Brian and Kevin saved the day by helping me when my keys were locked in my car. Great attitudes, super friendly, and willing to go above and beyond their job to help out someone in need. Thank you Brian and Kevin!!

I was half an hour late for my appointment and they still offered me next in line service, instead of turning me away. They quoted me an hour and a half just get my service started, but they had me out the door in nearly half that time. Super impressed with my entire experience here!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

10/10 do not recommend. Everytime Ive come here, there's always some reason I have to either spend more money, or they can't service my vehicle. They don't honor the tire warranty, they don't honor the lifetime balance/rotation either. Shop local, the extra few bucks you spend will be well worth it.

We needed 2 new tires after one had a side wall bulge on a road-trip and they helped us out immediately and were very nice and friendly. It was faster and easier than I ever expected.

It's really tough to get these guys to do a job. Once my tires came in, I stopped in 5 different times and they had an excuse each time that they had to turn me away. One time, I showed up at 3:30 and they said they were "done for the day". I waited for 3 hours for them to put 4 tires on today, they were finishing up the car in front of me when I got there. No text or call to update me on the process, but after I checked in after waiting 2 hours, they said I should just pay for the tires and take them somewhere else to have them put on. These guys legitimately just don't want to work.

Had a bad experience from walking in. The guy said he was booked til Wednesday like they don't take walkinshaw. Sends me on my way. There was 4 cars not included my car. 3 workers. I called the site some to a service manager. He didn't know who talked to me but told me to come in he could get me in as they had a 11 o'clock cancel (I was in the store at 1105 the first time. ) and that they take walk in.In and out in 25 minutes. Was surprised the one worker was sending a customer away. Thankful I got my oil changes.

My car was out of commission, so I was borrowing my dad's van. I walked out to the van on my lunch break and noticed I had a flat tire. I aired it up at the closest gas station and went to Ironwood Wal-Mart Auto Center. I asked if they could fix it. They were very courteous and helpful even though I was a nervous wreck. They offered free coffee or water as I waited. They put the van on the lift, inspected the tire and found a screw in it. It was near the side wall, so they couldn't fix it. The guy at the front desk went out of his way to search my dad's name in the computer to see if he had purchased a road hazard warranty with the tire; which he had not. They took the spare from the undercarriage of the van and mounted it for me. They sent me on my way with NO CHARGE. They did all of that work out of kindness because they knew I couldn't afford a new tire..

Went to Walmart to have tires swapped for the winter season. Those tires were brand new and purchased from a Firestone Auto Care from out of state. They refused to swap the tires because of a missing stud on one of the tires. I took to a local mechanic and had it replaced. Again, I took the truck for balancing and alignment and had an employee, which never even made eye contact with me, some behavior I have come to encounter at this store, make a comment that the service I requested was denied before, which I understood Walmart s policy, only this time I was told the stud was striped!! I immediately took it to the shop that had serviced the truck and I watch as he removed it on the first try. There is no striping! If there was a ZERO star, that s how I would rate the local Walmart, in general.

Road hazard on a tire we've had for like 4 months maybe 6,000 miles got a puncture too close to the sidewall. They said they couldn't fix it ... so we had to buy a new tire and they didnt want to prorate the new tire. I've been all over the US to different Wal-Mart's having similar issues throughout the years and have never had this much trouble getting a tire replaced.

I was disappointed with the service I received. I was told that they didn't have the lower price Walmart brand of oil and I would have to get the most expensive oil change. Then just before they were done I spot cases and cases of the Walmart brand sitting right on the shelf. Never again!

Very polite guy behind the counter an even though they were running behind it did not take long for them to have all four tires on an ready to go!

Repaired my tired even though my "roadside assistance" was supposed to take care of it and had failed me. After waiting on the phone for over 20 minutes while in the auto center, Walmart employees came to my rescue. Thanks so much.

There isn't an option to make appointments and the wait can be hours. Drop it off and let them call you if you don't want to wait. Okay oil change though no check on a couple fluids.

Refused my oil change due to non-standard oil cap. I have never experienced such an odd thing before.
