I was on vacation 350 miles from home on Christmas Eve and my brake caliper stuck and wouldn't release. Good thing i already had a new caliper so i needed new pads cause they were metal on metal so made it to oreallys right before close and they gave me pads that wouldn't work no mater how much I altered the pads they wouldn't work so i had to drive All the way home Christmas night with metal on rotor and now I have to buy a new rotor and new pads cause I can't take em back or use them

I went in last week with no knowledge of cars or batteries. I am a new driver and the employees were very helpful in helping me find what fuses and battery I needed for my car. It's running fine now thanks to knowledge of the guys who work here. Anytime we come in we are treated very well. The customer service here is awesome. Whoever manages this place is doing a good job.

Very helpful staff and prices are just as good as anywhere else. As a woman buying supplies to change my own oil, I was impressed that both of the staff present were helpful without man-splaining anything.

The gentleman helped me find the wipers I needed and installed them without hesitation. He was very educated about wipers, which I know nothing about.. sounds silly but it was a wonderful experience.

Needed a "blinker" (turn signal) bulb and taillight bulb and was able to get them and a price estimate right away, and the gentleman that served me was a dear and helped me get my taillight bulb installed and back in working, roadworthy order within 5-10 minutes.

Store is very clean, organized and great customer service! Has always had what I needed in stock. But even if we did need to order something, I know I can trust the service to get it ASAP.

Store is all good, wouldnt hurt to keep more high quailty spark plugs in stock. I had to go with cheap temporary plugs since only 2 iridiums where in stock. Update: installed all new coil packs and plugs. Now its just needs another part! HahahaUpdate:still buying parts, it never ends. Found my parts once again here, thanks guys.

Went one evening around 7:50, antifreeze was leaking from my vehicle excessively. When approaching the door, one of the employees told me that he was closing up and rudely said that I couldn't come in, even though closing time is 8 p.m. Disrespectful and crass.

Very, very rude service!!!!!!! You would not expect that from employees. Me and my fiance were in the store looking for a car part and the worker told us that he didn't feel like looking for it or taking it out of the box because "it was too hard to put it back in the box" he was also too lazy to look up parts in the computer. These are all things that are part of the employees job. This O'Reilly's just has TERRIBLE customer service

Went in to get a part, 3 people without masks, store workers not enforcing or denying service. Left without getting what I needed. Won't be back in and I'll just leave this here.Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) Director Robert Gordon Monday issued an Emergency Order under MCL 333.2253 restricting gathering sizes, requiring face coverings in public spaces and places limitations on bars and other venues.Violations of this order are punishable by a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than six months or a fine of not more than $200, or both. Violations of this order are also punishable by a civil fine of fine of up to $1,000.This order is effective immediately and remains in effect through Friday, Oct. 30. They always have the parts that I need, however the service in the past year has gone down hill. I'll still shop at this location only because it's the only option up here.

Never go here, the employees like tp talk big game when tje customer leaves making jokes and what not. I will never be going here again. Bad bad management.

I had a bad customer service .I ended up calling corporate about it. The local management quickly resolved the situation. I will shop here again.
