Our experience here was absolutely fantastic. We went looking and ended up buying. Ask for Kyle. He listened to what we were looking for and took us to the truck that was exactly what we needed and wanted. He was also great with our 9 year old.

I have waited to post my review until some more time had passed to make sure nothing else bad happened. I purchased a 2016 Silverado in July. I have a 2020 GMC Sierra provided by my employer so this is a weekend only vehicle. It seemed like a really good deal. The day I drove up to test drive the "certified used" truck they could not find it. I went back a few days later and someone at the dealership had been driving. The listed miles 119500 and when I drove it it had 122500. It drove okay. It sounded a little rough but it was as is and I figured a would tune it up. When I signed the papers the title said 119500. I was also told several times, AS IS! That should have been where I stopped and backed out. But, I figured it was normal. Fast forward to early September and the check engine light came on. Perfect! Get it checked out and tune up before I take it to Baldwin for a fishing trip. At this point, I'd barely driven it. I went to a different dealership that is much closer. We have been taking our GM products for years. Well, the cam was bad. I spent $7220 to have the motor rebuilt. I feel like the almost 3000 miles that it was driven is before I purchased the truck is when this happened. I'd have taken it back to them but I feel like they'd already got me! Why would I give them anymore of money. Anyway, I will not be returning to Milnes for any purchases or service.

In May we went car shopping to buy a used Equinox - never dreaming we would go home with a new one cheaper. Sal was the best - no hassle - very professional! The best car shopping We I have ever had. We had our free oil change this week. Thank you Salvadore Capriola!!

Bought (2) 2016 Chevy pick up $80,000 total with 19,000 miles on eachTrucks came with a bumper to bumper warranty. Not even 2 month and only 23,000 miles the truck is chipping paint on the front bumper, grill, both head light bezels and rear bumper. This class A lot thinks it s ok to paint over chrome I guess knowing that paint does not adhere to chrome. Brian Utter promised at time of sale that this truck would not chip paint like the last Chevy 2500 we bought from them. This place is a rip off. I contacted bbb last week. Waiting for a reply finally from the owners daughter Brook Milnes who does not know how to call people who have issues with their trucks back. They seem to put this on the back burner sense they already got there money for the Trucks. Do not buy or lease from this company because if u have any issues which the vehicle they will not do anything to fix it. I will be contacting the state of Michigan to file a complaint against their license considering they are trying to rip us off. My attorney will also be filing a lawsuit if Better business bureau is not able to get them to do the needed parts replacement. BBB said this is not the first complaint they have received. If you are still reading this review that means they still have done nothing. I will delete this review when they stand behind their junk they sell. I own Lynx Towing in Capac. I would never allow a customer to be as unhappy as I am. I will be sure to tell everyone I know or come across how bad this company ripped us off.

I have all my vehicles serviced at Milnes for over 24 years . Jason and his people in Service do a GREAT job . This is why I keep coming back.
