What a great experience!Professional, on-time, costs within reason. This team went out-of their way to get my Ski-Doo back up and running when they were clearly very busy, but they put Mitch on it for a quick look and he had it back up and running in one hour! They didn't have to do that, they could have simply sent me on my way but they considered the situation (it was just picked up the previous day from service) and addressed the issue while I waited. I can't say enough positive things about this organization.

Simply the best!!I have brought my skidoo in twice now and could have not asked for a better experience.I took a chance and came in first thing after Christmas break with my sled not running right. Spoke with Matt and Charlie did the repair that morning. I realize that is not the norm these days but what an incredible touch with service from this team!!We ride in Gaylord but always worth the drive to Burt Lake for these guys.Thanks you to this crew, management and ownership. Best marina service in Michigan! Always well done. Staff are very helpful. They know boats and how to winterize and get them ready for summer. Have dealt with them for 30 years.

A special thanks to Sheri F. at Burt Lake Marina's parts department. If it wasn't for her professionalism, efficiency and competency we'd probably have spent half the short Montreal summer with our boat on the blocks. Dealers in Montreal, Quebec couldn't get us a part before the end of July. When I called Sheri, she immediately took care of ordering and shipping out the part. I ordered it on June 3rd, we received it today June 10th and our mechanic installed it this morning. Thumbs up for you Sheri! I won't hesitate to order from you again and refer you to people I know.

I have tried for the past two months to get a price for a bimimi top and camper enclosure for our boat and I tried two other places before I got the number for but lake marina...when I called, Sherry took down my info and I had a quote within two or three days. Unbelievable customer service and everyone that I talked to was very nice... I cannot believe that they only took a couple days to get the info I needed .... great job Sherry and Burt Lake Marina will be my go to place for my boat stuff... i

Phil, Mitch, and the rest of the crew are A-1. My Snowmobile was running so hot it starting to warp my hood. Took it up to Bury Lake Marina on a SATURDAY afternoon and they had it running perfect in a few short hours and we got to enjoy the rest of our weekend. These guys are the BEST. THANK YOU ALL!

Best boat repair place around hands down! We run JDB Getaways, renting vacation rentals and pontoons. Having our boats ready was an issue till we found Burt Lake boat repair and their staff helped us immensely! We had our boats at 5 different places and always came back with problems till we took them to these guys. Honest, fair repair costs and quickly getting our boats fixed fast enough with part issues because of CoVid19. We can t say enough good things about them and we ll be customers for life!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair
