Dan's the man! Very professional, willing to work with you has all the information for your questions I left there the same day with an incredible deal on a trailer. I would refer to all my friends and anybody reading this. I asked Dan to send me a couple of pictures of the trailer he sent 10 inside outside underneath, very professional.

Mallory's Car Wash is also here. There is an outdoor RV wash which was excellent for washing our mortorhome.

Talked to the owner who was extremely knowledgeable about the truck accessories I inquired about.I used the car wash when I left and it took care of a majority of the "stuck on" up north bugs from our travels! Definitely recommend the $12 wash!!!

I always support locally but this time I was let down. I brought my 2020 legend enclosed trailer into Southside auto to take a look at a bent axle for possible warranty claim and they completely refused to do anything other than tell me I had a problem, which was already clear. I ve never been refused service like that from a dealer I purchased the product from. I made a phone call to Kelley s Custom Trailers in Traverse City who are not a legend dealer and they immediately told me to bring it in and assured they would take care of me which they did. Unfortunately SouthSide Auto will no longer receive my business.

Everytime I go something isn't working. Waited in line forever on Saturday n get there to pay and the card reader isn't working. Fun trying to back up out of there when that happens.

We dropped our van off yesterday morning at 8:30am to be cleaned and detailed. We came back to pick up our vehicle at 3:45. It was not ready. No problem, except had another appointment. You were closed when we made it back to your business at 5:20. No problem, except you left our vehicle, which was just detailed, outside in a snowstorm. Not a very professional or safe way to handle the situation. Vehicle interior cleaned okay. Exterior too covered with snow to tell if they did an adequate job.

This might be the worst car wash. The undercarriage wash was like a water fountain, the pressure wash didn't come close the washing the complete car and the final rinse quit before the whole vehicle was sprayed. The pressure wash couldn't even rinse all the soap off the vehicle. I should of taken my $10 and bought soap and a sponge, then paid a 7 year old to wash my vehicle. It probably would of got a better bath than this car wash.

Great place to get your truck or auto accessories or to buy a new trailer in the Indian River, Mi. area. Dan is one of the nicest people in the world to deal with. I highly recommend South Side Auto for all your accessory needs.

Great service, we came into town after they had closed. We made a call, they went out of their way to get us our new trailer. Even bought the kids ice cream, what great people!

We were on our way back from snowmobiling in the UP & had issue with our trailer brakes. We stopped here & they fixed the problem & we were back on the road in less then 30 minutes.
