GREAT SERVICE AND VERY FRIENDLY STAFF. AWESOME JOB DONE ON MY 2012 CHARGER. GREAT PRICE FOR MY WINDSHIELD EVEN WITH ITS SPECIAL FEATURES. ALL WAS DONE AND READY TO GO IN AN HOUR AND A HALF. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANY GLASS NEEDS.

When you're in distress or if you're in doubt we're always looking for someone to help us out professionally I would absolutely never use this business their price is double the price of Jackson glass the representative came out he had less than three words to say to me and he gave me a quote in less than 3 minutes I said wow that's fast and he said yeah that's what calculators do please take the time and shop around look for local company Jackson Glass Works has been open for 90 years it's a family-owned business very professional very informative and I'm quite sure you will save a whole lot more money don't be afraid to shop around if you're looking to save money some people only want money myself presumably I am looking for a person's character and maybe even learning something as I go through a unfortunate situation. This is the price I got for one window being repaired on site which would have to wait up to 3 weeks the price I've already paid is almost $300 less never ever use this company to be exact I'm saving $279.04... I'm looking to be able to trust learn and be respected while spending my money I do not honor or like greedy people who are dishonest Glass Doctor you guys should really be precise on quoting prices and maybe looking to hire people that have a better moral compass a person's character can speak volumes this guy's sure did that come to my house he was ready to rip me off run from the glass doctor if you can

I came early to my appointment by over an hour, they said it would take up to 90 minutes for a complete window repair and had me out in less than an hour. Sammy was super friendly and energetic. They also had the cheapest quote in time. They got my business for life and my windshield looks great!!

I was amazed by this service! I called to get a chip fixed in my car and same day it was fixed. They even came to my job to fix it. I am highly impressed with qualify and service. The service tech was super friendly and also gave you updates when they were on their way. 110% recommend them

Probably one of the best customer service experiences ever. I could have sat in the waiting room all day just to chat with the ladies up front, they were so warm and friendly. Kathleen made me fresh coffee and even talked me through making the claim on the phone with my insurance company. The guys in the shop got to my car right away and fixed the windshield chips, quick and quality service. I rarely leave reviews but they deserve a good one!

Rich and Josh came out to replace my windshield in my car. They came right out to my house. They were so friendly, fast, and professional in the work they did. I came here on a recommendation and will definitely use your business in the future after this experience!

Sam was very accommodating and friendly! They got me in the very next morning after I called and took less than an hour to put my new glass in! Very cost friendly as well, other places quoted $50-$100 more, blah. Glass Doctor is the place to go and ask for Sam!! Thank youuuuuuu!

EVERY repair we have had, we've had to have someone come back out. Or take the vehicle back to get the work re done as it was not done properly the first time. They are also not very keen on repairs on home windows as well. Very unprofessional and rude.

I needed to have my windshield replaced on my focus. Not only did Glass Doctors have what I needed but they were the lowest price. I called hillsdale,coldwater,and Jackson to price it out and they were on average 60$ cheaper then any other company I called. Not only were they the cheapest the lady I talked with on the phone even made sure they would come to my home and replace the windshield in my driveway! Then when the worker was in route to my home he called me to inform me and I was able to run into town to get my kids from school before he showed up. The entire process was easy and took under 45 minutes! I highly recommend this place!

I put my information in on the website after closing hours as to what truck I had that needed a new windshield. I got a call early the next morning telling me how cheap it would be for them to come out to me while I was at work to replace it. It was less than HALF of what I was going to pay at Safelite. They got to my work and replaced my windshield in less than an hour! 10/10 will DEFINITELY be calling them again for any glass repairs or replacements I'll need. Highly recommend these guys!

Excellent price and service and arranged to do on my time at my house. Logan and Peri were friendly and knowledgeable. They completely replaced Windows on two of my vehicles and we're done in a timely manner. Would recommend them to others. Very happy with the whole process from getting an appointment to them doing the work.

They returned my call first thing the next business day. Jenna was incredibly helpful. I was able to wait while they fixed my windshield and everything looked amazing upon completion.

Excellent, fast service. Least expensive in Jackson County! Logan did a great job on our windshield....only took 45 minutes! Josh and Candace were extremely friendly and I enjoyed my wait! Mark kept his word and gave me the price he quoted me several months ago!!! I called and got an appointment immediately!!! Candace is a sweet girl and will make sure you are treated well!!!! I will be back and refer my friends and family to them!

Just got my windshield replaced and already got a rock chip. Mike - CSR was extremely helpful and fixed very quickly for no charge. Great warranty - 1 year of rock chips and 1 replacement windshield if necessary. He was very friendly and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. He is a tremendous asset to the company. I am very happy that I had them replace my windshield and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Great service and policy. I had my trucks windshield replaced early this year. Gravel truck peppered my windshield a couple months later and I found out they would replace it for me as a road hazard. Both times I've been in they've been very quick and professional.

They did the needed repair quickly and left my little S10 cleaner than when I brought it. Then as I was leaving reminded me that I had one year of glass breakage coverage free with the new windshield. Not only was the service great but I couldn't find anyone cheaper. My wife has a crack in her windshield and she's going there soon. From now on this is our auto glass repair place.

I just had Logan and Peri come and replace my windshield at my home. They explained the process and we're very professional! They were efficient and we're done in no time! I'll definitely recommend them!

Had a windshield replaced in January 2018, very smooth process. After 17 months it got a crack at the bottom of the inside about 6 inches long. They stood by their work and product quality and took care of us with a replacement.

They fixed a crack on my windshield and did a fantastic job!! The receptionist was very sweet! And the guy that fixed my windshield was very nice and explained everything to me in a great way!! Recommend!!

Josh and Logan came out to my house this past week and replaced my cracked windshield. They were very friendly and courteous. Josh was wonderful with my 2 year old who just wanted to help out and wouldn't stay out of the way. The window replacement seems just about perfect. I can't think of enough positive things to say about them. And it only took them 30 minutes. I would definitely use them again if I find myself in need of a new windshield.
