So for a six dollar basic wash it s not terrible. It deafly got the salt off my car but it does leave soap on my car being touchless. Obviously it doesn t clean the greatest but for it being cold outside and wanting to just get the salt off my car for six dollars. I can t complain too much but definitely sucks having to figure out about getting the soap off my car now and the fact that it almost just looks like it rained on my car not that it was actually washed.

Tried new automatic "touchless" wash and the sprayer slammed into the back of my truck and then shut down leaving my truck covered in soap. Had to pull into a different bay and pay again to rinse my truck myself.

Coin machine only takes 1s and 5s. Not the biggest deal but will have to remember this for next time. So instead of running down the road to break a 10 I decided to swipe my card. Well there's no selection on how much you want to spend or the time you want to wash for. It automatically charged my card $10 for about 6 or so minutes. A little ridiculous I had to spend $10 to not even have enough time to rinse the soap off my truck. I found 4 quarters in the truck but the additional minute and a half didn't help much either. I had to finish the rinse after I got home. A combination of the sprayer being weak(requiring more time to actually remove any dirt or soap from the vehicle) and the brush being too soft(requiring you to scrub twice as long to remove any stuck on dirt) makes for an uneffective carwash and hense the bad review. I wish this place was great, I am an Ida local and prefer to support my immediate community. Mack's car wash on Dunbar in monroe is my preferred place to go. Although it is quite a drive, it only cost me $6 to wash the whole truck and if I run out of time I only have to add a quarter to start it back up (not $2.00)!Response to owner: I appreciate your kind response. The bay I used was the one on the right as pulling in. I definitely understand the need for a softer brush in order to protect the paint. I don't expect any sort of refund but I appreciate the kind gesture. I'm not sure what I could have hit on the card reader to automatically load $10 onto the machine. I swiped the card and it just kept counting up. I typically hand wash my vehicles most of the year, weather permitting, but I will give it another try next winter when I need a quick salt or mud rinse. I do like the exterior bay for trailers/equipment.

Since the new owners have been upgrading, it is a much better car wash than it used to be. Machines now take credit cards, but the change machines now don't work so either bring quarters or a card.New system seems to work well, but I'm still not 100% that this is tied into the city water system since if you don't "final rinse" you'll get spots on glass.

I went there to wash my truck and heard it was upgraded. I put my quarters in enough for over 5 minutes. I did a pre-soak and did the entire truck with 3:30 to spare. I switched to wash and it completely shut down and time still ticking down, no water at all! So I'm waiting and after a couple minutes it came back. I added some quarters in to recoupe my time. I washed the truck with the wand and wanted to hit a few spots with the brush and hung wand grabbed brush and soap is liquid not foam and running all over the place and also where hose clamp is connected to the brush handle had a ware spot with a hole so soap ran down my arm and on my shirt. (I really don't care about my close) but still it should not have happened. A swival should be there to keep hose from twisting and a strain relief should be on the hose to keep it from bending, or a better hose. I believe it was better before the upgrade. Just my opinion

Paid 9 dollars for it to only wash half of my truck. Highly disappointed.

Went to use the vacuum to the closes to the dollar general side and the vacuum barely sucked so I wasted 75 cents on it and wouldn t even vacuum anything up.
