The associates at the Imlay City Autozone went above and beyond to help me get what I needed in order to change the brakes on my car. They even helped take the abs part off the caliper and install it on the new one. I am beyond pleased with the service I received and will recommend them to family and friends.

Stopped at this location on my way home to Illinois when our headlight went out close to dark. The associate left the building and helped me change my headlight. Very helpful and a lifesaver!

The local car wash had just mangled my passenger side mirror on my gorgeous 1995 F-150 Ford truck. The brushes ripped it off and it was hanging by the wires!! Parts Manager Brad and Manager Chrystal were AWESOME to work with at the store. He put a rush order on two new fold away mirrors and she made sure my truck didn t sustain any more damage by carefully taping my mirror to the side window. Made it the 12 miles home safely and new mirrors should be in tomorrow afternoon Under the circumstances I was happy to get such amazing and caring service!!!

WRONG PARTS!Every time without fail they will give you the wrong part. Don't waste your time or gas because honestly you will!

Stopped in for some spark plugs and had great service. The young man at the counter was extremely polite and got me checked out fast. I've been coming to AutoZone for over 10 years and this location was clean, well organized, and the staff all seemed rather upbeat.

They have time to play bocce ball in the store but can't update their inventory have been going for over 10 years.completely unacceptable not professional at all.

Felipe is awesome!!!! Changed my battery fast in 8 degree weather!!! He deserves a raise! He is heaven sent and is the man! Recommend this place 10/10!

I am an USAF veteran on my way home Sunday night March 5. I was going home pulling a trailer and found the trailer lights not working. The two guys working this evening went WAY out of their way to fix my car/trailer connection, this took them 30minutes past their time to go home and spend time with their families. Thank You to whom I believe his name to be Mike and his co-worker.

The sales associate I had was very polite and helpful. He pointed me in the direction of what I needed instead of hover over me in the aisle, which I prefer. Check out was swift and trouble free even though there was a line.

Good service, almost all of the staff will go out of their way to help you get the right part the 1st time, and if they dont have it most of the time it will be there the next day. Joni, James, Josh and even the drivers will go out of their way to help you.All in all this is where I go to get my parts, good bunch of people who know what they are talking about when you need the right part.

Heidi and Krystal at the Imlay City store are the absolute best! they replaced my tail light for me, and it was quite a bit of trouble. It was freezing cold out, and those ladies were troopers! I will come here from now on for all of my auto needs!

Had a battery, purchased at AZ, that wasn't performing as it should - Phillipe' changed it out with a new one, and installed my new wiper blade for me also. No "attitude" about it. Thanks so much!

Called my local Auto Zone, after 3-4 rings Brian answered with a warm and bright, "Auto Zone, how can I help you" I explained I'd gotten a Optima batt for daughters car (now in Fla) and could he look up my sale to see if it still has warranty. I end with another question, due to the much longer # of rings I normal wait for at this well run store, I'd asked, "Are you busy this morning?" answer, "It's cold out and we are "slammed" because of that." I offered to call back when they were not as busy. He gave me an unexpected answer of, "Oh no, I'll take care of you now" What customer service from Brian. As a former Service Manager/Director of over 35 years (now retired) that is the employee that "smiles" when he talks on the phone and who ever is in front of him is the most important person in his world this second.Thanks for great service today, and every time I come in. I hope you are recognized by management and corporate. Your staff will get donuts, next time I come in, because of you. It's the small stuff that makes the difference. Thanks Brian. OH Yea, Brian was spot on with his WX report, it was -2.7f this brisk Imlay City morning. Brrrrrr

Just what you would expect from an AutoZone. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who are willing to help.I like this location. They are usually not that busy and they have adequate staffing levels. The store is clean and well kept. They are well stocked.I have shopped at this location several times over the past 10 years. They have almost always had the parts I needed.

Drove all the way to the store to pick up the part that I ordered online and it was the wrong part in the Box thank God I checked it before I left the store. I had to drive 25 miles near the store to exchange the part that was wrong with the store that I was at. I am not overly enthused by the lack of attention to detail. I am not sure of my future dealings with autozone.

Came in at 6:30 p.m. Tue February13 to buy replacement bulbs for my headlights and turn signal. When i asked if they had anything to help pull the broken bulbs out i was told "nope, you're fingers should work fine". I thought the AutoZone employees were supposed to be helpful.....what happened to that? I hope i don't need to put any names on here for somethingto be done and i hope that i get some kind of response from AutoZone. I am not impressed and will most likely NOT be coming back. On top of that, when i couldn't find my rewards card, i was offered another, but didn't get one.

Not your store if you want any information about a Diesel. They will run around your questions while they attempt to look it up on google, tell you that the girl who drives a diesel is their go to person (just because she drives one) and in the end still not answer your questions. As a woman, I m all about equal opportunity, but come on, at least hire women who know SOEMTHING about vehicles. Otherwise, it s your basic AutoZone with great men who can get you the parts need (only reason for 3 stars).

They almost always stock the stuff you need and as a former auto tech, I like that they usually have a good/better/Best part to choose from. They've always been friendly and helpful when I've been there as well.

Every time we go there the staff is not very helpful and seem to have no knowledge of automotive issues or parts unless its something they can look up on the computer. I can not tell you how many times we have to take parts back because we were sold the wrong part.
