The guy at the front desk was very nice, gave me a dad vibe. He was really cool, I only had a certain amount of $ on me and he took it made it work, given it was just a dollar but he said I m not worried about a dollar and I just thought that was something you don t hear a lot anymore from businesses. That encounter alone made me want to rate the place. (:

Installed brand new parts ball joints, drag link, tie rod ends, wheel bearings myself. Business is two miles from residence. Went in for an alignment told me I need an offset ball joint, never checked anything else for loose or worn parts. went there multiple times questioning their procedures and judgement. Went 3 times got 3 different answers. Went to a different repair facility told me my track bar bushing was bad. Fixed this track bar good as new. No need for offset ball joint, or wheel bearings or steering box . Bubba that runs the alignment machine is questionable on his ability. Highly suggest getting work done in elsewhere.

First time going here. Very good experience! Best price for tires in town. They even gave me a ride home after I dropped off my vehicle because I didn't have a ride! John was very nice on the phone. Would go back in the future.

Was not impressed. Had my car brought in. Was told they could not do what I asked until I fixed even more parts. I understand that is not their fault. But to refuse to let my car leave! Yes I know the tires needed to be switched, but unlike your employee boasted you are not the cheapest in town. In fact you are the most expensive, I know because I called everyone else after I was told it cost $60 to mount 2 tires and they refused to let my car be removed without it happening. I will never be back again.

Very helpful i just stopped because I needed air in my tire as it was low not only did they air my tire up they also checked the rest and made sure they all had the right air pressure and never once tryd to sell me anything I didn't need or anything I've used them in the past for alighenments and they have always gave me great service 10/10 would recommend them...

John is a great man and I ve watched him (I m assuming) go from a worker to an owner /operator from my 30 years ago working at north side party store all that hard work and dedication sends to be paying off !! Been coming here for 20years. My Dad has always gone here too. Never had a single issue. They have always taken care of me like family and done great work. This last visit not impressed. They seem to lack a crew with good knowledge base. The family feel isn't there anymore either. Unfortunately I've heard this from others and regret experiencing it myself.What changed?

Melted a bushing out of my shock with a torch, truck sat funny and clunked, was very dangerous. Claimed they couldn't align it without 1,100 worth of calipers and wheel bearings. Blundy-Hoppes aligned it just fine with no additional parts.Dishonest, slimy, and negligent

Called about an issue with my tire, and they were able to get me in within 5 minutes of calling. They were very fast, polite and professional! The entire staff is so polite and helpful with answering questions. They always find time to get me in and out as quick as possible. They are great with the warranties that they have on all their parts and tires. Allison at the front desk is so polite and helpful. At first, they were great. Did good job on my car and stuck with appointments. But now that they have the new employee, he seems to not understand what is going on and my appointment have been getting messed up. I give 5 stars because my only complaint is they didn't return my oil to me that was left over out of my 5gal bucket. They kept 2 gallons of oil. I didn't realize until the next day.Overall id give 4 stars if i really nixed people on reviews.You're welcome for the free oil guys.Thanks for what you did do

Always great service. This is my go-to place. Had a nail in the tire. Called at 7:45 this morning and had my butt back on my couch at 8:45. $20, tire plugged, good as new. Great crew out there.

Beware of the repairs you have done here your life may depend on it!! Or may only be worth free oil changes to them. Safety check turns into an incomplete repair. Next day tire collapsed while driving Christmas Eve. If you are a senior citizen get a second opinion on the "repairs" their mechanic says is needed. DO NOT LET THEM TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR LACK OF KNOWLEDGE!! example: they recommend tires needed when you purchased a set less than a year ago from them.RESEARCH YOUR VEHICLE'S DOCTOR! Would of gave ZERO STARS IF ABLE TO!

Made an apt to have some work done. They Called and told me work was just about done on my car and gave me a price. When i got there to pick up the car they werent close to being done must be because it was $250.00 more than what i was quoted because something else needed to be changed.Purchased tires there. Went back to have them rotated and had a tire waring and wanted them to check see why and align if it needed. They rotated tires without even noticing the ware. I was told by them my car needed a new motor! Towed it to another mechanic for a second opinion. My car DID NOT needed a new motor: Got it fixed and it s fine now. Do not recommend. None of employees wore a mask. I was very disappointed since it is Governors orders to wear a mask. They should be concerned how others feel and their well being. Covid is really. Had tires rotated and oil change. On itemized bill, charged me over 8.00 on windshield washer fluid. I just filled my washer fluid the prior day. When I brought up charge they said they could take it off, but it would be the same amount charged. I stated they lost my business. I Just bought 3 sets of tires within the last year. Later that day, received a voicemail of them stating they talked to their employee and he stated my wiper fluid was full. They offered me 8.00 credit....sorry did you not get my memo, "You lost my business."

They did front end alignment. Yesterday morning on our Jeep. My husband noticed it felt funny while driving got out and noticed that one of the camber bolts was out on driver side. So he called them and they were very rude. Refused to show print out and denied ever touching it. Accused us of leaving a bolt lose. Will never go back their again.Service: Wheel alignment

I always thought of this place as tires only. But they do alot! I had them look at my muffler, hood latch, and gas lines. And they told me upfront that the muffler would be cheaper to fix at their competitor, which impressed me.Also, they have the nicest bathroom i have ever seen in any mechanic s shop ! Putting the effort in made me like the place even more!
