Recently I took my car to Snappy for muffler repair. Their service was prompt and affordable. This place is a gem for the city of Inkster. This business is not in the city of Inkster because it has to be but because they love what they do and serving the community.

Owner does have a good sense of humor. Honest with his customers even though we may not like the answer. Prices were a lot better than most garages and especially dealerships. I frequent there to get things done. Best to call ahead though. Good mechanic, very fair prices, honest (yes, even if you're a woman going in alone), friendly owner (if you don't like cheesy dad jokes though, you're going to have a bad time here - I like it though).

He's the 1st muffler shop that I think of when I have any muffler issues for 10+yrs now. He's most reasonable in pricing ,and will give you advice on other vehicle services in the area. You just can't go wrong with Snappy! Snappy keeps ya happy! Lol

This is a great place. I own a cab company and the prices are great but even more importantly is the quality of the work. Top notch. A honest and friendly place. I would highly recommend them. They also do repairs not just exhaust work. Ery knowledgeable.

Was told to come back on another day early. I did and waited 2 hours just to be told he not sure to be able to work on my vehicle. Wasted my time. If they didn't want my business why agree for me to come on a certain day and time.

They had a sign up saying they be back in 30 minutes I waited for a hour and no one showed up I wanted to get my muffler fixed.
