Just bought a brand new ttr230 from them yesterday. (04-13-2024) Their prices are fair and they have good costumer service. The lady at the counter was very nice. They were all very thorough on making sure I got everything I needed for my bike. Nice little shop.

Indian River Sports Center saved a snowmobile trip! My riding partner had a drive bearing fail during our yearly week-long trip to the UP. Started calling and kept hearing Sorry, our next opening is (add 8+ days). Until I call IRSC. We dropped the sled off at about 9:30am & picked it up the next morning. Drive bearing replaced and 2 other items addressed that we didn t know were issues.During the process of repair the drive shaft bearing & speedo sensor, they noticed the sled was missing one bogey and the other was not long behind it. Add in over worn sliders and that could ve been another breakdown waiting to happen.Only lost 1.5 days of riding, which we put to good use!!Service was excellent, price was very fair and the attention to detail was outstanding. From the service desk people to the Techs, everyone was nice to deal with.

The best possible jetski rental experience, all the way from the front desk to management to the service department. 100% fair and friendly even when we sucked in the line. Be careful of that! Haha. There were at least three times where I would say these guys went above and beyond. A big thank you to the team -- the jetski made our trip!!!

I came in happy to buy merchandise. And after 3 minutes standing at the counter. And nobody could say hi or acknowledge. I was standing there by myself but nobody else around. I decided to leave this time. I honestly felt I was intruding. I called back to us with a general manager. I usually don't do this. After waiting 2 minutes, he came on and I found out it was one of the 3 Workers that was at the counter. I kindly stated my opinion as a business owner. I felt sorry for the company. This rarely happens, so I'm voicing my opinion and voting With my money i'm going elsewhere. Good luck indian river you just lost a new old customer.

Actual trash.DROVE our ATV in to be serviced, after 4 weeks they tell us it needs a new engine, quoted us an extremely high price, we found another powersports place that would do it MUCH CHEAPER, so we said no thank you.Took them 2 weeks to put it back together, and now it won't even start.

Just rented a couple snowmobiles yesterday. Everyone was absolutely awesome! Very nice staff, got us in and out quick, and competitive prices. Nice facility too, if you need anything at all. We will be renting every year from now on here.

Indian River Sports Center is my go-to for all things boat- related ( although they have a great inventory of snowmobiles and Razrs). They do all my I/O winterizing, they put a new motor in, and recently went above and beyond testing for a leak, putting in a new bilge pump, and replacing a fuel gauge sender. As boat owners know, BOAT usually stands for Break Out Another Thousand, but Cam, Travis, and the rest of the crew are professional, courteous, fast, and fair and the cost was much lower than expected. Thanks, Cam and IRSC!

Jeff in sales was great to deal with. I highly recommend them. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I purchased a used watercraft and was treated the same as if I was buying a new one. Their customer service is top notch. Buy with confidence!

Have had several new and used boats my entire life... Absolutely unmatched service.Jeff at IRSC called me after he was able to find me a last minute winter storage location. Short turn around time, so he helped get me completely setup all the way down to coming to my house and picked up the boat for me. THIS should be the standard in service... not the exception.

Carl was great to work with - we rented two brand new sleds from him. Great place and service - they repaired a lug on my helmet for free. Machines were fantastic, shop is only 1/4 mile from trail 7, it let us cover 150 miles and 5 counties in 5 hours time. Thanks Carl !

Unfortunately we rented a house before we rented a boat. Then we found that Indian River Sports Center is the only option for boats, and it was $500 a day, so $2500 total. Outrageous. We have never paid more than $1500 for a week. Price gouging is disgusting. Then they said we bent the prop and charged us $377 more. Black lake has sand bars near the shore. We could walk out hundreds of feet from our house. We put the prop up carefully every time we were in shallow water. We have no way of proving that we did not bend it. In ay case $2855 for 5 days is piracy. Be careful if you do business with these people. Also, we could only take the boat out two days due to high winds and cold weather. Never going back.

The owner and staff are very knowledgeable. They helped my wife and I pick out snowmobiles that fit our needs. In addition, he made himself available to me on several occasions as I shopped for a trailer. I would've bought one from them but, they didn't have one in and couldn't get one in my very short time. He also provided me information on the trailer I ended up buying which helped me negotiate $500 off of the price I was quoted. I should also mention we drove 3 hours from down State and past several other dealers just to deal with them. Very happy with the knowledge, availability of products and deals.

I was excited to buy a used touring snowmobile and Jeff O from Indian River Power Sports suggested to be patient and he would call when they had the right trade in. A few weeks later he found a unicorn ! A good as new Pantera LTD. Their service department gave it a nice once over and I picked it up the following week. Great buying experience. I referred my riding buddy and Jeff found him a nice Ski Doo! The retail store is really nice too!

I bought my sleds there. I'd always been happy there and recommend them. However, I was extremely disappointed yesterday when I went to pick up a part I ordered and found out it had not been ordered! I'll get it at another dealer, along with other parts.

They had my 4 wheeler for 3 months . We agreed on a price to fix. They did a bunch of extra work charged me a extra $600.00 . Forgot to put a part on correctly. Horrible customer service over the phone zero response from the owner . They did come out to fix the mistake they made . Today I got a bill for that . Horrible business. I would have been a life long costumer. I would rather drive a extra hour than ever deal with anyone from this company. Place is a joke .!!bought

In the past we had excellent service on our Yamaha Jet Ski's. Last fall we had our boat "winterized" and stored here. It was expensive but we trusted them. Long story short, the boat is still not ready and on both pick up days they got delayed for "parts" for corrosion and such and the boat isn't running yet and still won't be ready. They seem very nice but this appears to be an unusual practice for prepping a boat that was winterized and stored to avoid this. We are hoping for better results, summer is short and so is our vacation time.An update, they worked hard at diagnosing and repairing the issues with the boat. They were courteous and helpful and I would always recommend them.

Stay away from. I was a good Long term customer that bailed them out of 2 new hold overs they never sold and were paying interest to into the factory.Bought new holdover sled 0 miles, had them stud the track and over half a dozen stud nuts were not tightened down at all and destroyed an aftermarket $300 excell wheel kit. Their fix to the problem was to send me 6 new studs in the mail!!! Another part of the service was to replace a battery but did not install windshield fasteners and just loaded it in the trailer. Also on this sled they forgot to put the fill cap back on the chain case for the chain case oil and was ridden around like that for an entire season before I noticed. There was gear oil all over the engine compartment.Buyers and people seeking service, Beware...

Sold me a boat that didn't float and when it sank that night told me "as is condition"On June 27th I bought a used waverunner from them. Got it to the lake and had a blast with it. Parked it at the dock for the night and the following morning I awoke to find the boat underwater. So much that the motor had taken in water and was completely full. I brought it back to them stating there was a severe leak and not running right because of the leak. After 1 month, they called me and told me the boat was ready, when I asked where the leak was, I was told, "this boat doesn't leak". I told them that in fact it does leak and putting it in the water now would only result in the boat sinking and filling the motor with water again. 24 hours later, I was called by the service department again and asked to pick up my waverunner and its all set to go. I told them that I wasn't picking it up until the leak was fixed. They passed me along to salesman Jeff, who after a very heated discussion (which he had no problems doing) he agreed to float it for a few hours. After he checked the boat.... sure enough, it leaks. The repair was made and my wife picked it up. No apology, nothing. They lost a long term customer forever because they refuse to listen to a customer that is crying out to be heard. They talk to you, you don't talk to them.

Great place and they had an amazing tailgate sale with great prices and delicious food!! Thank you! It was a fun time and the helmet my husband got at half price is amazing!!! What an excellent selection of cold weather gear too!

I have been a good customer but I am done. They are not that interested in selling anything unless its convenient for them. Kept me on the hook for over a month only to turn down a full asking price offer cause it was the wrong time of the year. Very Frustrating, don't bother with these guys.

I am very late in writing this - but I am hoping the saying "better late than never" applies here.September 2019 I was on a motorcycle trip with a dear friend of mine heading north on I-75 when a link on the chain of my motorcycle locked up and jumped the sprockets - basically putting me in desperate need of help. I was towed to Indian River Sports Center. They quickly diagnosed the situation and were able to locate and source the parts needed fast. They had the parts overnighted, put my repairs as a priority, and me back on the road in less than 48 hours! In addition to this - they helped me find WONDERFUL accommodations close to town within walking distance to good food.They took care of this tired traveler --- and with my travel companion needing to move on to meetup we were joining, they made me as a solo female feel safe and well taken care of. I respect that and have passed this on to MANY of the women rider sites. Respect to Indian River Sports Center! PROFESSIONAL! KIND! QUALITY!I cannot tell you how many times I have referred Indian River Sports Center and the place I stayed - and how beautiful Indian River is to stay if in the area...I should have written this sooner.

If zero stars was an option I d have chose that. No customer service. Passed off to 3 different guys. Each one acted like we were an inconvenience. We were there about a used boat not a new one. Once they found that out we were treated like trash. Would never go back and would never send anyone there.

very poor as far as i'm concerened leave details that 4 wheeler has a electrical problem gave them details of simptons . 4 weeks later they call and say fixed. when i go to pay bill . repaired and rebuilt carborator NOT FIXED left it there 2 months later they call and say fixed but will cost more. called and made arangements to pick up in 2 days said would put on battery charger. go to pay bill morn than quote and battery was dead . got loaded and home check battery NO ACID in it DRY . i fill it up on charger for # hrs. took charge. if have another problem with any small engine WONT BE GOING THERE

Went there today to buy a kids dirt bike. We drove over an hour, first time in this store. Had the guy from another store call and tell them we were coming in. Was me and one other customer in the store at the time. Several employees walked right buy us, no one helped us dispute my trying to get someone to help. Their loss we will be buying elsewhere.

Not impressed. Was willing to pay cash for large item but no one wanted to take my money. Service was aweful! Have shopped and supported this business numerous times in the past and not sure I will be returning. Very sad
