I was in a really difficult situation. I was in tears as no one could look at my car. Tim got my car in the next day. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful. Also very kind.

Major brake and wheel bearing issues. Fixed in one day. No surprises as has been the case with Heiges for the last 15 years or so. Tim is honest and fair in his pricing. You can't go wrong hiring Tim to do all of your auto and truck repairs.

I have taken my vehicle to Tim multiple times. He is the most honest serviceman I ve seen. Multiple times he had opportunity to take advantage of my situation and came back with only fixing what was truly broken. This is the reason I trust him with all my repairs. My family recommended him and his work is a true blessing. The workers at Heigis are friendly, courteous and accommodating. My heat shield fell off my Jeep and they fixed it for a nominal fee. Good work ethic too.

This is the best automotive shop in all of northern Michigan. He can repair any vehicle that has any problem at a very Fair price. He can also make your ride real fast. Call Tim if you want to win!!!!!

The service is wonderful. They are both great mechanics. Usually can get your car or truck in the same week you call them. I really can't say enough good things about these 2 gentlemen.

Great folks,Called em on a wed, said I get paid on fri, running rough, replied that they were pretty busy, bring it in on Mon try to get at it. Drop it off at 9 call at 4 good to go . Couldn't say anything but awesome service, no bs, no extra anything, just 1 part runs like a top and to do this for $100 is unbelievable!!!!!!!Thanks bunches guys!!!!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Only shop in grand traverse county area I trust to work on my cars and trucks when I cant or dont know how to do it myself. They always do a grate job and go beyond what is expected to make sure its done the correct way the first time.
