I recently visited the AutoZone to get help with a minor car issue. While the staff there were friendly, they seemed unfamiliar with troubleshooting minor car problems. I had specific questions about a loose bug guard and something to keep my grill clapped in place or something, but the staff wasn't able to provide any guidance or assistance. It would have been helpful if they had been more knowledgeable about common car issues or could have directed me to a resource that could have addressed my questions. Overall, while the store itself seemed well-stocked, the lack of knowledgeable staff on minor car issues left me feeling disappointed. I ended up just buying zip ties to get me home without my broken part breaking even more.

So I had an issue with my battery and I took my car to another Autozone location and didn't get the best service. I called the North St location and spoke to Supervisor Leslie. Let's say the man is a life saver! He apologized for the service I received at the other location and installed my battery in my car out in the rain for me after I was told it couldn't happen! I will definitely return to this store for all my auto needs!

The staff is very friendly and very very helpful. I struggled to find the right adapter for my friend's trailer and the staff came out and assisted with the type of adapter I needed. Kudos to AutoZone workers

Went to get a new battery was there for over an hour. The people "helping" me kept wandering off while I was trying to sort out the problem. The problem.... Them saying my card wasn't working. I now have several charges on both my cards from them and I didn't even leave with a battery. I now have to go back and deal with these rude people all over again to actually get the service I paid for. The manager was supposed to follow up with me and never did. So now I get to waste more time on the phone with my bank getting fraudulent charges removed.

Came in to get windshield wipers and Kayla provided excellent customer service! The wipers were being difficult and she worked on it in the cold (about 15 degrees) until they worked! Excellent employee!

The lady at the counter was a great help n I got my power steering pump for my 2002 Trailblazer n some sale priced seafoam2 -4- $9.00,but the cash register didn't ring it up right n she said I just type it in so you can get on your way n she did n it made my day that she was so nice n helpful n I told her thank you very much they have some caring staff n that is ALWAYS a PLUS!

I am very impressed by the professional service that the workers of this store provides. Recently bought a new battery and they helped install it even though things were really busy at the time. Marquis (I think was his name) was particularly helpful, conversational, pleasant, and articulated that he loved his job which really showed and made for a wonderful experience. Thank you, Autozone!

Yeah I like to shop at auto zone. Marquez was a big help.I have to say I did shop on line at this store. Online this store had all the parts on my list. When I got there the thermostat was not in stock as stated on the website. I was able to get it from another store on my way home .

Normally I have a hard time in auto parts store , but Marquis totally helped me buy a new battery and install it in cold weather. He deserves a raise. He was the most helpful you could be and he even reminded us about our core charge refund! Thank you, sir. I truly appreciated it!

I'm torn about this review because I used to be a loyal AutoZone dude. But the cost of everything is just crazy. Say what you want about Jeff Bezos, but when I can get an aftermarket fuel pump for 70 clams cheaper and it works just as good, yeah I'm gonna do it.

Was able to decipher the store easily as someone who doesn't shop for car parts/supplies very often. Workers are very friendly, and I forgot to post it but when my fianc� was pregnant they installed the headlight bulb for her!

Had to buy a bearing assembly. Told them the proper year, make, etc. (they have it saved on their computer so I'm even more baffled) and as i have it installed I notice there are no threads in the mounting holes. I take back apart and return and they without apology said "oh yeah they gave you the wrong part". As I'm waiting for them to process the return which they had great difficulty figuring out, another guy comes in with a return as he was also given the wrong parts. On top of that they charged me a petty $4 extra for me to get my "correct part" that they should have gave me in the first place.My time, inconvenience, and gas wasted and they actually charged me $4 more. I hope the loss of a longtime customer and a crappy review was worth it chumps!Wait it gets even better!!! That part that they gave me.....anyhow needed new mounting bolts. I ordered them as they don't stock in store and I was told to come in after noon the next day to pick them up. Guess what? NO BOLTS! Not on the day they told me they would be there, not the day after, and not the day after that. 3 days late as my vehicle sit unusable in the garage, 2 extra trips back to their alleged store, wasted gas, wasted time, charge you more for mistakes they make, unapologetic, an absolutely horrible experience with my final/never again visit to the North St. Autoclowns.

No Customer Service. I've gone so far as to wave a hand in the air at a few employees but no one acknowledges me at this store any of the handful of times I've been in. I won't be back. They seem to have no problem helping men. Just because I'm a woman doesn't mean I don't know what I'm looking for. Also I should add, twice when this happened I was the only customer in the store and there were at least three sales people just gabbing about nothing behind the counter. In other cities this store has been ridiculously helpful to me. Some employees have gone out of their way to help me actually use the products on my vehicle even when it meant staying after the store closed. I have no idea what their problem is in Jackson but they definitely have a serious problem.
