We have been working with Jordan a lot lately, he treats his customers very well, his repair turn around times are quick, we bring him a customers car on a flatbed and that day or the next they are driving it home running like a top again!Highly recommended go to repair shop and worth the travel to see him!

Great shop. Josh is well versed in everything automotive. After talking to him and seeing his work, I m really impressed and it s my new go-to shop. He installed a Clayton Overland lift kit, a sector shaft brace, and a steering stabilizer for my 2021 Gladiator Diesel. I ve never had a Jeep track this well and the attention to detail and tweaking done shows he really cares about doing the job right. I may have found him in a runaround sort of way, but I write this so that if you are looking for the right shop, you might find Up North Garage too. Highly recommend. Wheels. Tires. Lift kits. Repair. Diesel. Gas. I m not sure there is anything they can t do. Highly recommend. Next up wheels and tires in a few weeks!

Jordan was wonderful to work with. Very friendly and went out of his way to accommodate me. The work was done to my car fast and efficiently, he even did a couple things we didn't have scheduled for no charge. I highly recommend!

Let me just tell you about the best experience I have ever had with a mechanic. I live in Lansing but I'm from Indian River and about a couple weeks ago I was visiting family when all of a sudden the motor for my fan started to act up. In fact, it stopped working altogether. I had to go back up to Lansing in the morning and for sure thought I was going to be without heat for the whole ride there when a huge snowstorm was on its way. I called Josh Thursday and he said he could have me in by the morning. Absolutely amazing transaction. I worked at 4 and it's about a 3 and a half-hour drive down to Lansing from here. There wasn't a minute to waste. I got the car to them around 10. Josh ordered the parts and picked it up. While Josh was out getting the parts I had the opportunity to talk to Travis and he's one of the realest people you'll ever meet. Great guy and Up North should be proud as heck of this guy. A future prospect in the mechanic world. As soon as Josh got back, Travis went to work and installed it quickly. I was out the door by 11:30 Am and at work in Lansing by 3:45 Pm. I want to say thank you to both Josh and Travis for their excellent work and making sure I was able to get to work on time. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a great mechanic for a great price! If I could give 7/5 stars I would!
