Went in to see if they could use a code reader on my car. It was 5:40pm, they close at 6. They would not help me because it was too close to closing time. Evidently I was SUPPOSED to go in during the day when there were more than 2 employees in an empty store. I'm sorry I didn't plan for the lights to go off in my car at a more convenient time, and that I work an 8-5. Thanks a bunch guys.

Not overly happy due to the fact that one of the long term employees seems to get very aggravated if you are not 100 percent sure of some details. People go to these stores for parts and occasionally some information if you are unsure of exactly what you need. Customers should not be made to feel inferior when trying to repair or maintain their vehicles. Not helpful at all. I'd rather pay a little more and drive a little farther to get good customer service. Not the first time either.

Needed a battery for my truck. I was headed to Marquette but wanted to give my business to a local store. Stood at the counter with my old battery for five min, while two counter guys played on their computers without saying a word. No big deal. Finally a guy came out of the backroom and sold me a $130 battery. I was leaving and remembered I needed a quart of oil. Went back to the counter to purchase it for $3.50. I only had $3 left in my pocket. I said sorry guess I'll have to put it on my card. Guy says sorry points at a sign. It says "no credit card purchases under $5". I said "I just bought a $130 Battery". He shrugs and says "new owners". I said well that's the last "dime you'll ever see from me". Guy doesn't even look up from his computer as I left. Went to Auto Zone in Marquette bought my oil, will never go back to Auto Value again.

Fully stocked auto parts store with great service. They had all the parts needed for our ten year old truck brake problem. Without them our road trip wouldn t have continued. If you re in Ishpeming needing auto parts, check them out.

They usually have what I need in stock. The prices are good too. The guys at the counter are very helpful.
