The reason I'm giving this such a low star is that I talk to these people over 2 days ago they knew my rear end was going out it was something small and I was losing oil or we were going to have to replace the back axle he gave me a good deal I'm not going to lie there today was the day I was supposed to bring it up there he was supposed to take a look at it and tell me what was wrong with it mind you I didn't look at no other shop because somebody told me this was a good job but the guy did not even show up now the vehicle won't even go in reverse because the rear end axle so messed up

Didn't get any service done there. Mechanics were friendly and polite. I had an estimate done, which seemed resonable..they only quote labor. You have to buy own parts.i didn't like having to buy the part and take to them..

Do go to the brothers the sons r up there tearing people cars up an give attitude when u tell about it the short broke car cause oil to run like water I took it back next day they refused to work on they dad was there an made him work my car he then charge 450 for what they broke made wait 1 month to get my car back an my still leaking oil after over 20 years going there they

I've been taking my cars here for over 10 years they are fast & efficient. 10/10 definitely recommend I've never been unsatisfied with the service

Well my mother goes there to get her car fixed she's by herself know that my father has passed away so she still goes there and they take really good care of her and she's 76 know and doing everything by herself im so proud of her and there prices a really reasonable and they all ways have a lots of cars to work on but they take care of there seniors. And that's great for me no worries.

This place is easily missed when you're driving past it. If you're unfamiliar with the area (or don't know what you're looking for), it's hard to find. But it's well worth the effort!!! I've been here multiple times. I continue coming back because their prices and service can't be beat!!! You have to bring your own parts, and you only get charged for installation.They're up front and very honest. I was just there yesterday getting my 2012 Ford Fusion worked on.. He did my breaks, replaced the jets for my wipers, and put my rain guards on for me.. I initially also brought a pump for the wiper fluid because I thought that was why the fluid wasn't coming out, but he gave it back and said it wasn't needed.. Most jobs are finished within a few hours. Even bigger jobs are usually finished the same day.I highly recommend Brother's Auto to anyone in the area!!! That's the only place my family and I bring our cars.

All of my vehicles foreign & domestic have been serviced here. My parents husband friends children & other family members come here also. They are like fam. R.I.P. Sam. Bater & Jim have raised the young workers up in training for several years. I remember when they were just kids. 15 years of service for us & will continue. Never overcharged, have sent me out with ZERO charge for simple fixes, always a good price and fair. Kind & NEVER try to flirt etc. Always business. They CARE. Always check Brothers first for your car servicing needs. They can't answer the phone a lot so either keep calling or just show up. If you keep calling, someone will answer eventually. That don't have office workers so their hands are tied working most of the day.Services: Exhaust, Auto battery replacement, Auto power window repair, General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto brake repair, Vehicle Inspection, Side view mirror repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Auto battery maintenance, Auto tire replacement, A/C installation & repair, Auto emissions testing, Air conditioning, Vehicle safety inspection, Wiper blade installation, Auto maintenance, Auto brake replacement

I've personally been a customer for nearly 20 years.....they've always been fair affordable and knowledgeable! They operate in integrity! The reason why you might call and not get an answer is because their always busy.....they're always busy because they do GREAT WORK! SEE? Shout out to Jim the owner. Also to Sam R.I.P Much love to Bader! I recommend them to EVERYONE I meet. They service my personal vehicles, my children's vehicles and my church's vans! YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED

I've been going to Brothers for 25 years and I wouldn't even think about taking my car anywhere else. It's hard to find an auto shop that you can trust and I 100% trust Jim and the guys at Brothers. I've even went in and it was something really easy and he did it free because he knew I was hurting for money. There's not enough room in this post to properly explain how great Brothers auto is!5 months later and again brothers proves they are better then the rest! I called 2 other auto shops and both wanted almost double for the work! Thanks so much jim.

Jim is the absolute best mechanic around. He always gives fair prices and will never try to cheat you out of your money. He is going to tell you exactly what is wrong with your vehicle. We have been with Jim for 20 years. Don't sleep on Brothers.

Super unprofessional. I had some work done on my car and when they were done with it all mu gears were I'm reverse. Reverse meant drive and so forth. They refused to fix this because the original tech who worked on my car got "sick" and the others didn't wanna correct his mistake

They fixed on my car a couple of times (different reasons). Each time, I was satisfied. Didnt have to take my car back. Great service. Would recommend!

Great service ....he even fix a problem with my car for free ....took a vac line off car ran smooth not to many mechanic would do that extremely honest people they won't just take your money like some other people!!!!!!

Although this place is older, the staff is fast and afforable! They have been around so long that they worked on my parent parents cars! If your looking for a mechanic in the inkster\westland area, i would bet my marbles on brothers!

I would not recommend this shop at all ...my boyfriend took my car to this shop to get it repaired and now my car is overheating mind you yes my car is very old but it was not overheating prior to that and also something heavy is dragging under my car...and they broke my air compressor and now the heat is not working.....also they had my car from all the way from Monday and I m just now getting it back Friday...don t go to them take it to somewhere like Midas
