The service department could show some improvements. Takes too long for simple fixes or repairs.

We purchased a vehicle from here and at the time we noticed water in the headlight and a bulb out in the back. We was told that they would take care of it. Now it has been a month and they are telling us WE have to take care of it out of pocket. I don't understand why they will not do what they said. We are still waiting

Five unfortunate encounters with the rude service manager, once being publicly mocked by him at the service counter, called the general manager, with little results, so had to get the insurance adjustor to step in. Our Captiva sat at the dealership for 8 weeks, and after 3 expensive modems were replaced, somebody figured out it was the fuse box. Disgusted.Service: Electrical

Took a few trips to get all the issues worked out, but prices were reasonable and staff friendly. If I was staying with the Chevy brand, I would not feel bad about coming back here.

They have always gotten my oil changes done quickly, and efficiently. I wish I didn't have to make an appointment, but I am getting used to it now.
