Service Department is the worst I ve ever dealt with had my truck in multiple times for a transmission slip and they were telling me it was because I have a lift and 35 tires. Here s the thing I bought the truck brand new from them with the mopar lift and tires. Couldn t install rain guards ( thought they had to take weather stripping out and drill holes into my doors), speaker on my driver side door was blown (told me it was fine and setting were too high for bass), the list goes on and on. Finally had enough and went to Gandrud in Green Bay and they were phenomenal! My transmission had two updates that were needed, they are replacing the speaker, and on top of that they found my front axels were extremely loose. They are replacing the axels plus the front diff. Sad that I have to drive an hour and a half away to get good service and people who actually listen. Iron mountain service makes you feel stupid if you are a girl.

told me they could get a Black Ghost! Another dealer told me Iron Mountain couldn't get one because they are not a Dodge Power Broker! If they told me that 2 months ago I could have located one. Now I am on several waiting lists and going to have to pay way over sticker. Go to Marquette the were very helpful locating a Powerbroker.

I called talked to a sales representative and scheduled an Appointment to test drive a vehicle they had. The rep on the phone told me she wouldn't be there but she would schedule my appointment, she took my info and would pass my info on to another sales rep that would be there. I drove 2 HOURS to test drive this vehicle. I got into town early and when I arrived they had the place blocked off for a memorial parade/ride that was apparently leaving from their parking lot. so we went and grabbed lunch and came back after. I walk in and tell them my name and that I was there for my appointment to test drive this vehicle. I was then told they just sold it and they were literally doing the paperwork with the customer purchasing it. I am so glad I scheduled an APPOINTMENT and just drove 2 HOURS for you to sell the vehicle 10 min before I arrive. Then he had the audacity to ask me if he could show me other vehicles. Absolutely not. I have no desire to do business with a company that doesn't follow through when you have made an Appointment. You shouldn't offer appointments if you are not going to hold a vehicle for a potential customer. If I could give them zero stars I would.

This place is a joke. I bought a "certified used durango". I had it there for repair more times than I made payments on it. The last time was the final straw. My spark plug wires melted into the coil packs. Had to have all that replaced and manifold gasket. But it was certified. I wouldnt send anyone there!

I m very pleased with my experience at Riverside in Iron Mountain and I love my new Jeep! The staff were friendly, helpful & informative. Got a great deal on my trade-in! Highly recommend!!

Bought a jeep only to find out it was made in Canada and didn't have an American warranty. Salesman lied and said it had 1 yr left on the bumper to bumper and 3 years left on factory powertrain. All lies! My "bumper to bumper" expired 23 days after i bought it. Took it in for service after a 3 week wait and they tried to make me pay for a $600 repair bill. Because they apparently didn't service it before they sold it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! BUNCH OF SNAKE OIL SALESMAN!!!!

Took my car there they are very busy and could not do anything for two weeks plus. That is a sign of a good business . Hopefully the next place can help

Was just looking for a possible furture vehicle.A guy came out to help right away. That was very nice. I thanked him for coming out. But didnt get vehicle yet not ready to buy another .but soon. Ill be back..

Took my car to see what it would be worth as a trade in they told me they were going to drive it around the lot quick then proceeded to go on the highway and beat the hell out of it sending my groceries everywhere I will never go back to this joke of a dealership.
