Best tire place in Jackson. The staff does an amazing job fixing my mother and I vehicles and getting us tires. Anytime I need tires or any suspension repair/alignment, this is where I'll be coming. Thank you all.

Customer service gets one star. The guys in the back do a great job but lady at counter could care less about you. Head west to regal tire they will take care of you

CONSUMERS BEWARE!!After my purchase of four new tires, I discovered that three of the four tires were not balanced at all..The one tire that was balanced had two times the required weight on it..Now this was discovered after I went to a different tire store and had my tires rebalanced, They discovered one of the tires had old weights thrown in 1 of my new tires.Three of the four tires had to have weights on them once they were rebalanced properly the one tire that had weights on it only required half the amount which was put on it!!!So this absolutely confirms my suspicions that their tire technician that installed my tires was mad that he had to work while everybody else was drinking coffee and walking around..And that he is a heavy duty tire technician and not an automotive technician he had no business touching automotive tires!!This should tell you what a mismanaged poorly run franchise that this store is!!It brings back old memories of when it used to be migrants tire and how they ripped off half of Jackson before they change their name and now they're doing it again!!YOU WOULD ABSOLUTELY BE BETTER OFF IF YOU'RE PURCHASING AUTOMOTIVE TIRES TO GO ANYWHERE ELSE IN JACKSON COUNTY AND STAY AWAY FROM BEST ONE!!!Every corporation has to have that one store that is an embarrassment to the name and that is best one tire of Jackson Michigan is that one store for best one tire!!!I FIND IT VERY HARD TO BELIEVE THAT THE FOUNDER AND CEO OF BEST ONE TIRE ALLOWS THIS LOCATION TO OPERATE IN THIS MANNER!!SO EITHER HE WAS UNAWARE , IS UNAWARE OR JUST DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THE BEST ONE TIRE BRAND ANYMORE!!I do know my previous experience with other best one tire stores does not echo the same experience as this one has given me but I definitely have learned one thing I will buy my tires from somewhere else from now on, NEVER AGAIN WILL I WASTE MY MONEY AT A BEST ONE TIRE STORE

Brian and his crew are Top Notch. I was in town on business from Canada and somehow ended up with a screw in my tire. I stopped in hoping they could help me out. They dropped everything jacked up my SUV, got it fixed up in minutes and had me back in the road safely. I highly recommend Best One in Jackson!!!!Thanks again!!!

Our bucket truck blew a tire on 94. These guys were awesome. They brought us 2 Bridgestone tires at a reasonable price and got us out on the road quickly. When I called they estimated three hours there and back for mobile repair. I had our foreman text me when they arrived and when they left. Adding in their travel time it was 2 hours and that is exactly what they billed us for. Honest, professional, and fast service! Thank you Christie in the office for all of your help-she is friendly and helpful-a pleasure to work with.

For being "well established," they didn't have my tire, which is a common one nowadays. Inconvenient considering unfortunate things happen that leave you with an irreparable flat. I had to go elsewhere farther away. They got a star for making the recommendation for that which was the next down on the list anyway.

Shop quoted $127 dollars to pull 2 Chloride filled tractor tubes out of the tires and replace with new tubes and just air them up if I brought the tires to them. I ended up only having to bring one (1) tire in and they charged $132 to do that one(1) tire. No call to tell me the price quoted was wrong. When I asked why their price was so much different, the clerk said the guy I called on the phone quoted it wrong. NOT a very ethical company.

Great place!! Had them fix my tie rod ends, steering tube , front end alignment and new tires, great service Scott and Cody do good work.Highly reccomend
