Hi I have been waiting to get the email for the review of my technician and I havent received it yet. I would like to just say your employee Shawn at your iron mountain Michigan store did a great job!! He was super friendly and did the job fantastic!!! He went above and beyond to do the job right and even tho the weather wasn't the best he didn't complain at all. Ive never had any experience with windshields and he answered each question i had with enthusiasm and it sorta felt like I knew him like a good friend ive known for years. My windshield was shattered and definitely thought it would be an issue for him cause there wasn't a good spot for him to suction cup the tool to separate the windshield from my truck but he didn't even hesitate to figure it out and really just did a fantastic job even tho the weather and my windshield were working against him. I was extremely impressed and I hope the rest of your employees have the same attitude as Shawn cause it was like I had my family member as a technician and because of that I will always be choosing safelight and will recommend it to everyone I know when they have glass troubles AND IM GUNNA RECOMMEND THAT ASK FOR SHAWN!!! cause id want my family and close friends to receive the same professional and almost like family experience I had when shawn came to my house cause I only recommend the best to them and I know that shawn will give them that. Thank you

Avoid this place. They don't take care of the vehicles that they service. Claims not to have damaged my car. The large hole in my dash says otherwise.

My driver's side window shattered out of the blue while I was 90 miles from home. 5 minutes on the phone and the local Safelite had me in, wrapped the window to get me home, and had me scheduled in my hometown for a new window within 48 hours. With subzero temperatures, it was the best outcome of a bad situation. They were very pleasant and super easy to work with. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

My appointment was before Safelight opened. It was at seven am. They open at 730. My windshield was installed in less than 45 minutes. And the technician even cleaned the rest of my windows. With my insurance company the deductible is Zero if I got through Safelight!

Asked to have an appointment made on Wednesday within a half hour of closing and had an appointment scheduled Friday for lunchtime pickup. Service was great and they even cleaned and vacuumed, all at a very good value! I will definitely recommend them if the opportunity arises.

Excellent work. Friendly staff.I decided to adjust my review after reading several.My windshield was hit by some thing as a log truck and fuel truck passed me, I was getting ready to turn right. My window, chipped then with horror, I watched it expand across and up and down, spider cracks continued as I drove until my appointment at my home. The weather was predicted bad so I was allowed to bring it in on the date of my appointment.I am disabled and they were very kind about letting me sit watching cartoons (yes, less stress) until done.They informed me through text of the progress.They vacuumed the interior.I have recommended them and told my insurance company how great the Iron Mountain Safelite is.

I scheduled and paid online over the weekend. Travis called me Monday morning, showed up on time, explained what he was going to do, and what to expect after he was done. Travis was professional and honest. He even told me I would get a partial refund because I didn't have as many chips as I paid for. Not a lot of people would do that.I am very happy with how it looks, and will definitely use Safelite again if I need windshield repair.Service: Auto windshield repair

I called to get a quote on a windshield replacement and they're automated phone system simply told me repeatedly to go online for a quote. After going online for a quote which was 300 more than a competitor locally I did not decide to go with Safelite.The irony is they have now had someone tried to call me on three occasions to complete the quote. A bit annoying when it was inconvenient to the quote over the phone but since I turned down the business i have now been called daily for the last 3 days

On my way to Florence with my wife in our Jeep and had a rock hit the windshield on Friday late afternoon. Stopped into this Safelite where I met Amanda. It was after 4:00pm on Friday and she apologized that there was no one there to help. She took my info, we left and as my wife and I pulled into Florence, Amanda called and said that she could have a tech meet us in Florence to take care of the windshield. Mark met up with us and within 25 minutes, the glass was fixed and on our way!I just want to say thank you to that team for taking the time late on a Friday and helping us out. Having that peace of mind with all of our running we had to do...I can't thank you enough!!

The person I have dealt with is named Joshua Lane. He showed up smelling like weed and not just like it was on his clothes but his breathe. When asked about safelites drug policy he giggled and said I just get fake urine. On top of that he had this I know more than you attitude which is extremely bothersome. I also find it very unprofessional to swear at potential customers and tell them that they are wrong for who they like as a political candidate. I would highly recommend reviewing him if he is still employed with your company.

It was a wonderful experience so very so nice and when the gentleman got done with our cars he brought our keys out to us and spend a little time talking to us couldn't ask for no better than that necess what a sweetheart what a sweetheart

Awesome place for brand new glass. And glass chip repair.... They even cut and put new windows in my CAT front end loader. And it turned out very well. Thank you Safelite!!!

Worst place ever!!! Made appointment... Showed up in Iron mountain at 11 like told... Nobody knew what I was talking about... Really??? NEVER AGAIN!!! Go somewhere else....

Good job putting the window in. The clean up left a little to be desired. I spent about a half a hour getting into little places and sucking up glass pieces. I figure this is par for the course.
