This was not a good experience at all. Needed some paint bubble repaired on my vehicle. An appointment was set up through my dealership. I dropped my vehicle the night before. Went all day Monday and never heard from Gerber. I called in Tuesday morning, and as I had wondered, my vehicle had not even been started. The receptionist said there was not a verified payment, and I needed to talk to my dealership. The dealership had the payment arranged by 10am. That person did not relay the information, and therefor, my vehicle sat yet again for another day. No communication on Wednesday. Called to check Thursday, and they said it still was not ready. Finally that Friday, I showed up. They had it in the back still, and were "polishing it up" I dropped my vehicle off clean, inside and out, yet for some reason it went into their wash bay two different times. As for getting home with it finally, it looks like it had scratches all over the entire hood, the only panel that was supposed to be getting repainted. The decal was put on completely crooked, and not spaced correctly. I also had to go back, and request the weather stripping for under the hood, as that had not been put back on. Five days, and only had to be fixed in two spots on the hood. What a terrible experience with what should be a nationally known chain for paint and collision repair.Service: Painting

EDIT: the response given by the company is a generic one they seem to be giving everyone to save face. No general manager has been in contact with me at this point in time. Boo.My car was supposed to be returned almost a week ago but additional damages were found. Fair. I understand that. Multiple times now I ve been told my car will be done tomorrow, and then tomorrow comes and it s in the same state it was in the day before. I didn t rush anyone, you guys said my car would be done tomorrow on your own and can t keep your deadlines. So yesterday I call since the last response I received was Monday, when you said you were getting the glass installed and it was then going to clean up, but when I called yesterday, you told me the glass department never got the invoice . So you let my car sit for two days without responding to me and making me think it was essentially done and in clean up, and I had to last minute cancel an important doctor appointment because I couldn t get a straight answer until calling. I don t care about the time it takes, just stop lying and saying tomorrow when I didn t even rush you and you re not even trying to keep that deadline, you re just letting it sit.Services: Painting, Auto glass repair, Body & Trim

Had to have my car hood repainted after getting scratches from Oasis Car Wash. Great business to work with! They keep you updated during repairs and do great work!Will use them for any future needs!Service: Painting

These guys did a great job on collision damage to my vehicle. They even detailed the interior and washed the exterior. They quoted 7 days to do the repairs and were done in 3 days. Highly satisfied. They are AMAZING! I had them replace a door handle on my car. Not only were they reasonably priced, but they do GREAT work. They even went above and beyond and vacuumed out my car, they buffered my scratched up cloudy headlight and made it look brand new, they are super friendly. I cannot sing their praises enough. I will most certainly be coming back here and I recommend them to anyone who likes good quality work and excellent customer service.

I will never deal with this company in Jackson ever again.. they are rude, I should say Steve is , Steve in my opinion believes he can speak to others however and they should like it, and he has no disregard as to what a person may have gone through to end up at Gerber to begin with, zero customer service skills. If my vehicle had not been deemed totaled it would have been moved to another collision shop for repair, to just not have to deal with him..

The front of my truck looks brand new! Great job y'all. The only reason it's 4 and not 5 is the crazy amount of pine sap on the windshield. It wasn't there the last time I saw my truck and I have a loooong drive home looking through and around it.

When Dusty's was Olivers, I had body work done there then and had excellent results. Since then, I have had work done twice at Dusty's with horrible results. They stalled on time to turn estimates in, I had to return to have headlights adjusted, Dusty's returned my car not running properly, which ended up with me having to pay for repairs that were a result of the accident. So in closing, if you want a lot of headaches, go to dusty's, if not, go somewhere else.

The body work was decent but I left an item at the shop that was too big for me to transport home and said I would return in a short time to get it. When I returned it mysteriously disappeared and I was blew off. This was no small insignificant item..it was worth 250$ and they took it and acted like nothing happened. Never again will I use this place because of their dishonesty...and I would never recommend them to anyone.

I took my truck in for some body damage after someone backed into it. They did an excellent job repairing it and even had it done 3 days ahead of schedule.

Did a great job fixing my bumper on my truck and buffed out the scratch that Owais car put in. Only thing other auto bodies have done a better job detailing.

It now Dustys and the customer service SUCKS.. Took my car in for a quote, was told they would call me back at noon with the price, had to call them 3 time in 3 days just to get a overpriced quote . Thousands more than originally said.

worst collision shop in Jackson wouldn't ever take my vehicles here again go to Tripps way nicer customer service and they don't mess up thing then blame it on the customer olivers is horrible many of my friends and family and coworkers know of my experience with this joke of a place and none will return nor have vehicles worked on here again.

They do mobile glass replacement and can't service/replace the glass on a vehicle less than 10 miles from there location.
