Beware buying used cars here. Got a used car 3 years ago. There s a recall and they won t help me because they sold me a car with a Canadian vin. Just be aware..but all the other Toyota dealers around can help. They just aren t who I bought from and live across the street from.

Great service and easy to follow! First time taking out a car loan was fantastic! Explained everything perfectly! They even gave me a complementary free bottle of wine or Whiskey. I chose the Whiskey. Loving my new Toyota Venza!

I've bought my last van from bergeron and that was a good experience, easy to work with. But they refuse to service my husbands tundra that he bought when we lived out of state and when I went to upgrade my van they weren't advertising new siennas on their website so I went with riverside instead (maybe update your website? Even if to order popular vehicles?). But I wanted some additions to my van and bergeron basically refuse service, stating parts aren't available blah blah. Make a call to Riverside and no hassle have an appointment within a week. I'm supposed to be able to get oil changes at any Toyota in the country and definitely not hopeful about getting into bergeron based on other reviews. Would be nice to stay local but no wonder no one does. Do better

Several weeks ago, I purchased a 2008 Toyota Tacoma with 119K miles from Bergeron Toyota. While driving it home (roughly 100 miles away) I discovered the tail lights were not operational, the tire pressure warning came on, and the check engine light appeared. Initially, I was pretty frustrated by this. After talking to Adrian about this, he was very helpful. Bergeron truly wants their customers in a good vehicle. He was able to get a local shop by my house to repair the tail lights and a small leak on the wheel. As for the check engine light, we discovered it was only an o2 sensor. He was able to mail us the part to install. All repairs and parts were provided for free. While overall it wasn't what Adrian or I hoped for, Bergeron did the best they could and I appreciate that. Overall, I would consider purchasing another vehicle from them again.

Hands-down, the best experience I ve had purchasing a vehicle! Kim, Adrian and Scott were over-the-top, helpful, courteous, and caring! I feel blessed to have been able to do business with these people! From the bottom, my heart thank you!

How is it possible that this place is still operating? It s been quite some time since abject rudeness compelled me to write a review. These people might be the most miserable folks on earth. Good luck making a service appointment, or having any luck at all with anything concerning them. One giant dysfunctional family running that place. Their excuse is that they only have one mechanic, well, I wonder why lol.. who the hell would want to work for those people good grief

Great big empty parking lot, stopped in my RV, stayed very clear of the entrance as to not affect any business. We needed to use our own rv bathroom, a lady met me there and chewed me out for stopping, oas only there 5 min. Very rude people, I won't be thinking of a Toyota as my next car.

If you don t buy your vehicle from them they give you a really hard time when you bring it in for service. They even make it a point to tell you it s because you didn t buy from them. Not a good way to run your business.

Heard good things. My parents have gotten a car or two from here throughout the years. Good people. My only concern is they don't seem to respond to the contact form on their website. I think I have submitted a couple in the last few weeks asking some questions about a Prius with possibly a dead battery but it needs the recall work done to be sure and I have not heard from them at all. Which is odd considering there really isn't any cars to sell currently.

If you do not purchase your Toyota from them it is impossible to get anything fixed. The first question when calling them is if you bought it from them, instead of seeking to serve. I was disappointed with their service. I recommend going elsewhere.

Bergeron have always been excellent. Honest, helpful. Excellent in sales, taking care paperwork and service. Able to reach agreement (6 vehicles purchased) in 10-15 minutes and not waste time on items I am not interested in. Always cover every detail, option regarding vehicle.

Great people. I bought my last car from them in 2005. Took the time to sit down and were willing to deal. I got a nice used 2006 Camry at a very fair price. Had a couple of small issues with it three days later, went back to them and to my surprise, they took it to the shop and immediately fixed the problems right then and there! Now THAT'S service! Will definitely be buying my next car from them in 10 years (Toyotas are practically bulletproof!).

A few months ago I purchased a used Rav4 here, and it was a very positive experience! They were flexible on the price, and Brian even included a tow package for me! The atmosphere is that of a family business, and the people are kind. I love my Toyota!!!

My husband purchased a truck from them and right from the get-go it had issues. The oil leaked and they would not go good for the warranty that was still on it. Even after that I decided to give them another chance. I wanted to buy a Camry so I took one for a test drive. It drove fine until it came to a stop. Once it did it shook violently. Obviously that isn't a good sign. Upon returning to the lot we explained to one of the Bergerons what happened, he proceeded to say, "All the Camrys do that, even the new ones." Come on. They must think their customers are complete idiots. I will NEVER give them another chance and will warn EVERYONE not to buy from them. Worst customer service ever.

I just wanted to pass on warning of the poor customer service that comes from Bergeron Toyota in Iron Mountain, MI.The policy of Bergeron is essentially, that if you did not buy your Toyota from them, you cannot expect any sort of service from them what-so-ever. When you call to schedule service, their first question is: "Did you buy your vehicle from us?" If you did not, they say they'll call you back, and they rarely do. Any service appt is scheduled out at a minimum a month later if you are fortunate enough for them to call you back.As a result, I and many others I've heard from have vowed to never buy from that dealership, or have our vehicles serviced there. Instead, I am forced to travel to Rhinelander, WI (about an hour and a half away) to have my Highlander serviced.

Rude. Condescending. Salesman and manager who are brother.sister. I've purchased many vehicles in my life. Never had a duo like this so rude. Go somewhere else to buy your Toyota. Better have cash too or they look down their nose at you. Have a reputation in the area for being stuck-up which I did not know since I've only lived here 2 years. Brag they have been in business 48 years, I guess all the customers had $50K plus in cash to hand over. Will be contacting Toyota directly about my complaints. People like this give a bad name to auto dealerships.

I have purchased 6 vehicles over the years and I always been treated very well. I have never had a bad experience with Bergerons. Kim, Nikki,Scott,Adrian, and Brian have always treated us as Family !

My Toyota is one of the many vehicles that is part of the takata airbag recall. I have stopped in twice to this dealership to get it scheduled for the airbag replacement. The first time I was told the parts weren't available and that it would be months before they would get one in. When I asked them to call me when it became available, they took my name down but never called.The second time I was told they were too busy and it would be multiple weeks before they could get it done. Then I had a sales rep tell me that "I don't need to worry about it, because the airbag issue only affects vehicles in high moisture environments".Unbelievable. Toyota, you need to remove your brand name from these folks establishment - they do not represent your values.

True Professionals ! These guys took great care of me ! I purchased the cheapest car on the lot. They handled my problems weeks after the sale even though it had no warranty ! I highly recommend working with them.

The good: They have an extensive inventory of quality used cars, and are a Toyota dealership.The bad: Their used vehicles are way overpriced by any measure and they are unwilling to negotiate on price. Their service department is horrid - warranty/recall work was stonewalled because I didn't purchase the vehicle from them. Their website/internet sales is useless.Their competitor 100 miles to the SW is light years ahead in terms of courteous sales and service. They are also willing to negotiate on price. Why the people of IMT and the surrounding area support this business is beyond comprehension.

I have NO IDEA who these people are rating this place 5 stars, but I would NEVER.I lost every key to my car. My own fault, I know. I need to have a new one made, no matter what the cost considering I can't drive the car without having a new one made. The woman who answered the phone was absolutely horrendous to talk to. Rude from the start with a very bad attitude. She told me the job was going to be expensive (which I know, but I have no choice) and time consuming. She continued to tell me MANY TIMES how many hundreds of dollars this was going to cost me, and how long it would take; like she didn't want my business. I asked her if there was another local place to take it to, and she said No, so I said "ok. It'll be coming to you then". "and just so you're aware, we charge $80/hour for labor" is what she said to me. I was very frustrated at this point, seeing as I have no other option to be able to drive my car. Yes. I understand- expensive, time consuming and not able to get to it for a few days because they're "swamped". Fine. So after talking for a few minutes and feeling VERY intrusive, like she didn't want my business at all, I asked this lady why she was being so rude and had an attitude. Her response to me was, " I am an owner here. I have been trying to be nice, and YOU'RE the one giving ME attitude. If you want to have your car towed here, have it towed here. If you want to take it somewhere else, take it somewhere else." Then she hung up on me.Now. I am not a customer service pusher. I don't always believe the customer is right, because sometimes we're not. But this isn't about being right or wrong.There are no words. Just WOW. WHO would EVER expect to maintain a reputable name for a company with such TERRIBLE customer service?! I have heard awful things about this place, but figured I'd give it a shot because it's the only Toyota dealer in the area. I haven't even met this lady, and I will say ABSOLUTELY NOT would I EVER have an interest in doing any kind of business through her. TERRIBLE customer service, and absolutely no interest in gaining business obviously. This is sad because I hear this was a family business run by the father at one point. These kids should be ASHAMED. Their father, I am sure, would be disappointed.

The whole bergeron crew once again went out of their way with customer service. Rick, Steve, AJ, and Kim all tried to help with an issue that really wasn't even their problem. I ordered wheels on line that were guaranteed fit. The online company was giving me grief about returning the wheels that did NOT fit. Bergerons technicians went as far as to get on the phone with the online company in my behalf.Thanks guys, I really appreciate you all. Will be a lifetime customer!

NEVER go to Bergeron Toyota in Iron Mountain. Their customer service is so abysmal! It took 7 phone calls over the course of a WEEK to schedule a 15-minute ROUTINE MAINTENANCE appointment. That's just to make the appointment. Not to mention the rude, condescending attitude I've gotten EVERY time I've called. They have even hung up on me twice. And I assure you that I have been polite and courteous in my dealings with them. Don't buy a vehicle from them, don't attempt to have your vehicle serviced.
