Reached out to Cloverland Motorsports about one of their snowmobile listings. Called and spoke with Karrah. Very helpful answering my questions. Went to the dealership to look at snowmobile and test ride it. Bernie showed me the sled and answered more questions. Test rode it. Decided it wasn t the right fit for me due to it being longer track length than what I am used to. Karrah was understanding of my decision to pass on snowmobile. Although I did not make purchase, I was impressed with their customer service.

Bought a used 2017 rzr xp1000 on July 1st of 2023 from the owner Gary, he stated the unit was previously owned by his friend which he only used it around his "acreage". I drove 9hrs one way to pick up the unit. When I picked up the unit Gary was off but a gentleman by the name of Bernie was there to assist me, I was told I was good for 50hrs of use before I had to do any maintenance, within 2 weeks and 9hrs of use, the engine failed, probably spun a rod bearing after diagnosing the problem oil disptick was dry. After doing some research it was found that the engine had been rebuilt at some point which the owner had no idea. After talking to Gary he made it sound like he was going to make it right in some way but after 2 weeks of going back and forth he's just coming up with excuses. Gary stated that he's mechanic had done an inspection on the machine and an oil change had been done. How can this had happened when the filter that was in my RZR was a different brand of filter plus if was still dirty, signs that the filter had been on the engine for a long period of time. According to Gary's information he's mechanic used a Polaris kit to change oil on the rzr. Even after texting pictures of the off brand filter to Gary, he has not responded to my texts or phone calls. I now have a $16000 loan for a damaged rzr with no engine just because he's mechanic failed to check the fluids. Becareful buying from this dealership, they are not honest, they have no idea about the history of their used ATV's and they don't care about their customers. I have proof of what I'm talking about if you would like to reach out to me 712-229-22seven2. It's not fair for this type of dealers to be in business. Just to be clear, Gary the owner will treat you very friendly until he takes your money, over the phone he acts like the nicest guy on earth. In my honest opinion Cloverland Motorsports Inc is not the type of business that should be selling Polaris Industries products, it just gives Polaris a bad reputation. I just hope this review helps others in the future when considering buying from Cloverland Motorsports, Inc. Yes, I know it was a used unit but when the sales man tells you, "You are good for 50 hours" and the owner says "It was my friend's rzr and he only used it around he's acreage" It is not right to be treated like this. Also Polaris Industries will be contacted to notify them of this issue. So, one star rating since I can't go any lower. One more thing, if you go on their website, all the reviews have 5 star rating, interesting! is it because they can filter the reviews vs a Google review???

We had a super easy, check in/check out process when renting a SXS from here. The gentleman who helped us was very friendly and the payment processing was easy. We visit the area yearly so we look forward to renting from here for our next trip!

A+ service department, trailered our sleds 8 hours to ride, the first day the engine was misfiring, stopped in unannounced to buy some plugs and Josh got me right in and changed my plugs and had us enjoying the rest of the day. I didn't expect that kind of same day service, they went above and beyond. I highly recommend Josh and the team!

Do you think they care about customer service?...No, to begin, their website rental photos do not depict the actual sled and don't bother trying to ask them to aid in lining up what you are looking for. My poor wife, ended up with a snowmobile, that had a low (lowest possible) windshield and no handguards. So she ended up cold most of our trip ride.We, asked specifically on the phone to switch from the Polaris Sp 650 to a Ski-doo renegade, due to the images showing one high the other low windshield. Get there to pick the rental, which took over an hour to obtain from their lacking services, then they told us to pound sand, when I requested a different sled with a tall windshield. Guy over said sorry, but this could have been avoided if the web pages had info on the sleds they are renting out or when we called to specifically change model sled, for sake of a tall shield, at least inform us of what meets our concern!

I brought my atv back to cloverland to get it fixed and the workers there went above and beyond to help fix the issue that happened prior to when I owned it and make sure it is a functional atv for me I really appreciate all the hard work put into it best customer service I have received

Drove 6 hours to hunting cabin in Cornucopia, arrived late afternoon and realized I had a throttle issue when off loading my ATV. Called around to local shops but all were to busy to help. Googled Polaris dealer and Cloverland Motorsports came up. Even though they were 1-1/2 hours away In Michigan I gave them a call. I was directed to the service manager John and he told me to bring it in and he would be glad to take a look at it. They opened at 8am so we arrived early and true to his word they got it in and fixed the problem in 30 minutes. We were back on the road by 9am headed back to deer camp! Every person at the shop we talked to were all great guys. Highly recommend these guys!

I've rented ATVs from them for few years now and also they have always been quick and easy for pickup, and well maintained machines. This year, someone backed into my machine and damaged the front plastic, I called to let them know what happened and John said not to worry about it, just drop it off and they will call me after I return it. They were more than fair for the parts and labor charge. I would definitely rent from them again. Always take before and after pictures, and be honest - they will take good care of you.

Rolled into Ironwood at 4:30 and noticed the choke lever on my sled was broken. Called Cloverland and talked to Josh who was ready to help. He stated they had the part available and would wait for me. When we arrived Josh had everything ready to go and when I asked if someone was available to help install he said he could help. Then my sled wouldn't start. He made sure we got it running and ready for riding. We were out of there and fixed by a little after 5 (they close at 5). Drove 5 hours for this trip and to be broke down before we were unloaded was frustrating. Thanks to Josh our trip was not ruined. I am looking to purchase a newer or new sled next season. I just might make the drive because customer service is everything. Thanks so much Josh!

John in service is top notch! Had to take my sons sled in for a check engine light over Christmas on his sled. They scanned the motor for us right away and were able to diag. We were able to use the machine for rest of the trip and then a check engine light came on and stayed on. Took it back a week later they were able to get the machine and diag the repair next day. Ordered the parts and got us back on the trailer. Service and communication is excellent!

When you rent a sled from these guys, I would suggest you have them tip it on both sides so you can make sure there are no scratches on the bottom of sled( take pictures as well). I brought the sled back with a scratch on bottom. Don't think it was from me as I didn't hit anything other than your typical snow and ice. $700 to replace plastic panel and decal which didn't need to be replaced. Ha Ha!

We rented sleds for three days, and the sleds we received had a lot of wear on and in need of maintenance. The carbides had less than 10% life left, and the engines were in bad shape. They burned one tank of oil with every tank of gas. They charged $467 for damaged skis and carbides, which were way damaged before I rent it, but I did not take pictures of the bottom of the skis. The did provide great customer service but ended up spending over $1,000 for a 3-day rental. If you want to do a pub crawl, these sleds are ok but if your looking to explore Pure Michigan trail riding may want to look elsewhere.

First day of riding destroyed my clutch so bad it couldnt be rebuilt, parts manager new i was screwed if it didnt get fixed bc i live 6 hrs from there. They took it apart right when i got there but didnt have parts i needed in stock. So they actually were willing to take the parts from a brand new model they had in stock, and put them in my machine so my weekend was not a wash. My experience with these guys was awesome id go out of my way to give them business in the future if im ever in the area again.

Have rented and purchased a snowmobile here great experience. Broke an aarm on my sled, they had it replaced in an hour for a very fair price. Wally the parts guy is awesome!

My group has been renting snowmobiles from Cloverland Motorsports for many years. This year we even rented ATV's for the first time to check out the area in the summer. We have always enjoyed working with Cloverland and have never had a bad experience. The staff goes above and beyond to provide great customer service and their machines are always in great shape. We look forward to working with them in the future and would recommend them to others.

Crooked! Careful when renting from Cloverland! Definitely took advantaged of a situation when the sled was dropped off early and key fab put in box. Sent a picture of a different bumper that was even already rusting by the dent! Had the sled for less than 48 hrs and was treated like our own! Now getting charged for new bumper. Obviously this is how extra cash is generated. Never again. Unfortunately, they ve take lost a good honest customer.

Beware always do PRE CHECK!!!!! UN-PROFESSIONAL Never thought I would end my Vacation with this nightmare. First sled they rented me had mechanical failures, brought it back they determined it wasn't my fault, told me another sled is waiting by my trailer. Second sled that still had half a snow bank on it got loaded on the trailer. When returning they started pointing out scratches and some dents. I NEVER left the groomed trails or hit ANYTHING, but because they never did pre inspection I WAS CHARGED 1200 extra dollars for damage. Shop manager told me I should MAN-UP and admit I "wrecked" it. Is that someone you want to rent from? NEVER AGAIN!

Can t say enough good things about them, they were easy going. We showed up way earlier then expected and they got us our rental sled a day early, all the sleds are brand new 2020s. We rented the 600 indy and it was perfect. I llBe back again and will rent from them again. Thanks cloverland team.

Rented a sled. Ran into back of other machine and did some damage. Fully expected to pay some decent $ for repairs. Hoped to buy that machine and take it home with me so I had something to show for my money. Owner wouldn't deal, was very disappointed. My fault for the crash, just hoped they would have been easier to deal with once things went wrong. They clearly don't care about repeat business. Wouldn't rent from them again.

I took my sons sled in for a quick once over before our first ride. They got it serviced quick, at a reasonable price and it ran great all season. The mechanics are great at Cloverland!

Worst place ever. I would never rent from them!!! They told us we had a Razor that we could fit on the back of our truck but instead gave us a Ranger?? They would not refund our deposit of $100 because they said they offered us the vehicle they said that we would get but they definitely never said that to us. They told us when we where their that this is the vehicle that they rent out . Horrible service and they never offered us any alternative vehicle! Never going to them again! The worst experience EVER!!! You decide if you want to go on vacation and rent through them

Very professional great place to rent sleds or gear! Two girls working got us in quick and the paper work done quick guy took us outside showed us how to operate sleds and went over everything! Only down fall is you have to fill up on gas when you start they don t make you return the sled with a full take but gas stations are close! Thanks again coverland motorsports!

Unbelievable service from this team!! Can't say enough great things about this company. Wife smoked a tree on her brand new sled our first day out. Had to fly back 25 miles to get the trailer and get the sled here to Cloverland. Josh and Jaime in service/parts got us back up and riding the same day. Huge shoutout to these guys!

I found Gary, the owner, very pleasant over the phone. Discussed payment terms on a used ATV twice before driving 3 1/2 hours one way to look at the unit. I liked it enough to make the purchase, but when writing up the sale Gary changed the payment terms and said he wouldn't accept the payment terms we had discussed. After meeting him in person, I found Gary very unprofessional and not at all trustworthy. I have been in sales for over 13 years and would never treat a customer the way I was treated. I would be very careful if you are looking to do business with these folks. Check everything over really well if buying anything used, because they either didn't or chose not to correct deficiencies that should have been addressed. Gary didn't even have the model correct. It was actually a model year newer than what he had listed.

I am giving Cloverland motor sports a 5 star review for their excellent service from beginning to end of purchase for my UTV and plow. They kept in constant contact with me about when parts for the plow would be in and when I would be ready for pick up. They were extremely professional and happy to help when loading the utv onto my trailer which was a tight fit but we made it work after a couple different tries in different positions. The 3 guys from the shop were willing to help and made sure the utv was secured and safe. I appreciate all your help! Thank you!

Ripped me off on my sled rental. Would of bought a new machine if they were honest. Just trying to make a quick buck. Stay away. You will lose your deposit.

Rear Clutch bearing let go , we were going to change it ourselves had tools just needed some type of puller they wouldn't lend us anything to remove it . Not very friendly

Very very good customer relation. Had trouble with sled while on vacation and they took very good care of us. If it would have been Airtec sports or Nextgen motor sports they would have told you to bad they can t help you. I would recommend Cloverland Motorsports in Michigan any day.THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DID FOR US TO GET US BACK ON THE TRAIL. VERY MUCH APPRECIATED

great people working here. have purchased many parts and ATVs and couldn't ask for better service! would never buy polaris anywhere Elsa! You can also rent sleds for the day
