Needed to have a few old tractor tires tubed. The tread was good, but side walls leaked. They were fast, friendly and helpful. The tubes they installed were professionally done and have held up flawlessly. I dropped off my tires and picked up either the same day or the next. Kind staff. Highly recommended!

Had my appointment and was in and out in 50 min all 4 new tires. My car rides so good now!

I went here because I had a clunking noise in the front of my vehicle. They insisted it was the half shafts I asked him if they check my stabilization links they told me yes they did so they put these Hlaf shafts in insisting that was the problem after driving it I told them they did not fix it so then they proceeded to tell me that I have to schedule another appointment over a week out. Meanwhile, my appointment was this day. So then took my car down the street to another shop. They check my stabilization links. And tell me their bad and change them for $150 and fix the problem Blundys charge me $500 for parts I did not need and when I told him they were wrong, they proceeded to push me granite while I was getting this it was a Friday. The parts came in one part was wrong. So they said they would finish Monday Monday rolls around the mechanic calls out that was working on my car Blundys as a business decided it s not their problem he called in and they re not gonna work on my I guess it should be called Mike s auto shop since Mike is the only one that could work on my car so then they pushed it back again to Tuesday and then, when Tuesday roll around they put the part in and I told him I did not fix it, and then they tell me I have to wait a whole Nother week to get back in there. It was the worst customer service. The lady in the office is very rude. They don t take responsibility for their actions and they basically stole for me $500.

It has been a number of years since I have required the services provided by Blundy-Hoppes however, yesterday I took my vehicle there for a heating issue. I am pleased to say that they continue to provide exceptional mechanical and customer service, as I have always known them to provide. While I hate to have car issues, (don't we all?) it certainly does provide peace of mind to know that there is a professional home-town business that can be relied upon! Thank you so much!

Stopped by due to a tire failing to hold air. Emergency type tire repair without a appointment. You couldn t ask for better service. They were checking my issue promptly, did necessary repairs to get me on the road again without further delay.If you need tire service in Ionia area, don t hesitate to visit this business. As a older master mechanic, it s nice knowing these family businesses are out there that care and treat you with real customer service.

I had one bad experience here but they apologized and took care of me. I've had numerous very positive experiences here and these people are usually super kind and professional. Thank you for making things right for me after I got upset and maintaining professional throughout. I do appreciate you.

Needed an RV tire and wheel. Did not have the wheel in stock They ordered it and was there same day. They knew what I wanted went late morning it was ready few hour later! Highly recommend Blundy-Hoppes Tire!

Found myself in dire need of assistance. Called them because their pictures showed they did trailers. Extremely glad I did call. Dave took me in immediately and went above and beyond my expectations. Entire staff was awesome. The service is the type you only see in feel good movies nowadays.

Just wanted to share my wonderful experience! Newer in town and had a flat tire so was driving on my older spare. I needed to check my original tire that went flat it to see if it was reusable or ruined. They got me in right away and my tire was reusable! They put air in it and switched it back on and put my spare back. They also check all the air in my tires. Bottom line: Friendly, fast, HONEST and SUPER reasonably priced! I m so happy I went here and can t thank you guys enough! I ll be back for my oil changes here for sure! THANK YOU! Service: Tires

Had to stop in for an emergency tire replacement and it couldn't have gone better! The staff was friendly, especially Bob who did a great job fixing up my tire; the prices were good and the business really seemed to have a customer first attitude. They made sure to only charge me for what I needed and looked out for me by recommending something the make things easier down the road.Made my whole day better; I would be a regular if I lived any closer.

Have had a few ruff dealings last few years, last straw was when I had a steering rack put in my truck and the tech "forgot" to tighten the bolt that held the steering shaft to the rack ...

I ve always had great service here. My normal purchase is tires and alignments but somedays they have to do another repair to do the alignment. Thanks for the good service.

Blundy-Hoppes is an Ionia institution! They continue to put the customer first and stand behind the work they perform.Talking on the phone with Michelle is always a joy and she puts a smile on my face every time I call and need something done. Usually last minute! They always seem to find a way to fit me in the schedule and I appreciate it!

They are amazing here and very professional. My wife and I take both of our vehicles here. They are also good at working with you. They are also fair with charges like how long they take to look at your vehicle. I love this place. I do not go anywhere else.

Did a great job fixing a trailer tire we blew on the highway hauling a bobcat. We didn't even have to unload it and they fixed it right then in 20 min

Took my car in for a new set of tires and they lifted my car and immediately came and got me to look at my wheel. It easily moved around sloppy like and they were telling me it was going to cost me easily $400-$650 to fix it and scared me into not getting tires because my car was unsafe to drive. I ended up tearing it apart and finding my Axel nut was extremely loose. I tightened it down and it moved no more. Not sure what happened or why but I called back because I fixed the problem and wanted the tires and they set me an appointment for over a week away even though I was already there to get the tires when they told me all this extra stuff was going on that actually wasn't. But anyway customer service could be a lot better and I wished they would have looked at my car for 30 seconds before trying to charge me 100s of dollars to tighten a bolt.

Great experience! The staff was polite and helped answer questions. The lobby, office and bathroom was very clean. Service on my vehicle was done in a timely manner and done well for the quoted price. I'll be back again in the future!

Dropped off a tire to be repaired today at 12:05. Gary said Yea not a problem should be done in an hour. I just went back to pick up the tire only to find it leaning in the corner and the only thing that was done to it was my company name written on it. Waited around for a few minutes before someone helped me. That someone was Gary again and he said it'll be about another hour so I told him I would take the tire with me then. I went into the office and asked to speak to a manager and the lady at the desk paged them. And then Gary walks in the office claims to be the owner and asked me what was going on and explain the situation to him again. He said "it's not my fault we don't have enough Indians to get the job done and I told you it was 2 hours to start with". So I told him he lost our business

The absolute best customer service experience you will find anywhere. Very kind and helpful staff. They fit me in last minute before a big trip just to help me out when they definitely didn't have to. My son's car broke down on the exit ramp on I-96. Not knowing exactly what was wrong with the car, I called mid-morning to see if they had an opening if we brought the car in. We arrived late afternoon due to the delay in the tow truck arriving. I was really surprised how quickly they did diagnostics, and found out what was wrong with it. I believe they called either after they closed or close to closing. I could tell they value their customers. Honest mechanics, really impressed when we picked the car up and the the mechanic took time out of his repairs to tell us what went wrong and what was fixed. Top notch customer service too.

Very thorough and trustworthy. My family has been going to BLUNDY AND HOPPES for years. All the mechanics have always made sure to explain what's going on with our vehicles, as well as get us back on the road as quickly as possible without over charging or doing unnecessary repairs. You can rest assured you are in good hands!!

We had an appointment for service. We got in early. We ordered a set of 4 Salaris 7 year/70,000 warranty tires. Reasonably priced, thorough service quality, exceptional customer service. Mistakes are rectified immediately.

My Chrysler town n country pulled to the right so from experience told me my alignment was out of wack so I went to the garage asking for an alignment. Before them even looking at it. I talked to the mechanic going to do the work and said for him to see if there was any other problem he could see before he started to let me know. Right then and there he rolled his eyes and just closed his eyes but went to work on it. He did not come back so I thought everything was good. He did the alignment. I drove down the road and same problem. So I returned. He was not happy. He said we can switch tires and see if it still pulls. We did. He returned after test drive and let me know it now pulls to the left and told me it is because of a bad tire. Couldn t he see that before he did the $55 wheel alignment? So I paid for an alignment I didn t need. I just needed a new tire. My advice. If you are thinking of going here. Don t.

Love this place. Quality products at great prices. They thing I like most is the care and consultation each customer is given. The staff go through all your options and dont try to force the most expensive.

I've been going to these guys for years and no matter which technician works on my vehicles i always get great prices, service and the quality of my vehicle after the work is done has always been top notch!
