Front office staff are very kind and welcoming as well as knowledgeable! Mechanics work very hard and know what they are doing with German cars. Recently I took my BMW 328iX in and a mechanic worked over the weekend to get it done.(they don t work weekends) They go above and beyond for their customers. I would suggest this shop if you have a German car that needs work or routine maintenance!

On initial call Bill was great and informative. Got me in right away. On drop off and thereafter Beth was absolutely amazing. She kept me informed by text and always was super friendly. The work was done quickly and affordably (based on import repair costs). I also appreciated learning of other potential issues but being told what was critical and what could wait.

Brought my Audi in. There were some significant repairs needed under the hood. They diagnosed in full, took care of the repairs, further road tested and diagnosed, and got me back behind the wheel. The work they do is fantastic and extremely thorough! They are all very knowledgeable and efficient and I would bring my vehicle back anytime!

Very knowledgeable service shop of high end German vehicles. Fully OEM certified. A great option to having to go to Ann Arbor or Lansing for OEM caliber service. Mine is a 2014 Audi A6 TDI. I have full confidence that the Automotive Perfection team has complete knowledge and understanding of the recommended maintenence schedule, preventing issues before they become costly problems.

Excellent service! Beth is fantastic, she was able to squeeze me in when the dealership couldn t get me in till next month. Bill, the mechanic that worked on my Mercedes was great to speak with when I had questions about the repairs. I will probably skip the dealership from now on and just call Beth! Really nice to have them here in Jackson.

This is the second time they have worked on my car in two years. I have an older Subaru WRX that has been difficult to get good service in Jackson until now. First time they removed a mouse nest in my blower. This time a full brake job and sway bar link replacements.The service is not cheap but the quality seems to be there and that translates into a good value. I have never met their staff in person as I drop it off late and pick it up late as well. That said, I have worked with Beth on the phone both times and she provides great updates regarding status and costs.I wish they worked on Infiniti and Ford but they have limited their service to select brands so they can provide expert service on those brands. Another indicator of their commitment to quality service that I respect!

Bill and Automotive Perfection did excellent work on my 2001 bmw when most in the area turned me away. They were able to get me in and thoroughly diagnosed the issue. I very much appreciated the quick communication the attention to detail with the work they did. They took great care of my Q7, worked with Audi warranty to get the work done. They were able to repair my air conditioning and do scheduled maintenance much quicker than I could get into the dealership. Very knowledgeable and transparent. We have 3 German cars and trust AP fully with their maintenance and repair. They are not cheap by any means, but you pay for what you get, quality work done right the first time by real experts. Beth is great to work with and they always keep us up to date with the status of repairs. This establishment is really making a bad situation right. I learned about them through a friend and it was a great decision to take my VW there. Beth was great to work with and very friendly and courteous. The techs there are german car experts and we re very professional. The issues with my car were thoroughly explained and a plan was made to get the car right. I highly recommend this business to anyone especially if you have a german car.

After a very bad experience at another automotive shop in jackson Automotive Perfection was highly recommended to us we went there and everyone was very polite listened to me about my problems with my mini.Beth went above and beyond as did the mechanic working on my mini,they took excellent care of me and my mini.5 .Automotive Perfection will most definitely be the place I go to for any problems and concerns with my mini.

I have been going to Automotive Perfection for over 10 years, and have received EXCELLENT service each and every time! Beth is wonderful at accommodating your scheduling needs, communicating repair needs and concerns to Bill, and maintains a very professional and pleasant atmosphere in the office. Bill is very thorough and competent in every service he's ever performed on my 2010 Mazda. He has kept my 11 year old car running like brand new, and is the only mechanic I've trusted to work on it! Since there are no Mazda dealerships in town, I have really depended on Automotive Perfection to care for my car. Quality services at affordable prices! This is my second time using Automotive Perfection, and both times there were the only ones who could figure out what was wrong with my Volkswagens. Not even the dealers could figure out what was wrong with my 2008 Jetta. When another repair place couldn t figure out what was wrong with my 2016 Tiguan, I brought it to Automotive Perfection and they figured out what was wrong with it immediately. I found Automotive Perfection for repairs to my Mini Cooper. They replaced the clutch and did a number of other things quickly, professionally and at a very good price. The communication with Beth in the office is great! She is very accommodating and informative.I now have taken my older model BMW there and am very pleased with the work. I thought it would be in the shop for three days and the got it done in one! I m taking my Tundra there next. The quality and the prices are outstanding. Everyone who works here is extremely professional and goes above and beyond for each and every customer. Cannot say enough about how awesome they are. If I could give them 10 stars, I wouldn t hesitate. First time bringing my BMW here and I will be a repeat customer for a long time to come.PS. Soon after buying my first used European car, it had trouble starting during the cold weather, without a jump.I quickly learned that replacing the battery myself wasn t an option, and I knew I needed a good inspection on an older vehicle such as this as well.I d heard good things about Automotive Perfection, and they were very convenient to my home so I made the appointment.I had them repair a couple other things as well, and they kept in touch with me during the entire process.I feel like I received dealer quality service without driving an hour or more out of town to receive it. Very knowledgeable is an understatement.I feel safe with my car; and that it s safe with them.Don t second guess it.
