I had an amazing experience with Jay! I stopped in for new wipers, he helped guide me with many options and installed them for me early this morning. What an amazing customer service experience.

Was on a roadtrip from Florida and needed to repair a fuel leak on my Duramax. They had the fuel filter head I needed in stock and the staff was extremely cool about letting me repair the leak in the parking lot and allowed me to borrow any tools I needed to get it done.

I've shopped at this store about once a week 4 the past 3 yrs. The staff was always helpful 2 the best of their abilities. Went there last week all different employees. I needed 2 get spark plug wires had 2 order. I ordered & paid.. When I went 2 pick them up, they didn't have them, or any evidence they were ever ordered, & I was erased out of their system. The guy pretty much threw his arms up w/o any attempt 2 reorder, refund my money, find me in their system, or add me back into their system. Not impressed with the new employees.

Always go in person to order parts if you can. O'Reilly's is often cheaper or faster than the competition in my case.

1/12/23 girlfriends needed help with headlights/daytime running light replacement. Employee said they re the same which is incorrect and she offered to show them they said no and sold her the incorrect bulbs. It would take 1 min to even walk out and see / confirm the right bulb replacement. Thanks for your assistance. It was no help at all. NEXT. Oh AUTOZONE sold the correct bulbs and installed Thank you AUTOZONE!!

Staff was very rude to me when I asked about their code reading service. Asked if they could read and clear a code for me, short of guy with a beard said no at first, then he said he could read the code but not clear it, then he stated I could take them machine and read and clear the code mya2lf, so I did. When I returned the Machi e he stated that he shouldn't have let me do that but he did it just to get me out of "his" store. I told him self gratification is a horrible business motto and left. Will not be returning.

The green shirt was like a beacon in the night.. I was having car problems and knew he was an o'reilly guy.. Jay totally came out of walmart most likly off of work and still offered help. JAY IS AWESOME.

I drove 20 minutes on a Saturday night to turn in my core and pulled in the driveway at 8:51pm. I saw the guy behind the counter walk into the back and when I walked up to the door it was locked. I knocked and no one came up. I wasted 40 minutes of my night and now I will have to wait till later this week. I will be returning my core but will never shop at O'Reilly again. AutoZone is just down the street and they stay open till the time they are supposed to. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Went to O Reilly Auto Parts in Ionia to buy a set of 18 !wheel covers. The sales clerk said they don t carry that size and to order them on line would cost too much. So I kept my money to order from somebody else.

Had the drivers side rear control arm go out on my way downstate and stopped at Ionia's orileys and had the pleasure of working with Ethan. It was about 5 minutes before closing and instead of telling us sorry he has to close up he helped me with the whole job of removing the bad control arm and putting in the new one which took us about a half an hour (past his quitting time). He went way above and beyond for us and I appreciate his help so much! Please give this guy a raise!!!

I was driving through ionia and my transmission pan gasket blew out on highway just outside of town and no other parts place in town would bring me parts. oreilly was the only place that would.. they delivered parts to me on the side rd in under 30 mins had it fixed and back on the road an hr later.
