Well damn.... The service is awesome. Brought our Audi A4 in thinking at least 1000 bill and got out of there for under $200. They did a great job cars running excellent. I would highly recommend lilies to anybody in the area with a foreign vehicle. Thank you and if needed I will see you again

Excellent service, fair pricing, quick work, great communication, and able to answer all of my questions. They are truly amazing! I've had engine work done, breaks, and even window repair. We broke down in Ionia, our heater core went out. I was able to get a gal of water - refill antifreeze overflow to make it there....they got us in and out a hour and 20 min. My daughter broke down on I-96 near Ionia after dark and we had the car towed to Lillie s. The flatbed driver (Rob s towing-also would recommend) said that he thought that they could work on a BMW. I called Lillie s in the morning and spoke with Harry who said that they had a very full day, but that they would try to take a look at it. I called then later that afternoon and he informed me that they had hooked it up to the computer to try to determine what was wrong, but quickly realized that it had no gas. So they put $10 worth of gas in it, and it drove fine. Why my daughter allowed the car to run out of gas is another story, but I am very thankful to Harry and the staff at Lillie s for their honesty and integrity in helping with my vehicle. The total bill was less than $100 (including the $10 worth of gas)! Thank you!

I don't have to go to an automotive shop very often as I do most of my own work on vehicles, but had to go there too get my seized axle nuts off and replaced. Harry was fast and effective and very reasonable on the price. If I have any trouble I run into that I cannot do in my own garage I will most definitely be returning to Lillies!

An Outstandingly Giant Thanks to Lillie's Crew!!!! You ever loved a vehicle so much you would do anything to keep it? Well thanks to the fellas at Lillie's they have tackled some serious issues and kept me in that vehicle!!!! In my opinion they should be the first one you keep in the rolladex for any automobile need!!!!!

Wow, maybe he's good at fixing somebody's else's car but never buy a vehicle from him. The car had been sitting a long time (so I've been told by my mechanic) and I've had to replace tie rods, water pump, abs sensors...the list goes on. Pretty sure all codes were cleared to make it look reliable. I thought I could trust buying from an auto shop...WRONG. Harry told us he garaunteed all parts he replaced but when we called 6 weeks later he couldn't "really remember" much and offered no help or even to take a look. Don't waste your money with this shop. Seriously, watch your back with this place.

Took my Caravan in for misfire and evap code and it sat over the weekend. We left a note in the car with symptoms and also a number to call when they got to it. Monday rolled around and I drove by the van was still outside. So I called tuesday to see if they had determined what the cause was. Harry told me over the phone it was done and I thought to myself what does he mean its done because I was never informed what was wrong. Then I asked what the problem was and he said it had an evap leak in the filler neck and the plugs and wires were old and bad. I changed the plugs and wires about 5 months ago and he replaced those ones. He told me it was $475 to replace the plugs and wires and that included the diagnostic and smoke test. I asked why no one called me and proceeded with the work without notifying me. He wasn't really forthcoming with an answer why he would just fix it with out an estimate or what the problem was. I was pretty upset with him and I said you bacically changed the plugs and wires are charging me $475 that I never agreed to. He said what do you want me to do I said you should of called me before committing to the work. He knew he made a mistake and told me no charge. I know mistakes happen and he probably got ahead of himself but either way I was disapointed and I know it wasn't easy to replace the plugs and wires but either way he insisted for me not to pay. I am leaving 3 stars because he didn't communicate with me and just did the job without a estimate. I can't personally say anything bad about his work ethic or intentions because he ate the bill but I can say "IT HAPPENS". Thanks Harry for what its worth I have to think a bit about my next vehicle repair destination but its possible I may be back. You were atleast stand up about the mistake and it shows some character content on your part thats obviously more important than money. The van does seem to run better though so hopefully this helpful to anyone that decides to take there vehicle here for repairs.

Person told customer, that their car was fine. Broke down within a mile. Thank goodness we hadn't gotten on the highway. Engine nearly blew.This guy sold them the car. Obviously not a very good mechanic

Honest work done on my vehicles, never promised what he couldn't deliver, and even if it was bad news, Harry never blew smoke up my tailpipe. The only shop in the area I trust.

very slow was told they could get it in the same week and it took them till tuesday the next week and they damaged my vehicle then never said anything or fixed it
