Super nice staff. Got me in immediately, did a great job at a great price. I was there for brakes but They also fixed a mud flap that was loose and hanging. It s great to see people do kind things for others in our world today. I absolutely recommend this place. Thank you!

I trust Jeff and crew. I got what I went in for (tire change) and left with a maintenance plan for my 2006 Accord.Back in 2023 twice and the service was top-notch.Back for a check up in Mar 2024 and the same excellent service. This is the place to take your vehicles.

Searched reviews for a local mechanic and found Mike's. Second time for service on our Honda's. Jeff is always pleasant, direct, and helpful. Car repairs were done quickly and professionally. We are happy to have found a local shop that is willing to go the extra mile. So rare these days. Mike and Jeff really stepped up to the plate when my car needed engine work after hitting a deer. They made sure my car was up and running in the quickest time possible. The communication on repairs and time needed was greatly appreciated! Great customer service!! I will definitely be taking my vehicle there for future needs!!

An unexpected trip had come up, and I had a tire that wasn't holding air. I spoke with Jeff, and they were able to get a new set of tires on within days of my call, and in time for my trip! Even squeezed in an oil change. Great customer service! Will definitely be using them again.

I was in Iron River for a vacation when I got a flat. Not only did they squeeze me in early Monday morning as soon as I called, but I appreciate that they were able to repair the tire vs selling me on a new one. Very honest, friendly, fast service, and so incredibly reasonably priced!

I live 40 minutes away with a mechanic 10 minutes away from me. I choose to drive the extra miles for Mike's Muffex. I get the best in quality service from them and not to mention Jeff never complains when he's stuck listening to me vent about my work week since I can't leave while I wait for my vehicle to be worked on! Highly recommend these guys!

Heard and read good things. I made appt the week before. I dropped vehicle 1st thing in the AM appt day. 3 days later without a phone call from them and they did nothing, I picked up my vehicle and will go some where else. Employee Jeff was confrontational in the parking lot and said they were looking for a new mechanic and to never come back.

The guys working at Muffex are very honest and nice, they do good work and they definitely are a busy shop! Its amazing seeing what they can do being a smaller family owned buisness. Won't bring my vehicle anywhere else.

And yet again Mike and Jeff prove why they are the go to mechanic in town. Honesty and integrity are the business model I look for in a business, especially a mechanic. Had a problem caliper while having cv joint and boot repaired, instead of finding a way to charge me for a new caliper at an inflated price, they were able to come up with a solution to remedy it safely. I trust them to keep myself and family on the road as we explore the U.P. Because they go the extra mile, so to speak, for their clients

They ve been working on my girlfriends car for 3 1/2 months claim to be waiting on parts for the first two or so finally came in they installed it realized that there was a leak apparently they didn t see it in the first several months it sat there still getting the car work on completely unacceptable.Seem to be nice but can t get nothing done.Definitely wouldn t recommend unexperienced

Very poor tell pepile something is wrong with their car when its not. I had a buyer for a van but they supposedly looked it over and said on paper that it needed a lot of work that it did not need
