I have been utilizing Kory and his staff for at least 10+ years now. I don't have one complaint. Yes, having to get cars fixed sucks, but Rozema's Car Care has always gone out of their way to help out and minimize the pain as much as possible. Kory even went out of the way to pick me up and run me home when my Denali crapped out recently. Communication from his staff has always been top-notch as well. I'll never take my vehicles anywhere else.

Have been taking my vehicles to Rozema's for a few years now and have always been beyond satisfied with the service, response time, and communication. Everyone from the front office, techs, and owners have treated us with respect and have always been willing to explain their recommendations in a very approachable and understanding way.

I had them take a look at my G6 before I put it up for sale. They came back with an estimate of almost double the value of the car. I followed up and went to pick my car up to get a second opinion. When I went to pick it up the head mechanic told me if I were to drive the car on the road my entire front wheel assembly would fall off. He continued and attempted to scare me into getting the problems fixed. I took my G6, drove it 200 miles to my hometown mechanic (master technician for Al Sierra) and he laughed at what I told him. He said almost 75% of the problems were minor wear and tear. He fixed all of the issues for $800. Be careful of this place.

Rozema s has been around for a long time. I can see why! They did brake work on my wife s car and she says it s like driving a new car again! Their communication is phenomenal and service is excellent.

Your cost to repair my truck was astronomical! $1800 to replace a waterpump and all the fixins and 3 hours of labor. I took the truck home and did the work myself, and I'm no expert to say the least, and had the job done in 4 hours and only $200 in parts! Ridiculous! I will never bring my vehicles back, and will tell everyone to avoid you!Service: Vehicle Inspection

Reading the reviews about this place made me want to give them a shot. I have not been disappointed. They have been very helpful since my first visit. I am always happy to see how they do the billing as you get to approve the things you want them to do and you have the pricing there to decide. My car is older and they have recommended some updates that I would have never thought to check on. They take that extra step to make sure your car is safe, which is super important to me. Thank you to Kory, Jennifer and his team for having such a great business! You've got another customer for life!

Great service and staff! They were able to take my car in right away, and everyone was super kind. They did not try to sell me something I didn't need. (Actually, they were honest and told me I DIDN'T need a costly repair.) The car is running great! This was my first time taking my vehicle to Rozema's. I was impressed from my first interaction. I prefer to not talk on the phone, so I emailed Rozema's about getting my car in for service. They responded via email and I was able to schedule everything electronically.When I dropped my vehicle off, they were prepared for my arrival, so that part of the process was stress-free and quick.After they inspected my vehicle, I received a text with details on what needed to be fixed. The repairs were listed in order of necessity. I was able to approve or deny each repair individually. The costs were listed for each individual repair.My car repair was completed that day. When I picked up the vehicle, the office staff were friendly yet professional. I already knew what the cost was because of the details on the text with the repairs, so there was no "sticker shock" when it came time to pay.The following day, I received a telephone call from Rozema's. They told me that they had mistakenly charged me for a part that they did not have to use and told me I would be receiving a refund for the cost of the part.I typically deal with my dealership for vehicle repairs, but my experience at Rozema's was such that I will return there for future repairs. While I am confident in my dealership to repair my vehicle correctly, I am not confident that I am not charged for parts not used. Rozema's earned my loyalty by their honesty, efficient service, and professional and friendly demeanor.

They were able to get me in right away and make repairs so I could get on the road again. Their thorough inspection of my vehicle was impressive. Today once one finds excellent service with a business you can trust it's a treasure. The kind of trust that you would feel comfortable sending your own mother. That's what Rozema's is to our family. We have used Rozema s many times in the past for most of our car maintenance needs, they are trustworthy and do excellent work. Our latest visit was for a flat tire, they diagnosed the issue and worked me in immediately. Their service is friendly and top notch. I ve been going to Rozema s for years now, and I refuse to take my car anywhere else. They ve helped me keep my rusted out piece of junk safe and drivable, and when I finally got a new car, they were just as excited as me! The entire staff is not only extremely friendly, but they are very good with communication! I always feel at ease taking my vehicle in for any service, and I know I m getting the best quality and care. I got all new tires on my Ford Expedition and also a lightbulb replaced in one of my brake lights. The mechanics also did a full inspection as I was taking a road trip to Florida (where we live) with my truck. The price I paid was great, the service was awesome, and I went on my trip with confidence knowing that my truck was safe and ready. Rozema s also finished the work more than an hour earlier than expected. Calling to schedule our brakes and rotors was easy. When they sent me the quote it reflected related parts that could possibly need repay or replaced so there everything was there for me to see. This left me happy knowing the worst case scenario cost if everything was bad vs getting a call once they got things apart to find out there were more issues and cost. Once my car was at the shop, they followed up to tell me that only brakes and rotors needed to be replaced and nothing else. Soon after I got another call stating the vehicle was ready for pick up (like their drop off and pick up process as well). I picked up the vehicle and then received a follow up the next day to see how everything felt. Great customer service! I will be going there in the future tor my auto repairs. Easy to schedule. Everything completed on promised time. Very thorough with inspection and a print out of all needed repairs with prices for parts and labor for each repair. Also support and give back to Hudsonville Christian schools!! Great staff and HONEST people which can be hard to find nowadays. Had multiple repairs and maintenance done here for my Subaru.(O2 sensor,brake switch, exhaust system, belts,oil change) I was recommended this place by a coworker and figured I'd try it out. They are very friendly, honest, and helpful. I saved several HUNDREDS of dollars going here. It's so hard to find anywhere that actually cares and doesn't overcharge or lie to you about what you car needs. Im so glad I found this place and definitely will be back!:)

I'm so well pleased with the services I receive from Rozema's Car Car (RCC).I'm grateful to call this Company " My Mechanic" I truly believe they care about one of my most important investments I rely on daily. They take the initiative to preform maintenance reminders to ensure my ride is running properly and for my safety. They have been on point on troubleshooting and well pleased with their knowledge.
