The tires we got are awesome...but the service was terrible. No one seemed to have a clue what was going on. I made an appt for 5pm to have 2 new tires put on, they told me because of the condition of my tires and their age I had to purchase all 4, even though the other 2 had 30% tread left,bc they didn't want to be held liable for letting it leave the shop with issues. Took 2.5 hours to change 4 tires then charged me $100 more than what they had said it would be, and have me a completely different invoice than what I had signed and agreed to. Called corporate about this, and still haven't gotten a response back. Not pleased with Walmart service at all.

Excellent customer service and Brad went the extra mile having to look for another couple of tires! Went in earlier to my appt due to the hazardous weather and I was pleasantly surprised they were able to get it done on time!! Great teamwork!! And thank you!

I took my car in to have a slow leak fixed. The technician told me the tire had 4 punctures and could not be fixed. I asked about a new tire and was told that they didn't have what I needed in stock. I had them put the tire back on and went to Discount Tire and they found no punctures, replaced a leaking valve stem and have not had a problem since

I will NEVER come back here. Just got my oil changed last Monday. Today my car motor gave up because they didn't put my drain plug in right. They stripped it out and it the oil leaked out. Now I'm without a car and have to pay 3500 for a new motor and 2k for parts and labor, not including if I need a new cam shaft and timing belt.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Due to a shortage of staff I had to wait almost 3hrs to have one single tire mounted on a rim... I understand that they had customers that had appointment times scheduled before I arrived however I did call ahead and let them know I was coming in, and made sure they had the correct size I needed. Still I was forced to wait and watch while they helped other customers and take their lunch break... when they finally got around to me. It was done in about 15mins. Just a thought but maybe when several customers (with appointments) mention they were dropping off their vehicle and to call when it was ready... you should take care of the guy who's been patiently waiting for hours on end!! -not a happy customer

I would post negative stars if I could. The staff refused to repair or mount a new tire for me, because the Road Hazard I had purchased on my tires became null and void due to uneven wear (alignment issues). They were more than willing to do the repair, until they found this out. At this point, they refused to help me due to being closed because of Covid 19. I completely understand a business not wanting to operate because of the virus, but this felt like they were picking and choosing what type of work they felt like doing. The process for repairing my tire would have been the same, whether I had Road Hazard Insurance or not. I was forced to try and drive home on a flat tire, possibly causing more damage to my vehicle. When I asked to speak to the store manager, the department manager Brandon told me there was not a store manager on duty. He and his employee refused to try to help me in any way and actually walked away from me. I have bought countless tires from Walmart, but I certainly can't see myself doing business here in the future. I don't expect to get any response regarding this review, but if I can keep one other person from having this type of experience, it will be worth my time.

Auto Center would not answer the phone from 9am to 4pm. At 4:15, they answered and I asked if I'd be able to get a hole patched because I had a screw in my tire. They closed at 5pm that day and all the emoloyee, Dan, said was "Depends on when you get here". I made it there at 4:26... Nobody was there and the bays where all blocked off like they were closed. Called again and no answer. First and last experience using Wal-Mart Auto Center.Service: Tires

My boyfriend and I were on a trip for our 5 year anniversary when while on the expressway our tire popped. We called and they said they had the tire we needed in stock but it would take 4 hours to put it on because they were so busy. We came in and they got us our tire and popped it on the rim for us. Then when we couldn't find the piece to our jack we just had while we were on the expressway they squeezed us in and threw it on for us. I was so greatful. If I could give more stars I would. They really went above and beyond for us and I'm incredibly greatful for it.

The service is first come first served. The workers as good as you can expect for being very overworked. They at least honor the warranties. You get what you pay for.

5pm Tuesday workers Slow as molasses. Need to show these guys work ethic. They have oil posted for sale and didn't have any oil we asked for. Only the expensive oil. Get your signs down if your not going to carry it any more. Good greef! Is the trainer that way too. 1 guy in office. 1 guy signing people in and one guy in the shop. No wonder it takes 45 minutes for an oil change. So sad you run your business this way.

My daughter purchased a new tire today. And was involved in an accident after tire and rim removed itself from her vehicle. 1 stud is broke off .ALL lugnuts are gone so is the tire and rim. Police officer and wrecker driver didn't find them so $171 tow bill the cost of new tires mounting balancing ect and the rotor which is also damaged is not going to be cheap. So Walmart How are you going to fix this???????

The worst experience I have ever had. 11/10/2018,2:30pm the management has zero knowledge in the department she is in charge of making productive. The receptionist is very rude and short, the employee are incredibly slow and lazy and when asked simple questions they have no knowledge of what they are doing. I just had my money refunded because for the sixth time I have been here for two to three hours. I will never return unless management is changed. Horrible experience.

Had tires balanced and put on my truck only to have an extreme leak around the rim 4 days later. Not to mention all of the black residue all over the rim from them sealing it poorly

1/2 star too good. I'm without a car because they used used oil in my car and blew up my engine. I am not only 1 this has happened to, I hope everyone who's dealt w them n had their car ruined writes a review. I'm not the slightest bit happy that people who are unlisenced can destroy an engine n not have to replace it. I boycott Wal-Mart in ionia period

I arrived at 7 in the morning they made me stand off to the side ignoring me for about 10 minutes then when she finally walked up and ask me what can I do for you her tone and body language was I don't want to help you I asked politely if they had time to do a tire balancing in so many words it was going to take an hour which is fine but she kept putting off the vibe that she just wanted me to get out of there it would be nice if they put someone in that position that at least acted like they cared about people.

I went in for an oil change and they drained my transmission, replaced my transmission filter instead of my oil filter and then added new oil to my engine that did not get drained to begin with, so I left with almost no transmission fluid and four extra quarts of oil in my engine.
