I went in for a quote on tires for my car. It was a bit higher than I wanted to pay, but Eli was able to price match my previous quote from Sam's Club with better tires! Had to wait 1.5 hrs, but that was because a ton of people showed up with appointments and they squeezed me in. Overall I'd recommend. Great customer service!

I had an amazing experience from start to finish. Booking a appt and buying online was easy. Wait was short Tyler was super nice and Dre did a a phenomenal job making sure my car made it home safe! Will come here with all my vehicles!

We were in 2 weeks ago when my daughter had a faulty tire. The man who answered the phone told us to just come in as he had plenty of guys working that day and it shouldn't take too long. He was just as personable and patient when we arrived, even though they were busy. They were honest and told her she only needed to replace the front tires and they were done in about an hour. Overall it was a pleasant experience, especially after calls to some other tire places previously. I will definitely return here for our next tires.

Bought tires here 8 years ago. Got the road hazard warranty. Had a slow leak. Assumed it was a nail. Went in. Peaceful atmosphere. Not like 8 years ago. Very professional. Had me in and out in a few minutes. No charge. Didn't try to sell me anything. My rim is corroding at the seal area. They took a wire brush to it. Slapped some sealer on it and I was out of there. Highly recommend.

Tip: Always make your appointment online! They were packed when I walked in. When I left most of the same people were still waiting. (walk-ins) Manager was nice. Techs nice. Great deal on tires. Happy Me.

I had a flat tire on a business trip that was not repairable. Eli helped me get back on the road with a new set of tires and out the door in less than 50 minutes. Great customer service!

I dropped my car off with a set of tires at 9am today, and I was told my car would be ready by lunch time. That was perfectly fine, as I didn't need my car until 4pm when I get off work. I never got a cal, which, I didn't think anything of, but when I call to check on the status, the automated answering machine told me my car would be ready @ 5. Guess who's car was not done when he showed up? Mine! Why did they have my car all day, and never even call to give me the bad news. It feels like they didn't prioritize me because I didn't buy my tires from them. If you value customer service, go elsewhere!!!!

These guys have been my go to for over a decade and they never disappoint. Eli was a huge help getting me new tires and it took 30 minutes. I will always recommend this shop

Came in with appointment to replace all 4 tires. Was very impessed with Eli who was handling other clients who had flat tire or other issues who did not have appointments. The store was very busy with people who had appointments and a couple people wanted immediate attention. Eli was very patient and gave them options. Have used Discount Tire because I am always treated well and this just confirms my choice.

Had a couple tires put on my work vehicle today. Salesman was polite, professional and had lots of options for the size I needed. Prices were competitive. Service was completed in about an hour.

Had a very good experience with Discount Tire. The sales person was extremely knowledgeable and professional and explained everything about the products that I was purchasing. I am extremely pleased with the staff and service that was provided.

Went there to get a tire. Ended up needing 2. They explained thorughly what was going on. Very polite and managed to squeeze me into their already busy schedule. Never made me feel less than just because I am a woman.

The wait on a Friday was 3hr. The price was a bit high, everyone was working hard. Good quality tires and workmanship. Hard working employees. Good job everyone! They could improve some

Made an appointment to repair my flat tire but they barely looked at it and told me the damage was irreparable and I'd need to get a replacement tire for $224. Left and went to Budget Tire down the street on Lansing Ave and they said it was just a bead leak and repaired it for free! Don't go here, they just want to sell you stuff. Go to Budget Tire instead

Stopped doing business here, heartbroken customer. I dropped a car off for aftermarket wheels and tires upgrade. My work schedule was packed, so I wasn't able to pick up the car until later in the week. When I got the car, my factory wheels were all there in its cab, bagged, but the old tires were removed. I thought this was weird because I did not authorize or request shop to remove old tires. What if I wanted to sell the car and keep new wheels, or swap wheels seasonally? I was very disappointed and confused why a technician would do more work just to botch a wheel upgrade. When I complained, they gave me a $100 voucher. I naively accepted because I hadn't bought used tires in years. Then I still would need to pay someone again for labor. At least three of the four old tires they confiscated still had tread on. This happened last year and I'm still perturbed about it. Made no common sense. Due to this service failure I decided to collect my refund on a deposit for another wheel work order and canceled.

Walk in for a flat tire. Ended up buying new tires. Super busy. They have a 2 hour wait time. Our truck was done perfectly in one hour 15 minutes!!! They were all very professional and provided excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend

Came in with a leaking tire and they not only got us in that day, but they got it done within less than an hour AND did it for no charge. (It was a nail lol) So grateful! will be coming back when it's time for new ones

I wanted to say thank you. Your customer service here at the Jackson location is outstanding. I had a tire repaired that was bought at Discount. Right after I had the tire repaired I had a vibration. You didn't question it at all you just got me in and went over and above to make sure things were right. A personal thank you to my service tech Dre!

I've been a customer for life until today. Since I first bought my car when I was 16, I've only ever bought tires from here. I'd say that between my personal vehicles, trailers, and company vehicles, I have purchased well over $20,000 worth of tires in the past decade. Service is always fast courteous. On Wednesday, August 9th, I got online to find tires for my trailer. After setting up an appointment online, I called the store directly to confirm that they indeed had my tires in stock. I was told they were available for today's installation. When I asked if I could get 2 new steel rims for the trailer, they stated that that would not be a problem either. I showed up for my scheduled appointment and dropped off the tires to confirm sizing with new wheels and tires. After a couple of hours, I returned only to see that no work had been done. The salesperson stated that they no longer had those wheels in stock and that I could swap tires onto existing rims and bring them back when new rims were in stock. I needed my trailer for the weekend, so I agreed and waited another hour for just the tires to be replaced on my existing rims. I left with only new tires while already paid in full for rims that were on order. I got a call on Friday from the salesman that my rims had just arrived and were ready at my earliest convenience. I told the associate that I would be in on Tuesday when I returned home from my trip. Today, I showed up to the store and said I was here to get these rims swapped for the wheels I had purchased last week and was called and confirmed were now in stock. I dropped my van with the trailer only to get a call about 30 minutes later telling me they did NOT have the rims and were hoping they would be on the FedEx truck today, arriving at noon. I waited until after 1pm when I returned to the store to find my trailer with existing old rims and again... no work done. When I confronted the salesperson about my problem, he said they could still get it done today. At this point, I've lost all faith that they CAN get the job accomplished i asked to speak with the shop manager at which point the gentleman rolled his eyes while we stated that he was indeed the manger. I said I no longer was going to give them my business and requested a refund for the wheels. This was my fifth trip back to the store, and they wanted me to come back again! Remember, this is all for rims and tires that they confirmed with me over the phone they had in stock. With a very over the top, obviously mocking, and very non sincere way, he told me to have a great day. They might be able to change or plug a tire, but they can't tell you what they have in stock or if or even when it will ever show up. With gas at $4 a gallon, nobody wants to make 4 unnecessary trips back to the store, only to be turned away each time. You have lost my business. Your time is valuable. Don't let Discount Tire waste all of yours!

Was not a paying customer. Needed a screw removed and tire plugged. Less than the hour I was told it would take. They also balanced my vehicle after the repairs. As a 3rd shifter, I much appreciated the fast friendly service at 8 am.

Called ahead n got a appointment..for flat..I had 3 bad tires n was out in 45 minutes..no more walking in..appointment is the way to go..sales person n manager are awesome..

Great job! I was driving on the highway and my tire in the back was going down in pressure Very slowly, but I was able to pull in to the shop, tell them what happened and they were able to get me in right away and fix the tire within 30 minutes. Great customer service!

I had to bring my vehicle in first thing this morning due to a nail in my tire. It was unrepairable and a new tire was needed. The fix was completed in less than 30 minutes. The best part about my visit was the entire staff was friendly and professional which is hard to come by these days. Appreciate it.
