I had a great rental car experience. The owner picked me up from the airport and quickly had me on my way. He couldn't have been nicer. The car was new, clean, and comfortable. Returning the rental car was very easy as well. Prices were extremely reasonable and half of what I was quoted at the other rental car company at the airport. I would absolutely rent a car here again.

Ray runs a top notch business. He picks you up at the airport, takes your info and your off an running in less the 15 minutes. The car was clean and comfortable. Snow tires handled the UP's weather with no problems. I highly recommend using this company. Thanks Ray!

After finding out the cost of rental cars available from the "major" rental agency at the airport in Iron Mountain, I searched around and found Labelle's. For the vehicle we rented, the cost was just about half with Labelle's. We were picked up and returned to the airport with no hassle. There was a slight mix-up with our vehicle that the owner went out of his way to fix for us.

Wish they had unlimited miles on the car rentals seems like any where you it's a drive to get to! Other than that it was a good place to rent from.
