Positive overall experience. I needed a radiator and several other parts my Jeep after being struck by a deer. This shop was able to provide these parts cheaper than others in the GT area. The mannequins dotting the interior are creepy and the employees seemed rushed, but that last part could've been situational and they were still polite.

They are a little off on their part classification. The diff I purchased was classified A, but I purchased better D class parts. They also think their parts are gold plated. That also is a joke, the diff I purchase was missing a lot of parts and cost me an extra. $1,000 to get it In class A condition.

The little guy running the register is a chump. Too lazy to get get me a trim piece and sell it to me. Tried to tell me about the internet like I've never bought parts off of it. Well let me show you what else I can do on the internet.

Stopped was told to use ebay. I would recommend ebay over this place because that's what the management said themselves.

Ordered a part over the phone. They were very accommodating and gave me exactly what I need when many other salvage yards would not or could not. They sent me the harness pigtails when other places didn't. The staff was very friendly each time I called as well (twice). They had to uninstall from their vehicle and I had it in my hands (shipped all the way to AK) in less than a week.

My husband & I come here quite a bit for parts on both of our trucks. Typically talk with Frank, don't really care to deal with the other gentlemen at the shop. He takes great care of his customers, is knowledgeable, & I appreciate the fact that his memory on prior conversations is impeccable!

I order an airbag over a month an a half ago and when I call to ask about the airbag 2 weeks a ago they said that they were sending it the same day, because they were having trouble shipping then two weeks later I call to ask to see where the air bag and Mr. Frank gave me the wrong tracking number when I call back to ask for the tracking number again he gave me a different one, and I asked if he could stay on the line so I can check quick and he got upset and said he had a lot to do and I could call back, he couldn't stay on the line for 2 mins. But he expects me to think its okay to wait my shipment for almost 2 months.

I wanted to buy a hood latch. They had one but would not sell it because they said it was part of the core support. It clearly unbolts and has its own part number.

SO AFTER PURCHASING A SEAT FROM THIS COMPANY FOR $ 195.00 AND PAYING AN EXTRA $ 25.00 FOR THEM TO DELIVER IT ME EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE COMING TO LUDINGTON ANYWAYS, I CALLED 2 DAYS AFTER GETTING THE SEAT AND SPOKE WITH FRANKY AND EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT THE USED SEAT THAT I PURCHASED WAS OIL SOAKED AND I SHAMPOOED IT TWICE AND WAS STILL SOAKED WITH OIL, FRANKY STATED WE DO NOT USUALLY SEND SEATS OUT THAT WAY, I SAID I PURCHASED THIS SEAT FROM YOU AND THIS IS HOW IT WAS SENT OUT, FRANKY THEN STATED YOU NEED TO SPEAK WITH THE OWNER AND HE IS NOT IN SO CALL BACK LATER, FIRST OFF I HAVE A WARRANTY TO RETURN THIS ITEM AND YOU MR. FRANKY WAS NOT GOING IN THAT DIRECTION, YOU NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT LET ME SEE WHAT I CAN DO FOR YOU OR ANYTHING OF THAT NATURE, IF THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT ALL YOUR CUSTOMER'S YOU NEED TO CLOSE OR BE CLOSED DUE TO YOUR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, I HAD TO PAY TO GET THIS SEAT TAKEN APART AND COMMPLETELY SCRUB THIS SEAT FOR 2 DAYS TO GET THIS OIL OUT OF IT WHICH SHOULD HAVE NOT HAPPENED, I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE. I HOPE OFFERING A REURN POLICY THAT YOU DON'T HONOR MAKES YOU FEEL GOOD.
