If I could rate 0 stars I would. Jared not only has harassed others but his detailing also sucks. Had donut crumbs all over my floor leftover. He could have at least picked them up if he was going to eat in my car!

I was very impressed today with what I believe is a relatively new sales team at Riverside Auto & Truck in Iron Mountain. Starting with Kris Fizer, the Salesperson that greeted me when I walked into the showroom and who led all aspects of my purchase today. Great job of showing me the vehicle & features I had interest in all the way to assisting me with the transfer of personal belonging s from old to new vehicle. Kris was professional & demonstrated he was interested in ensuring I had a great experience at Riverside.Sales Mgr. Akeem Woods led the discussion on my vehicle trade value, as well as a thorough explanation of current Mfr. & Dealer incentives relative to vehicle of my interest. Kris & Akeem worked great together, as a team, toward answering my questions & earning my business. I appreciated their no pressure approach and their patience with many questions!Business Mgr. Mike Moore joined in and continued the effort as we discussed details of some added warranty options and finalized the purchase with documentation signatures. Thanks to Kris, Akeem, and Mike for their efforts today and for making my overall experience efficient & a pleasure!

Had a great experience purchasing our first car from here. We walked in, and everyone was super nice and helpful. They were quite patient with us while we had to sort out many things before buying. Seth and Josh were fantastic! Kept things down to earth and not trying to ram the car down our throats.Took about a year to get the second key fob. Tons of calls, and a pain... but it worked. They even comped the bill, so not the worst, but the aftercare of a sale needs some work. I'm taking a star off for that.

We live out of state and had a unique set of issues with our jeep. We were not satisfied with the quote and explanation we received from a different dealer and had an opportunity to have the jeep evaluated at Riverside. Long story short, the service at Riverside was excellent, the explanations were clear, the job was thorough, a loaner vehicle was provided, and the final bill was 25% of the first quote. The phone system was not a problem for us. We worked with Rick B and Dan C - and our thanks also to the other technicians, drivers, etc. We are grateful and will return to do business despite the distance from home.

Not good. Called in advance re: vehicle. They knew we were driving 3 hours and paying cash. Made us wait over 4 hours to hand them the check. Tried to increase the price on us. Cannot recommend the place. Saleaman Seth was great. But the manager was not.

Took my truck for recall work. The Service Dept. said it would be finished that day. They had my truck for over a week. They never kept in touch with me to let me know when I would receive my vehicle or what was happening. I had to call them, they were hard to get a hold of and full of different excuses. I was supposed to be offered a vehicle for use if the work would take over 3 hrs. That never happened. I later learned this was in Chrysler's recall paperwork. I wouldn't take my bicycle to them to have it repaired. Very, very poor service. Stay away !!!

Just bought a 2019 Jeep Compass from Peter at Riverside Auto in Iron Mountain, and had a great experience. He respected my budget, was able to accommodate everything on my wishlist & was very polite and professional. The whole team provided excellent customer service. I would recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family. Thank you Riverside!

Parts not delivered on first visit and had to reschedule. Staff was friendly and helpful. Second visit they apologized for inconvenience and offered free oil change. Installation took longer than normal but they only charged what was originally quoted.

They have no problems selling you a vehicle. Don't plan on getting any timely service though. I bought my truck back in April and we signed off on a few things getting fixed. It's now the middle of August and I'm going in to pick up my last part because these guys cannot remember to do anything. I've brought my truck back at least 4 times now, and they still can't remember to order all of the parts the first time. The first time I brought in my truck I was told it would be done as soon as they got my front seat, the seat showed up 4 days after I dropped it off. The next day I got a call saying I could come pick up my truck. When I showed up it had turned out that NONE of the fixes were done to my truck that we had agreed upon. All Riverside did was apologize. I picked up my truck 2 weeks after I had dropped it off. I've waited until one well ago (3.5 months) for a radio and it would've taken longer if I didn't ask them for FCA's number (then it was able to show up in a week miraculously). Turns out they ordered the wrong radio, go figure right? This Monday I am PICKING UP my last part (usb and aux plug in in the center console) because they FORGOT TO ORDER IT AGAIN with the radio. I'm picking it up because I'm sick and tired of driving my non-daily driver over 60 miles round trip for their screw ups! I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.- DanP.S. - I've been told "sorry" for how painful this process has been. Thanks Riverside!

We were traveling and had 300 miles to go before we reached home. Our truck started giving us a warning sign that was very stressful in the middle of nowhere. We contacted them on the road and knowing we wouldn't be able to be seen was ok, but just having someone look was all we were asking. We arrived on a Friday at 4:30 and by 5:30 we were on our way home!! The staff was amazing. They took the truck in right away, took the staff needed to fix the problem, and sent us on our way.We could not have been more pleased. This was a perfect ending to our vacation:)Thank you to everyone in the service department who got the job done so thoroughly and quickly. It really meant a lot to us.

This place is garbage. Sales people and administration had no idea what they were doing. In one day I bought two vehicles from them. I was there for literally 9 hours. I dealt with their incompetence all day long. Mind you I paid for one vehicle with 13 grand in cash which has to make the process a lot easier. But the next vehicle I bought took 7 hours to finance. Lets just say I was there so long that they had to buy me lunch for the day. They don't negotiate on prices because that's all these idiots want is their commission. After spending all day their and finally being able to drive off the lot, the next day they contact me again telling me that 600 dollars of the money I gave them toward the total is going to be refunded to me which I was happy to hear. But even after that they still needed me to go back and forth to keep signing papers even showing up at my place of work to have me sign more papers, which the person having me sign them didn't even know what they were for or couldn't explain anything to what I was signing. I made her find out before hand. 2-3 weeks later I receive a call stating that the check of 600 dollars they refunded to me, that they needed it back and that they made a mistake. I refused to give it back for the simple fact that...1. I bought 2 vehicles from them that day totaling in over 50,000 in purchases. 2. it was their mistake that they refunded me the money and it was coming up on christmas time. 3. I spent enough money driving back and forth signing papers. 4. I paid 600 dollars to have them do a spray in bedliner and they drove my truck to Escanaba to have it done, used all my gas and refused to refill my gas tank. I dealt with whoever the general manager was at the time, I believe his name was Sean. He was the most unprofessional, arrogant person I have ever met. When I refused to pay the 600 dollars he threatened me to press criminal charges claiming that the check "bounced", even though they refunded me the money in full. Needless to say this business turned around and sued me civilly in court of 600 dollars. After I dropped 13 grand in cash, and bought a brand new truck for $34,000. I cant make this crap up. This is how this place conducts business. My only positive thing I have to say is the sales woman I dealt with Mary, was very sweet and informative to a certain point. I would absolutely 100 percent never recommend a single person go to this business and deal with what I had to deal with. If I could give negative stars, I would.

The service department sucks. You never talk to anyone right away. You got to voicemail every time. Our truck has been there two days and still has not been looked at. Even tho they say they have but it hasn t even moved from where we dropped it off. I know that because it doesn t run. They don t even call you back in a timely manner. I called them at 9:30am left message and it s 10:36am the next day and still have not heard a thing. Poor poor service. The sad thing is we were will be looking for a new truck and they will not be getting out service. That s $60,000 truck they won t be selling. My dad is also looking and he sure won t be going there. I ll drive two hours south to Green Bay dodge and buy from there.

I have been to the service department 3 times in the last two months. The first trip they did fix what needed fixing but did not reset the change oil light. I also had to call them to find out when the car was ready. The next visit was three days ago and they said it was fixed. Again I had to call THEM to find out if it was done. Brittney apologized for the lack of communication. Again, today, I had to bring it in for the same problem, low tire light. Brittney called and told me what they found and when I saw the screw that was in the right front tire it was obvious it had been in the tire for some time. She apologized for the inconvenience and is obviously trying to restore customer confidence in Riverside's service department.

On the expensive side, variety of vehicles New and used. Very friendly workers. I paid alot for my car years ago but it is a great car was bought brand new and it's still like new, never had problems. If you have minor things like a light coming on they will get you in and do an inspection for you for free.

I had a very poor experience the last couple times I tried to deal with Riverside of iron mountain. This dealer ship was not willing to work with me at all, the price they list is the only price non negotiable! Trade offers are VERY poor, they offer the bottom of the barrel on your trade, they don't go out of their way for you at all it seems. I personally would not and will not ever deal with this dealership again. I highly recommend "Stateline" out of Crystal falls/Iron River!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Full disclosure I don't live anywhere near Iron Mountain. However, I do visit a lot and it's about 450 miles one way from where I do live so I end up here a lot for oil changes.Overall I've been very happy with the service. They always fix things called out in DealerConnect without me having to say anything. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention I work for FCA as an engineer so it's hard for these dealers to pull one over on me when I usually have more information then even they do.Recently I went in to get my 2013 Dodge Dart serviced (love this car immensely). Not a major fix but it is still under warranty so why not. I picked up the car after it is done and drive about 250 miles toward home when smoke starts coming out of the vents. I immediately cut the engine and roll into a gas station. The car was hemorrhaging oil and I knew immediately that the mechanic had neglected to properly reconnect one of the oil lines going to the turbo in my car. For those of you not knowledgeable in the inner workings of the new Dodge Dart with the 1.4L the turbo is right behind the grill and right on top and hard to miss. Since the turbo is what was serviced there was no question who my next call would be.I call Riverside obviously immensely angry. It being a Saturday their service center is closed so they forwarded me to their manager. The manager was extremely polite and seemed to handle the situation fairly well. To mine and his misfortune there wasn't an available rental of any kind within 150 miles of me.I asked him to tow me to the nearest FCA dealership and put me up in a hotel for the night. He then had two of his guys drive me one if his rentals (remember I'm about 250 away at this point). They showed up promptly the next morning. I kept the car for the week and returned it the following Saturday. I had to be back in town that weekend anyway. My only major complaint (other then this situation shouldn't have happened at all) is that they apparently had worked out some deal with the other dealership for me to leave the rental there. My girlfriend and I drove both cars back ignorant of this arrangement.Needless to say I will try to squeeze a free oil change out of riverside due to this situation but what you should take away is that I will be back. They messed up bad but made it right in the end. This could have happened anywhere but I doubt I would have been accommodated so well.

Awesome sales rep Rick bad automotive department, they don't listen, they just plain out don't care.....Bought a 2011 Dodge Journey from here in November of 2014, ran great I just love that car. A year later I Bought tires from Riverside and they never got rotated but yet free rotation for the life of the tires. Had to replace my brand new tires not even 6 months later because of no rotation I couldnt even get the tires warrantied. Next oil change my fluids were not checked or filled. Now my Dodge Journey is broke.... Very upset

Rick and all the staff were outstanding, bent over backwards to find us the car and package we were looking for in our budget!! The car was a 2014 Dodge journey ,low milage and in emaculate condition. weve had the car for a week and a half and it's been a joy to drive.... we love it:~) You won't find a finer group of people to work with, this is our second car we've gotten from Riverside and we will surelly come back.

We purchased a Jeep Wrangler there a few years ago. At this point, I can't even recall the salesman's name, seemed nice enough at the time. We were happy with the purchase, it has been a relatively good vehicle but I think it was because Jeeps are built tough to begin with. Here's my issue with Riverside Auto....we recently traded in that Jeep for a new, 2018 Jeep where we live now (not in Michigan). At the time of our trade-in, our current salesman brought out the Carfax report on our Wrangler, and told us that it had been involved in an accident in 2011....and Riverside NEVER disclosed this fact- I remember, because I was the one who sat negotiating with the salesman back at that time and I guarantee, if that had been mentioned? We would have never purchased the vehicle, which I'm sure he was aware of. I also had every piece of paperwork from our previous purchase, and not a word was ever said to us, verbal or written, to let us know it had been involved in an accident. The back doors on our Jeep had always been VERY hard to open and close, and the salesman told us, 'well, it's a Jeep, it's not a luxury vehicle, they are made like this'...stupid us, we believed him, we had never owned one before...LONG story short, we traded in our vehicle for this new one, and when our new salesman came back with the Carfax accident history, we received fully HALF of the trade-in value due to the accident. So! If you deal with Riverside Auto? MAKE SURE IF YOU ARE BUYING A USED VEHICLE, TO HAVE THEM SHOW YOU THE CARFAX REPORT!! Caveat Emptor, we learned the hard way.

Extremely happy with the service personnel today. Did not need a new part for my door, which had been suspected. The mechanic bent the suspect rod back into place and my door lock worked perfectly!!!Cudos!!!

Went in for an oil change. Looked at getting a 6 cinylinder Cherokee. Mine is a 2017 with 17,000 miles. The salesman was young and didn't seem to know much. He said I would have to pay over 18,000.00 plus my vehicle. Really? When does a one year old care depreciate to only a 5,000. Car? Doubt if I will go back there for Evan an oil change

Unfortunately I made the mistake of buying an oil change package, every scheduled oil change has taken over an hour and a half. Been sitting here for 1 hour 40 minutes and they just started it.

Arrived at 9:00 AM, went to parts department to have my battery replaced in my key fob and to pick up a part for my car. After waiting 10 minutes, I asked the gal in service department where the parts people were and she told me they were in a meeting and would be with me in a minute....after another 15 minutes, still no service I decided to leave.
