Absolute scammers. Tried to tell me the fluid in my transfer case was burnt. When I just replaced it myself. I know they lied cuz he said it was "just a 18mm bolt to remove to check" it's not. It's a square 3/8 plug. Absolutely vile behavior for a business where you would purposely lie to "make a extra dollar" tried the same thing with my battery. Said it was bad. I test it regularly at oreillys. It's in great health. I only stopped in because I didn't want to lay on snow covered ground to change my oil. Will be contacting the BBB about your scamming behavior.

Highly recommend. I'm a regular here. These guys are amazing. Thanks for always going above and beyond every single time!I've been a regular here for over a year. Darrin always took good care of me. This last experience was not so good. Told them I was gonna talk with Darrin about my experience. Response was that pos don't work here any more so good luck! Won't be returning. Not good business for a small town.Service: Oil change

I won't even give them 1 star but have to for it to post. They drained the oil in my truck then came back and said they didn't have the right oil to replace it! They wanted me to change my oil. I said NO and asked if they could find it. He told me no! I called Auto Value and long behold they had it...THEY MADE ME AND MY 5 YEAR OLD SON WALK ACROSS BUSY CENTER STREET AT NOON to fetch my own oil THEN made me pay for my oil change!!! What a worthless place! I will never go back and I've been going there for years!!Service: Oil change

Darrin & The guys did an awesome job with all their services i have had done in 2 days. Grandson truly loved the suckers very pleasant ppl . They definitely gained my business as well as my daughter & son in law. Thank you

We were on a long road trip, and our check engine light came on. The car needed an oil change ASAP (I had delayed getting one for too long). We called J Lube, and they were first come first serve. RIGHT OFF INTERSTATE! We got in immediately. The best service I have ever had for an oil change. The place is meticulously clean. You can tell take a lot of pride in their work. Even the bathroom was spotless and well decorated. 10/10 experience. Wish was closer to our house.Service: Oil change

i have to say they do a great job and have friendly service. I have been going there for a while know and love the new updated building and interior. the only reason i gave 4 star instead of 5 is due to my latest experience where they weren't wearing masks or social distancing due to the Covid and when entering my vehicle they didn't put a mask onService: Oil change

The guys here are thorough and top notch. They are patient with questions and willing to answer. Go in for an oil change and they do a safety check (lights, turn signals, breaks), wash your windshield, check tire pressure and check other fluids. This is like the service from old-time filling stations. I love supporting this place, because they take care of me and my car.

I really like this place. As a woman and someone who doesn't know anything about cars, I ALWAYS feel comfortable there. They explain everything and are super kind. I don't think I have spent more than 15 minutes getting my oil changed. I would highly recommend this location!

I'm not a review writer. However, these guys deserve one. This is thee best oil change place in the state. Darrin runs a very professional and considerate operation. Keep up the good work fellas and I will keep pulling in that back overhead door every 3 months.

I recently worked for them. They are good with customers and very professional. I'm posting this because I was recently fired. Due to poor management I was not informed of all of my responsibilities. I have a baby and I lost my brother less than a month ago. Yet i still showed up to work on time and tried my best. I was treated poorly by the owner with petty comments and disrespect. I was told to steal money from customer vehicles while vacuuming the vehicle. I am not the only person that's been treated like this by this company.

These people saved me from such a hassle. A Fast Eddies screwed me over and put a bad hose on my transmission. Gratiot Oil & Lube found the problem, fixed it, and all the while were the nicest people. 10/10 would recommend!

Excellent Service, had a minor leak after (that wasn't even their fault) and they came out to my house with oil so I could get in to a repair shop!

Web site said open at 8am. Got there about 8:45 and not open. Stayed waiting until 9am. Still not open. Went to another place for oil change.
