My mother went in for brake repair. They charged $850. Brakes failed within an hour of picking the car up. Blamed her for it and charged another $450 to fix their screw up. These guys are scammers ripping of old ladies who don t know any better. Don t give them your business.Service: Auto brake replacementService: Auto brake replacement

I cannot recommend this shop enough. I am out of state and my vehicle broke down. This shop was able to pick up my car and repair it quickly. The shop was honest in their work and very reasonable in cost compared to what service centers in WI would charge. After fixing my car I asked them to also look into fixing my blower motor as well so I could have heat in the winter, the shop was quick to repair the blower again at a fair and reasonable price. I am almost convinced the next time my car needs work I ll drive it all the way to MI just to have this shop work on my vehicles. It is rare to find a quick, honest, and reasonably priced mechanic and I m thankful to have found this shop.

Arcand service center tries to get us I as quickly as possible every time. They are efficient at many basics related to car maintenance. They do brakes, bearings, oil changes, basic engine repair and all other car issues. They also sell used cars and metal buildings and garages. They have a long term staff who are always ready to get you scheduled or take a look at your vehicle. I would recommend calling Arcand service the next time you need a fair priced good quality repair done.

I usually only take my vehicles to dealerships because of the accountability standards they can be held to. However, I took a chance with Arcand's and I was amazed. Arcand's is run by moral and proffesional individuals. I wasn't mislead or I didn't end up paying for repairs that weren't necessary. They were very knowledgeable, humble and informative. Honest work for an honest rate, just how it should be.

This is a great shop. I was broke down, but the mechanic had already gone home for the day. The receptionist called him at home, he came in and stayed late to fix my Jeep. They saved my vacation. This is a well managed shop.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

The mechanics keep my 2014 Subaru running like a top. Have stopped unexpectedly when the low oil indicator came on, or the tire pressure indicator came on, and they always made time to solve the problem. Very reasonable prices and super friendly staff. I had an electrical problem that a number of other shops I had contacted said would be difficult to find and also said they would not be able to get to for the next week or so Arcand s was the only place willing to help. These guys helped me out big time the same day i had bought my truck from a private seller. My brake lines were blown and these guys had me back in my truck the next day. Great honest business. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

This service shop is amazing. A Veteran owned and family run business that goes above and beyond. I blew a spark plug out of my truck on a Friday at 345pm and they were able to fix me up and have me back on the road in just under 2 hrs. They stayed late and went the extra mile to get me home. The cost was far less than I expected. I only wish I lived closer so I could go back.

Great bunch of mechanics. Very helpful and willing to help me work within my budget to get car back in good running condition. Took the time to explain everything to me and didn't treat me like a stupid woman. I so appreciated that! Will be doing more business with these guys.

Always honest and trustworthy, no BS. Great work done on any vehicle I've brought in. Never had an issue with me being a single woman like other places have tried; never taken advantage of. Highly recommended!

Great place to get repairs. I'm on a fixed income and they were willing to work within my budget to get repairs done on my car. Honest and talked to me like a person not like I was a stupid woman. I appreciated that. Good bunch of guys!

While on a family fall color trip, 450 miles from home, my brakes started grinding with no prior warning that something was amiss. I pulled into the first parking lot I could find to see if they were hot (they were) and knew I had to do something immediately. While digging out my phone to look for a brake shop, I looked up and realized Arcand's Service Center was right in front of me. I took that as a sign that I should go there! So glad I did - they got us in immediately and we were back on the road a few hours later. Trip saved! Thanks Arcand!

Everyone at Arcands is great. Betsy is always courteous and helpful. Dave is a very knowledgeable mechanic. Alan always makes me feel comfortable while I'm waiting or provides a ride if I need one. I am a single woman out of town and they where trying to take advantage of me. They where trying to charge me DOUBLE the price and charged me 30 dollars to have it sitting there 2 days for an estimate. I know how much that part costs and its only an hour labor! Do not go here if you are a woman or from out of town because they will play you for a fool if you let them!

We had a huge problem with our SUV, and Arcand fixed it up for us, did a GREAT job, and they were very reasonably priced- any other problems we ever have, we will definitely return there-and we will absolutely recommend them to others!
