the struts need repaired. Also Shannon told budget we have been a big pain in the butt and problem child's.

I just purchased a 2020 Equinox from Huff with the help of Jerry Simpson and owner Gary. They were great about not pressuring me while I tried to decide if I needed a new car. They have gone out of their way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Thank you Huff Auto Group. Would definitely recommend.

Bought a truck remotely from FL unseen since the pictures on the site showed the vehicle with 1XX on the odometer.After asking questions about the trim of the truck I would be receiving, I was advised by a person at the dealer that it was a trim level which upon further inspection of the vin, it was revealed that it was a base model and not the one I had been led to believe.That s just the beginning of this ore-deal, upon receiving the title paperwork in the mail, it was documented at 3XX but when the vehicle actually arrived, it said it was 934 miles even though the reading was documented only as 3XX miles.When the truck was delivered, it was discovered that an a/c vent on the A pillar has been detached (picture) and worse of all the truck s brakes are locked (picture) and the owner tells me to have the vehicle towed to my local dealer to get figured out.I was thinking I was buying a practically new vehicle and would not need to take it from a dealer to another dealer to get diagnosed/ fixed.I had to pay the driver out of pocket to get it back to them and have to potentially hire an attorney since I tried multiple times to get in contact with them and had no answers but a voicemail.

Bought a 2020 Suburban, so as you can imagine $50,000+ for this vehicle. Have had it for just over a year and now I have to put $10,000 into it just so it s deemed safe to drive! We have put less than 20,000 miles on it and now it s un useable

I worked for Huff Auto for 3 years, they were the most genuine employer I ever had the experience of working for. Don Huff is the nicest, most honest boss I ever had the pleasure working for. I didn't even apply for the job, he just took me on after just helping a friend who worked there. Everyone was so cool there. Donny, Blair and Ira were always a pleasure to work with. Never had a bad day working there. I pursued my own buisness. They have to be the most honest car dealership in town. Unlike monster motors they care about their customers and they don'ttake advantage of people who don't have much knowledge about cars. I would highly recommend buying a car from them. They actually will make sure that you are getting a good car and they won't sell you a lemon. Good honest people. Thank you Don Huff

I just purchased a 2019 Chevy traverse and I m so in love with it. I told Shannon exactly what I needed out of a vehicle with having children and being on the road all the time. She did exactly that. Thank you so much Shannon. Your easy to work with and you know your stuff.This is the first vehicle I ve purchased from them. Shannon always makes it right. If something is wrong she goes above and beyond. I highly recommend Huff Auto.

After 50+ years of buying my personal vehicles from OEM dealers, this was my first purchase from an independent, pre-owned vehicle reseller. Tremendous selection and variety of first class vehicles. They found and sourced exactly what I wanted. Great people to work. Very accommodating. Outstanding overall value. Huff Auto Group is, now, the "go to" option for my family's vehicles.

I am giving 4 stars instead of 5.... Though I am extremely happy that this company took care of the issue within the 30 day warranty, and everyone I talked to was very helpful and nice, and I would still recommend this company to buy a vehicle.... the only complaint that I would have is that I took my vehicle in with 3/4 tank of fuel and was returned with a quarter tank. Whereas the loner that was given to me was filled back to what it was when they gave it to me with my own money.

Everyone was so nice and amazing!! I played a game and won $100!! Getting everything approved was a breeze and I'm so happy with the new jeep I got. I would highly recommend going to huff to buy a car!

I bought for the first time at Huff to avoid the ridiculous prices for new trucks. Blair Huff and staff was easy to work with and willing to negotiate. They also had a nice selection of trucks on the lot. Excellent experience and highly recommend if your in the market for a quality used vehicle.

Beyond satisfied with my vehicle and the service I received at Huff Auto Group. Blair treated me like family and I felt no pressure to buy. I bought a vehicle from Huff Auto Group over 2 years ago and had a great experience! I was referred by my family members who have all purchased vehicles there as well as most of my friends, all of them have received great service and love their cars! I got a great deal, got more for my trade then expected and have had no problems with my car other then normal maintenance and that's saying something considering the year/mileage on my SUV. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used car, they are a family business and have a great reputation in Jackson and surrounding areas for a good reason!!!

Happy Camper!! A few weeks ago I purchased a RV from Gary at Huff Auto. I personally had never made such a purchase and was excited and nervous of this decision to buy. Gary couldn t have been kinder and more reassuring, he even had things rechecked for me even though knowing when last operated they were all fine. I have to say I couldn t have been more pleased with how I was treated, you would have thought I was a long time customer, when in fact it was the first time I had ever dealt with Huff Auto. I have made my first trip in the RV and love my decision to buy this RV. Thank you Gary and Huff auto.
