TLN takes care of us whenever we need it. They understand we have few spare vehicles, so they get us seen at a moment's notice whenever possible. When a vehicle can't be seen right away, then they always meet and beat the deadlines that we work out together. We are very lucky to have TLN as a resource to keep our fleet moving!

I was at Scott s for delivery which is near to them my tandem had a stop bar stuck went to them to get it fixed cause Scott s wasn t accepting the load if the tandems are not slide to the back. The gentleman was so nice he got it fixed in no time such a life saver.God bless him.

They are very honest. I was originally going to have my work truck towed to them for a repair, in an attempt to save me money on a towing bill, they sent out their mobile repair truck. Unfortunately I still had to have it towed to their facility. Just spoke to them, and my truck should be ready later today. Very fast turnaround and they go above and beyond for their clients. I would highly recommend them.

I was verbally quoted a estimate of 4-500 dollars on adding a trailer hitch to my camper. When I went to pick up the price was miraculously over 1k. As a business owner myself if your going to jack up the prices you had better call the owner first to confirm thats its okay. This was a verbal agreement.Next issue when I picked it up the wiring didn't even work. I had to take it back to get "fixed". The wiring is stretched so tight that it will need to be redone by a professional at some point.Third issue is that the owner or anybody in the office won't return phone calls to fix the issue with the overcharging. I've waited 3 weeks before posting this review. I gave them the benefit to make it right and they just ignored me. Not the place I'd take my business to ever again. Steer clear.I've also heard plenty of other complaints from others that have had work done. The price gouging is a common thing from this place.

I had a differential go out, but I had misdiagnosed the problem. Ben from TLN came out to look at it and set me straight. He was knowledgeable and professional, and although he d told me what it would cost (which was a fair rate) to have him come check my truck out, they didn t charge me because, we didn t do anything . I ll definitely be keeping their number.
