It s a drive from Petoskey but it s worth it as the staff at this location is very knowledgeable. As opposed to telling you we have no idea like other parts places they go above and beyond to help you with what you need.

I was desperately trying to salvage the 4th of July holiday in search of a key to my pontoon boat that I left behind in Monroe Michigan,What are the chances an auto parts store could help?The staff was very helpful and called a place over in Harbor Springs gave them my information and phone number. This business was instrumental in saving my vacation.This business didn t make a penny from me on this day but they earned a customer for life!

We order all of our tools there, Rodney is a great help with keeping our tools in good working order. If your looking for Milwaukee tools, he your guy!

Everyone in the store are fantastic people and really go above and beyond to help. I have a tree business and my equipment is not brand new, they help me find almost every part I need and treat me with respect. You want friendly service and people who know their parts, they are it. Thank guys!!!

The guys over at the Indian River have helped me out on several occasions for several different automotive part conundrums. Lol i bypass two other parts stores closer to bring my business to these guys, to bad we dont have more like these guys!3 thumbs upThanks for everything Mike , greatly appreciated

Great guys, helped me when I was out of town and shops were closed. I had most of my tools with me but they let me borrow one even though they normally don't. Gave me a cardboard piece as well. Super nice, helpful, fair prices.

This place is great I get my car parts n building stuff all in one stop staff is always very helpful and prices are really low but have great supplies

The staff is very knowledgable and helpful. Prices are comparable or better than going to a larger town with box stores. The lumber quality is better than local lumber yards. You can tell that the owners treat their employees well as all seem more than content.

If you re going to have trouble an hour into a 13 hour trip home, this is the place to stop! Headed back to Virginia, we had to stop to have our battery checked. These folks went above and beyond to help us out when we discovered a bad alternator. They were all friendly, understanding and accommodating (fresh pot of coffee, offered their workers lounge). They called folks they knew until they found someone who could do a repair on a weekend.It s no fun to be stranded with repairs, but they made it much more pleasant!

These guys are awesome! We were in a really tight spot and they helped us out big time! They were closed when were were there but one of the employees came out to the parking lot and went inside to get us the parts we needed. Saved us tons of money not having to call a tow truck.

Top notch service!! Very friendly and helpful. Told them I needed new wiper blades, went to look at something else and when I got back to the counter, they already had the blades put on my truck! I live closer to Cheboygan but chose to go to Indian River Carquest.

They have come a long way and are very cordial.However, Most of us work, and the only time for home improvement is the weekends. Their Sat and Sun hours are for turn of the century bankers. As a result, they lose cash to the big Box houses.

These guys really helped me out in a pinch. It was Sunday and my low oil pressure alarm went off on my truck. They called and found a local repair shop that could plug into it with a reader on a Sunday..... Thank you again for the help guys!
