I have a feeling there's not a person in the world who knows more about VWs than Eric. He's been fixing my family's cars since I was a kid. I live a ways away, but found myself with a major car issue while visiting home recently. He fixed that well, but also did a thorough sweep of the car and repaired a bunch of other stuff that would have caught up with me in time and caused bigger problems. It's been running better than it has in a long time, and I feel safer in it. Other mechanics have been fixing the biggest things to buy me time, maybe out of consideration for lifespan (my car is high mileage) but I also think because it's tedious to be thorough. Eric caught things (like a cabin filter I never checked!) that many others didn't take the time to look for. His prices are more than fair. I'm grateful for him!

I got a flat tire and damaged wheel while on a weekend vacation in Wakefield. Eric spent his Saturday and Sunday finding me a replacement wheel so I could get back home on time. Cannot say enough about his service and generosity. Thank you

Eric knows his way around any European car; he is especially knowledgeable about VW/Audi vehicles. People come from miles away to have Eric work on their cars. It's not speedy, though, so bring your walking shoes, or a good book!

Friends car has been there for a month+ and has not been touched. Keep saying they'll do it and then never gets to it. Just lazy if you ask me.

Multiple reports of extremely slow service and poor communication. Dude had been trying to hire another mechanic but cannot find one.

It is the closest vs mechanic around but everytime I go for one thing they tell me I need like 4 other things done also.
