Semi-friendly staff. Wouldn't accept one of their own unopened and unused parts for a return. A lot of parts are supremely overpriced. I had the receipt and everything.

I had eye surgery at the eye clinic across the street from Auto Value. Our car wouldn't start as we prepared to drive home to Marquette. The staff at Auto Value tested our battery, tried to jump start the car and when that failed contacted a towing service and arranged to have the car towed back to Marquette for us. We can't express our gratitude enough in their efforts to help us out. They are really good people.
