Purchased a 2024 Silverado from Jesse and Chris and they both made it a very pleasurable experience. Didn't make us feel like a customer at all, treated us like family. Definitely recommend the sales/finance team.

I went in for a simple oil change/tire rotation. I called a bit before to confirm appointments were running on time, I was told yes. I have been sitting in the dealership an hour and a half. Finally done. No one mentioned they were running behind nor come out to say running behind. Time to find new place

Communication skills at this place are a joke. You'd think when I bought a 42k$ truck with low mileage that the fuel filter would be fresh, not sold to me at 25% and wheel hubs that wouldn't stay on because of some bad bolts that where broke off. Then with in 3 weeks of my purchase had a glow plug go bad. Paid for that, ok fine. But then they told me they would take care of the wheel hubs for me.....never even touched them. Then they told me they'd do the fuel filter for me since it shouldn't have been sold to me like that. They didn't reset it inside the cab on the dash, and when my girlfriend went to pick it up for me, they tried to tell her a different price, and charge her for the fuel filter.....this is why I don't even waste my time with dealership service. My truck was there for 2 days, what a joke.

I've had three bad experiences with Milner Chevy Imlay City MI. I was looking at a car online the first salesperson left it out so I could stop after hours to see it. I couldn't find it because he neglected to tell me there was more than one Milnes in Imlay City. I'm from out of town so how would I know that.Number 2. I took my new Certified car in for its first oil change. Since part of my purchase agreement was two years free oil changes I was surprised when they charged me. Once that was cleared up I asked where my car was and was told outside. My previous dealer would wash all cars once serviced and bring it to you. After a couple more minutes I again asked where my car was and was again told that it was parked out on the lot somewhere. I had to walk through six inches of wet snow to get in my car. Not impressed.Strike three was when I took my husbands truck in for service on the date and time of my appointment and the dealership was closed. Posted hour were Saturday 9:00-3:00. Appointment was at 9:00. Tried to call no answer. No answering machine or answering service. Left at 9:30 and made an appointment at a different dealership.

First time ever dealing with this dealer and unfortunately it will be the last due to one dishonest person. The sales team were great and gained a customer for years but then it came down to dealing with the new business manager Vikki and they lost a customer and referrals forever as long as she is employed there which is too bad for her team of salespeople. I would hope the new owners of the dealer catch on to her ways real fast and take care of it and if they are they ones that put her in this position they need new interviewing tactics because she is dishonest and does not follow through with anything she says even when it is in writing. Whatever she tells you that she is going to do please make sure she does it right in front if you while you are in store or it will never happen.

If you are buying a brand new car or truck, prepare to be treated like royalty. If you are like myself, and give the salesperson a budget to work with on a used vehicle, prepare to be treated like trash. The sales person lied to us about the value of our trade in, and the used car manager took advantage of the fact that we had no other option. It was a horrible experience, and I cried on the way off the lot. Yes, we love the truck we came home with. But we would not have been able to make it work without the help of Rhonda in the finance department. Also, its been two weeks and we have not received the registration for the new (used) vehicle nor a part that was promised to be shipped to us for the center console.I know we couldn't afford to buy a brand new truck, but we still spent $22,000 dollars on a used one. I also know that the 2005 silverado we brought for a trade in wasn't in perfect condition, but all it needed was a $25.00 U-Joint. They promised us $1000 for the trade in, and re-nigged on the offer after we had the truck towed there for $165.00 which greatly inflated the monthly payment. We left the dealership feeling like we had been taken advantage of. I have a friend who bought a 2017 Ram 2500 last year, and the sales person treated at Milnes them like gold. I just feel like all customers should be treated the same :(

Went there and bought a 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie edition, the salesman, Jeff, kept telling me that with my trade I would easily stay in the 300 to 350 a month range. On the way to them with my trade I broke a u-joint, called and asked if he still thought I could get 1000 to 2000 for my trade before I had it towed, and he told me easily 1000. When I had it towed there for $165, I waited for almost two hours while they valued my trade. Then when the used car manager came back they told me I would only be getting 600 for my trade in (2005 Chevy Silverado 4wd). I argued that the part to make it drivable only cost 25 bucks and he said they were not going to sell it they were going to scrap it so 650 is the best they would do. Well being stuck there i took the deal expecting to have to throw another 5-600 to get the payment i wanted. Then got into the finance department and was told my payment was going to be $392.00. I said that was no where near what the salesman had promised me and with some work, Rhonda got the price down to $349.00, which although not what I was promised, was doable. Finally they told me while I went to get my truck for trade that they would detail the new one as it was quite dirty, they only half vacuumed it and called it good. There was still a pile of landscaping rocks in the bed, dog hair in the truck from the previous owner and dust and dirty handprints all over the vehicle. The used car manager was extremely rude and dismissive as well. So after all of this I will never deal with anyone but Rhonda again, because she was the only truthful employee in the bunch, and she made sure that I left happy with the deal I made. She is the workhorse in this pack of jackasses they call employees.

It took 4 days to just get car in shop to check. Lack of communication.2 days later when picking up the car, the check engine light is flashing now. Took into shop and has an unknown code. Light went out and will check code at home. Need to have better communication with customers.

Eric was great! He was professional but made the experience fun! I was so confused about what I wanted and what to do and he was honest and knowledgeable which helped me to make the right decision I won't ever go anywhere else to get a car. Go to Milnes and see Eric!!

Great place to buy a car. Went with my daughter to buy her 2nd new car there. Brian was very patient in helping her find the perfect car. We will seek him out next time we come back. No bull just straight to the best price.

This past weekend was full of test drives and online searching looking for a better vehicle for my expecting wife. Our sales rep, Joe Janssen, took care of all of our needs. He provided streamline accommodations and made a drawn out process short and sweet. Thanks for taking care of us Joe! We hope to do business in the near future.

3 different ocassions I have reported a problem with my car and was not believed that the problem happened. I have a Malibu. I have had 2 and loved them both. In my recent Malibu, when releasing my seat belt, the metal part that inserts, will not slide down the belt when getting out. It stops about half way down, the metal part sticking straight out and actually stuck into the arm rest and made a hole. It has happened 4 or 5 times and would enter the arm rest in tha same spot each time. Stuck solid enough that I thought my door was sticking, but it was the metal part of the seat belt holding strong enough that I needed to yank to get it open. Unfortunately no one at the dealership believed me. The first time I reported it the person that looked at it said that he found it hard to believe that this happened, but it did, because when I got the door open each of the times it happened I had to pull the seat belt out of the vinyl of the arm rest.

Milnes Staff are extremely helpful, but I have to especially give a huge shout out to Eric Heim who has taken care of me and any concern I've had since buying my Journey from him 2 years ago. Still to this day he is always there to help out in any way he possibly can. So Thank You Eric for everything you've done for me, I can't thank you enough!!

Jesse Gregory was patient and answered all of my questions. Buying a car can be a very daunting experience, Jesse made it much less of an anxiety ridden experience. Would recommend to others I know.

Drove all the way from Saginaw to pick up my Smartcar. Very efficient and fast on paperwork and resolving any issues. When I called to reserve car, they actually held it instead of, "(s)orry, first come first serve!"

You would think that the sales person wants to sell you a car . I was there twice filled out paperwork No Call. I call 3 days later left a couple of massages still no call back been over 2 weeks not very happy with miles

I'm not happy with milnes. I will NEVER recommend them. They kept changing the monthly payment, down payment, interest rate. I went with right way in fort gratiot. I'm very happy.
