Best price and service in Iron mountain, Atv tire replace and repair as well. Guys are friendly and experienced. Do yourself a favor and go there first .

I had to get my TPMS reset, Will and Gary are awesome. Easy to work with. I also got my Firestone XTs the previous winter for my 3/4 ton here, they had them on hand. The guys are personable and easy to talk to. Really is a nice experience every time I visit. I owe them lunch now. :))

I went to the Iron Mt. location yesterday, I was charged $232.00 for 1 tire, when I asked why so expensive, the desk guy said because oil prices are up.... I went to Firestone site , and found the same size tire for only $102.99... I will NOT be going back....My van is a 2017 Grandcaravan. Glad I didn't get 4 new tires.. eeek!!

These folks can sure slang some tires! They have tires available, and at a great price that other shops have to order. And fast service. Always had a good experience.

I went here to get a quote on tires for my truck. He asked me what size tire is on it. I said I wasn't sure exactly but I told him the year make and model expecting him to tell me the factory size. He told me there were 3 different sizes and he couldn't quote just one and it was too much trouble to look up the tires. So I will never go back to this place and have him put on my tires. This guy lost about $1500 in sales (2 different vehicles) because of how he acted. Btw I looked at the size of my tires and then I looked on the computer. Guess what??? They were the original factory size tire. I found it easily. Yup I will spend my money elsewhere.

I thought I had a nail embedded in my tire so I stopped to see if I could get it patched. It turned out to be a rock that didn't puncture my tire. His mechanic took my tire off, pulled the rock out, and put the tire back on within 5 minutes! The owner told me no charge for that! I ended up giving him $20 anyway for being nice. I will only go to this place from now on!

I went to the Mr. Tire website and saw that they carried the brand, model, and size that I needed. I clicked on the link to get a quote and expected a call the next day, as it was nearing the end of business hours. Instead I received a call in about 10 minutes and scheduled a time the next morning to have the new tires installed. We went to drop the car off so they could do the job first thing in the morning. But, even though it was only about 45 minutes until closing time, they said they had time to do it then. Fast, professional, and friendly! It's refreshing to receive that kind of service these days. Kudos to the professional staff at the Iron Mountain Mr. Tire!

Had a great experience needed front end alignment after inspection they felt I needed idler arm and front wheel bearing. John called me after installing wheel bearing with the $300.00 good news that wheel bearing cleaned up wandering and I would not need idler arm after all. It was sure nice to know they only sold me what I needed even though with 230,000 miles I would not have questioned the additional cost. Thank you again John and staff for your integrity

Had the tire we needed on hand, and even came off their break to get it changed. They got us back on the road QUICK. It was SO appreciated, as were in middle of a road trip with three small kids. Thank you!

I am on my 2nd set of tires. John gave me the best deal in the area. Believe me when I say I did lots of calling to local tires businesses before choosing Mr. Tire. I believe in supporting local businesses and staying away from the big box stores.

The tech looked at my car and said all ball joints needed to be replaced. They were then going to charge me $850 for the parts which I ended up getting online for $250. I understand a mark up but that's a bit much. So a buddy of mine and myself did the work ourselves and found out that only 1 ball joint was actually bad. So yeah, not happy at all with them trying to screw me over.

So thankful to John and Lenny at Mr. Tire this morning, start down the highway with my truck full of kids and got a flat! Scary situation called John and he said to come right down, fixed it us up and got us back on the road in not time, even check and filled all my other tires

I was heading to Iron Mountain for a meeting and in Crivitz my serpentine belt broke. Luckily I was able to make it to Iron Mountain where I found Mr. Tire. I dropped my car there and they changed the belt while I walked over to my meeting. After, I ran back and there my beautiful classic Jetta was with a brand new belt installed. What could have been a horrible event was only a minor inconvenience thanks to them being able to sneak me in.

Front desk guy is arrogant.. rude.. had a valve stem change on my tire. Brought tire home and put it back on my truck and realized they didn t even put half of the air back in the tire.. at least I paid 15.00 for a valve stem
