This was a great experience, no B.S. an excellent straight forward transaction. Which I appreciate. Also all the extras they give u for free, I bought a used 2021 Grand Cherokee and free first oil change (full synthetic) free door ding protection, free key fob (if necessary) , free dinner voucher (very nice restaurant). Here s something else cool, my salesman (Alex) delivered it right to my driveway and I signed paperwork in my garage.I will definitely buy again from this dealership.

Hey y all, long time listener first time caller.. Traded in my 2019 kia soul (which was purchased from the Lelonde summit place Kia dealership) for a 23 compass.. The basic girly, white SUV. I love it! Not my first jeep and won t be my last.Tyler was our guy, I think that s his name..he has a chocolate lab (I m a girl obviously I remember you have a dog pic on your desk). Tyler was easy going, had all the answers for all of my questions and worked hard to get me the best deal possible.The service department is nice as well. Got my oil changed ( they were somewhat busy) and was out within 30 min.Thank you Lelonde.. I ll be back eventuallyMy hubby also bought his jeep here, that was before they remodeled. The building is all shiny and new!At this point I m convinced any Lelonde dealership is worth shopping at!!!

Joe has been an excellent service leader to work with. Over the last year I have had 3 experiences with the service department and I wouldn t hesitate to call with my next issue. The quality of service has exceeded expectations. The facility has a great waiting area and is very clean. Would highly recommend.

My family and I needed to turn in our lease and sign for a new one. Scott Amon made this transaction the most comfortable situation I have had since I began leasing in 2007. The numbers were on point and Scott took the time to ensure he was fitting us with the best possible option. We left the dealership feeling excited, comfortable about our purchase and happy with the model that was given to us. The people at the dealership also made us feel important, welcome and comfortable. I gotta say, out of all the dealerships I have worked with, this is by far my most enjoyable one. Scott has made a lifelong customer and I will be back for my next purchase. Thanks for the great conversation, the great vehicle, and the great service and transparency. Great family owned and operated dealership!! They have the best sales team I ve seen in a dealership for years. My sales rep, Sam, and his teammate Joe got me through all the paperwork and in my dream truck within no time at all! I would recommend them to anybody looking to finally have a good experience purchasing a vehicle!

I took in my vehicle to get fixed. they charged me $500 dollars to replace battery. when problem occurs after I picked up, I called them and they told me basically to just drive it and put me on back burner they said 3 to 5 days to look at it. I know it's convenient to take my vehicles there but unfortunately I will not be going back. when you call them to explain the recurring problem, they seem to not want to work with you

I had a great experience at LaLonde Chrysler! Alex and the entire staff were great! Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and worked their hardest to make sure I had a good experience there! Out of all the dealerships I contacted, LaLonde had the best pricing and made the best deal! I would highly recommend LaLonde to anyone buying or leasing a vehicle!

Wonderful experience! What a great team - friendly and personable! Alex Hoffman (sales) and Ali (financial manager) were so knowledgeable and patient with all our questions. Most dealerships just hand u the keys, not only did they hand us the keys, but they gave us additional perks that surprised us and were much appreciated! Was not good, I took my van to get a quote on my window that came off the track, I left the van with them,they called me the next day telling me my van needs a new trans pan gasket valve cover gaskets radiator needed to be flushed out brake fluid needed to be replaced and other things as well, I asked them how much it would cost to just fix the window.I was told it would cost over 500.00 just for the window that seemed high to me so I told him I will not have it done.Whe� I went to get the van I explained to him that I just had the trans pan gasket and valve covers replaced I offered to show him my receipt, he just said that I owe him 175.00 dollars, I told him I thought that was a lot for just a quote on my window, why they would even need to open the hood and put it on the hoist to look at the window I don't know,after are conversation he did take 50.00 off the bill,I thanked him for that. I have no problem paying for the quote but to be told it needed gaskets that it didn't need and charged 175 dollars for a quote was not being honest or fair I try to keep all my business local,that doesn't help!!

Moneyopoly game flyer this dealership sent out is a waste of your time. Our numbers lined up indicating that we won the free TV so we called the number to verify with our code and the message said we did. Then I received another call from someone at the dealership congratulating me and my family. I then asked when we could pick it up. He proceeded to tell me anytime Saturday or into next week and gave me the hours of when they were open. Even after reading the fine print that said no purchase necessary and a bunch of irrelevant info, he statement sounded pretty truthful to me telling us we could pick up anytime! My parents drive over an hour to pick it up all to be told we didn t win How are people supposed to trust a dealership like that who lies to potential customers! Definitely will not return here even tho we were interested in a jeep

6 months of owning a vehicle from this dealership, it's been in for repairs a total of 6 weeks during that time and every time their customer service stinks. Bad attitudes even from management and even tried to charge me a 1200$ repair for maintenance that should have been done before selling me a pre owned. Great experience with our salesman but the service center and management has lost out business for good!

Prior to working with Dave, the car shopping process had been so overwhelming. Words cannot express how easy and stress free he made this process. I don't feel there is going above and beyond for the customer took my Jeep in for an issue and had multiple issues and corporate policy states they have to charge $175 per issue you bring it in for just for them to look at it and to me that is ridiculous there is no going above and beyond for the customer very unhappy will only go back for dealer only items due to this policy. My vehicle has under 100,000 miles on it and the screen makes different colors and sometimes is unusable and luckily it doesn't affect the operation of the vehicle but it's not satisfactory that the dealership would not look at it for me when I already had it in for over a thousand dollars worth of repairs

Sam and Ali were amazing! I went to 2 different dealership before coming to LaLonde and they took great care of me! Got me the best price on a 2023 Jeep lease and had available inventory!! Not too many dealerships can say that. No need to look anywhere else, make this dealership your 1st stop, hands down best price and service! Thank you both for treating me like family!

The staff, especially Marc, was very helpful! Marc explained my repair and detail and kept me updated on the progress of the repair. In addition, he was kind and courteous and provided me with a much needed rental car while my vehicle was being repaired. I will refer LaLonde service department to all my family and friends! I live over an hour away and DEFINITELY worth the drive!! Awesome experience!!!

We were able to purchase a used/new Jeep. Mark our salesman was awesome, he answered all of our questions and was able to get us a fair turn in value. We will recommend LaLonde.Revision: 4 mos after purchasing my Compass a lady ran a red light and totaled my jeep. It took almost 2 months for the Gap Inurance to pay it off, meanwhile I was making payments on a totaled vehicle. Im still waiting to be reimbursed for the key fab portion of the service plan I purchased. This is due from Lalonde directly. I have called several times and never seem to get anything but being politely passed around. Its been over 2 months now and Im still waiting for them to send this payment so I can completely close out my account at the lender. I have begun looking for a new vehicle but I wont be going back to Lalonde and wont recommend them either!

Service department is awesome! I come from out of town just to see these guys. That s how good they take care of me. They are knowledgeable and the customer service is top notch.
