Was looking for a Bad Boy zero turn dealer that had Kawasaki engines. found this place and bought a Bad Boy avenger. Worked with the owner on the purchase and was out relatively quickly. The owner was very nice and a joy to chat with. Will definitely be back here for more equipment as they sell much more than lawn mowers.

Excellent service, completely satisfied with my experience with Howe's Service dept. I have a 2004 Polaris ATV (would not start), the dealer in Lansing refused to even look at it. Contacted Howe and Spence's response was more along the line of No problem, bring it on in. Repairs were right in line of what my expectations were. It has never run better.

Howe's was great to work with. I wanted to keep my business local and they were willing to accommodate what was needed to make that happen. I will definitely return for any service I need and highly recommend them. If you don't buy from them at least give them the opportunity to earn your business.

Awesome customer service at Howe Equipment, had a small fallen tree I needed to take car of and went in search of a chainsaw. The guys helped me pick out and size what saw I needed then went over oils, mixtures, warranties and functionality of the machine. Got it home and made quick work of the small mess. Shout out to Jason for all his knowledge!

Sales service could not have been better. I bought this 2019 Polaris ATV with brand new winch and plow on a Friday morning and it was delivered before 12:30 that same day. And I live 75 miles away!

Matt was extremely helpful in helping me pick out a zero turn mower. I tested out three different ones before making up my mind and he answered questions I had on each one. He also gave me a good trade in on my previous lawn tractor. Highly recommend Howe Equipment. Thanks!!!

I purchased a used ATV and unfortunately I ended up having several issues (at no fault of Howe's) with the machine. Matt, John, and Spence all did a great job helping me resolve my issues. Matt made the situation right and I appreciate everyone there. I even ended up purchasing a new Toro Zero Turn lawn mower because of the excellent service I received. I highly recommend them. They definitely will make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

I stopped by to use the incredibly cozy restroom. I usually browse the trimmer line, I prefer the Echo Black Diamond, it has a unique taste that you grow to love, this is the only place close enough I can visit that has it in stock, but I am not recognized. They also have deals on awesome zero-turn mowers and enclosed trailers. It's definitely worth the trip for a visit if you have never partaken if Black Diamond.

I purchased a 7x16 darkhorse trailer from Matt last week and couldn't be more happy with the purchase, awsome trailer for a great deal. Matt went above and beyond with his customer service and got me a great deal i will definitely be returning very soon for another trailer for my growing company. I highly recommended Howe equipment for any perchance or service needed as he goes above and beyond for all his customers.

I went to Howe Equipment with a warranty issue on a brand new mower. Matt and his staff stepped up and went above and beyond to help me. Great customer service is lacking in much of society today, but not at Howe Equipment.

I found Howe equipment advertised on Facebook Marketplace I made a phone call, the people were very polite and courteous I drove down to Jackson looked at the equipment the trailer I bought was spectacular it was beyond my expectations I was very happy with it so I purchased it the purchase process went very smooth and I was very happy thank you to Howe equipment for making this process effortless if I have needs in the future I will turn to you thank you. I have already told several friends about my experience with you.

Gave me a fair trade in price towards another used mower. Which ended up having a pump seal go bad shortly after purchase he said bring it back and they'll fix it , make it right which they did. Great customer service I highly recommend them as a dealer.

The people there are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They helped me choose the right mower for my needs. I love my new 60" Titan. I went from 2 1/2 - 3 hours to cut my lawn, down to a little over an hour. It looks more even than it ever has.

I loved everything about my time with them. They delivered my new mower the same day I bought it. All assembly was already done. They even took the old mower out of the way for me. Such an awesome blessing every step of the way. They even filled the tank.

I love the used mower we bought from Howe Equipment! We saved a bunch of money, and when I called Matt because it wouldn't start one day he patiently walked me through it and we figured out I didn't have the parking brake engaged. He was so nice about it. The mower is great and I highly recommend this company!

I've had nothing but great experiences with Howe equipment! I've purchased 2 four wheelers, zero turn mower, and have had them fix equipment for me. They are always fast, friendly, and fair. I would highly recommend anyone to them.

They ordered my part and there was a delay in getting the part . They contacted me and let me know of the issue. The next day they pulled the part off of one of there display model . So I wouldn t have to wait . I d highly recommend them Thank you for the great service

Highly recommend these guys! I bought a Honda pioneer from them and had a great experience with them, they were extremely helpful. I also had them fix a four wheeler that I was having problems with and they were extremely fair with me and they were able to get it running like new again! Highly recommend!

I usually don't do reviews but, in this case, I needed to. I was in the market for a new zero turn mower and looked at several brands at several dealers near me. At most of the dealers I felt like it almost was a bother for them to answer my questions about which mower and brand I should buy and why. I was never offered the chance to test ride any of the mowers until I stumbled on Howe Equipment, which I found on Facebook. As they are a 30 plus mile drive from my place, I decided to call them first. What a surprise it was to talk to them. From the first they were polite and more than willing to answer any and all my questions. After my conversation with them I knew it would be worth my time to drive to Jackson and check out their Toro zero turn mowers. When I arrived at their shop and looked at the different models, I was torn between a 60-inch timecutter without the myride feature and a 54-inch timecutter with myride. To my surprise I was offered the chance to ride both models to see which I liked best. For me with my 65-year-old back the 54-inch with the myride was it. Once my decision was made, I negotiated a price including delivery and the deal was done. By the way the price I paid with delivery to me was less than the same mower at a big box store in Lansing. When they delivered my mower, I offered the driver a $20 tip for his trouble, he politely declined saying it was not needed. They also called me after the sale to inquire if I was still happy with my mower. Howe Equipment does business the right way. To some it may be old fashioned, but to me it is how all business should be done. If I ever buy another mower, it will be from them.

I inquired online about a couple atv's that were posted on the company's Facebook. The guy gave me pricing for 2 quads and I said I would make the trip there today, 1 hour one way. Upon arrival the quad I had inquired about I was informed was sold 3 days prior (yet someone gave me a price on it just hours before).. the other quad I was interested in was on the lot but wouldn't start. The description online said "runs and drives well, ready to plow" . Can't say how it runs because it wouldn't even start while I was there. Waste of my time and 100 miles worth of gas. Not impressed, a little comprehensive communication could've gotten them a customer but here we are.

We came across Matt and Howe Equipment earlier this year while looking for a used Side by Side. They had a couple options available at the time and we ended up purchasing our 2014 Yamaha Viking from them. This machine has been absolutely flawless. Can't wait to use the snow plow that came with it. Excellent communication and customer service.

Our small farm in Dexter provides a great of rugged mowing needs. Several years ago after 30 years of tedious mowing with a small sit-down mower, Matt helped me find a zero-turn mower that more than meets the needs of the farm, and he saved me a lot of money in finding the right mower. At that time my only worry was that I'd never operated a zero-turn and it was a little overwhelming. I needn't have worried, Matt brought the mower to me, gave me specific instructions and then also made a video for me that walked me through each step of starting the mower, engaging the blades and steering, so that I could reference when needed. So helpful! I've also had the mower serviced regularly by Howe Equipment, they are so pleasant and prompt in picking the mower up, fixing it and returning it quickly. I'm very happy with my mower and so appreciative for the excellence in customer service from Howe Equipment!

The guys at Howe are ROCKSTARS! They are knowledgeable, accommodating, and have a wonderful selection of new and used inventory. The buying process is easy with top notch customer service from start to finish. I love to see new businesses in Jackson that are built on integrity and quality service. Howe Equipment has my highest recommendation!!!
