Never going into this store again. The customer service there is the absolute worst, especially early mornings and nights. Never get greeted, asked for help, young cashiers never say a word to any customers but can have plenty of conversations amongst themselves, talk negatively about the customers, and aren't friendly unless they know you by name. I used to work gas stations for years and I am utterly disappointed in how this specific location is being run.

Great place to stop and fill up your tank and yourself. Place is kept clean and friendly people working there. Only had lunch there once but it was good with a few options. Subs and pizza looked good. Parking lot is larger making most campers able to pull-in and out.

Always stop in here on my way through when work brings me through the area. Pebba in the deli is always the sweetest and doing her best to provide great service. I always leave with a smile on my face.

Evey time I try and pump gas ur pump declines the card ... yes there is money in my account plenty to cover the hold. Fix ur pumps

The new management is way to conceited. She thinks her way is the right way and she will lie about everyone. The employees that are there better watch their backs, that woman will stab them every chance she gets. Absolutely horrible MANAGEMENT! She had a good crew and she messed that up within a week. If something isn t broke.....don t fix it!

Stopped here at about 5:45am on our way up north. Coffee was fresh, facility was nice and clean, and the sassistant manager Jeff was very welcoming and friendly! Customer service is lacking these days but not at this EZ Mart!

Generally I ve always been happy with the service and products from these guys, however the last two breakfast biscuits I ve gotten were WAAAY under cooked & not edible. If you see this, be careful & always check your food when purchased at this location.

Gas is always overpriced here. Today I got gas in Traverse city 10 miles away for $3.09. In my home town it is $3.43. This is why I never ever shop here or purchase my gas here. Ez mart robs the locals.

Rudest cashier ever!!! Went in to pay for my gas and there was an open cashier so I walked up and was rudely informed that she was already waiting on someone who I guess decided they needed something else and decided to go shop around for more..... So instead of suspending the transaction and waiting on the rest of us customers she just stood there glaring and being rude to customers who were just trying to check out....

They have always offered me top of the line customer service and they always have what I'm looking for. The selection is extraordinary given it is a gas station, the small deli they have inside is fenominal and I highly recommend it.
