I take all my vehicles here for oil changes, they know me by name. I always get excellent, quick, reliable and consistent service here. Mike is excellent. I leave feeling like they've taken care of my vehicle and I like they would their own car and mother. Just look at how clean the floor is, you don't get that everywhere and it shows me how they care

This place always takes such good care of me. So easy to just swing through. They Tell me if I have a light out, or show me my nasty cabin filter . If I could leave zero stars I would. This place way over tightened the oil filter on my fiance's car, causing her car to leak all the oil out of the engine. I replaced the oil filter because it was 7:30 on a sunday night and they were not open. They then gave us the run around about replacing the filter myself. They also took advantage of my fiance and sold her on things she didn't need. This place will take advantage of the women who go here and all they care about is money. I did not get a refund for my oil change they offered to give me a coupon back to their shop (like I would ever go back there after what they did to her car). This place is unprofessional and should not be trusted. Truly a shady shop and shady business practices. The district manager is no help either will not get me in contact with anyone higher than him of course because he knows they made mistakes. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!

This was my first time getting an oil change at Performance Plus in Hudsonville. The guys were fast, friendly, and funny! They let me know things that needed replacing, like my air filter and license plate light, but didn't pressure me into having it done. I felt like they were thorough in checking everything and that I got great service! I'll definitely be a regular customer.Service: Oil change

A very pleasant experience here. It's been a while since I've been to a quick oil change but that will change. They even informed me about my truck's recalls and pointed to a dealership to get it serviced. Great experience here.

I have always loved Hudsonville for its customer service. I wish I knew the owner of this oil change station to explain how their employees just spoke to my wife in such a condescending way. I sent her with my F350 ($118 dollar oil change) I picked up my own filter because I really like a particular brand and was told by the employee on the phone that was not a problem at all and they would just remove that from the bill. Upon arrival it was clear that it was an issue and at the end they reduced $2 for not using their filter. She asked them a couple different questions and condescending remarks are beyond my understanding. I've been a business owner and I would be appalled and want to know this was happening if it was my business.Service: Oil change

Quickest oil change I ever had. Fast friendly service. 5.15.2020 Update guess this was too fast. Had a bad oil leak. Come to find out they didn't tighten up the drain plug, my engine started knocking and no oil was touching the dipstick. Upon going in there today and for all the extra oil synthetic oil I bought and potential damage on my car I asked for a free oil change. They stated they had to call their boss and would call me in an hour. I never received a call. I will never go there again or any other Performance Plus. I should have stayed with Valvoline

I have been going to Performance Plus in Hudsonville for years . I always had good , fast, quality service . Mike has always done a great job for me and tonight I had Justin service my car and he did a great job as well. They did not properly reinstall my heat shield after an oil change. When addressed, they took the part and said they would order the necessary parts to reinstall it. 3 months passed and it was time for another oil change. I called to see if they would be able to reinstall and they had never ordered the parts. The story changed several times and when I arrived on site to pick up the part, it wasn t there. They assured me they would have it within 2 business days. When reinstalled, it didn t stay on 24 hours and I found it was attached with a zip tie and no sign of proper parts. They are unprofessional and unreliable and I do not recommend any women who rely on those supposedly trained to work on your vehicle to bring any business here.

Alright giving this place a 4 star only because the staff was cool. Now in saying that i understand product is short. But please dont sell stuff u have not checked to see if u have. It happen twice back to back. Air filter and incab filter are big please folks check your inventory b4 u sell to a customer. Other then that i would return in the furture because the guys were cool. Plus price is fair in market.

Usually where I take my car for oil changes. Very fast and the mechanics are friendly, helpful and honest! For an oil and filter change plus brake light check, free windshield fluid, and more was about $60. I was in and out in 20 minutes tops!

Despite my showing up near closing both the folks working there were extremely polite and friendly. They even showed me how to use a few of my husband's cars functions that I didn't even know existed. See: "New fangled gadgets!!"

I have gone here a few times for a simple oil change and never have left w/o spending at least $100. I understand that is what they do just like every other company, try to up sell, up sell, up sell but it gets old. And they do get me on a few things when I think they are being legit and maybe really do care about the fluids on my vehicle and whatnot - but if I did everything they keep coming to me with when I just want an oil change, I probably wouldn't drive out of there with spending anything less then $200! And this is what finally got and makes me think that they are somewhat scamming people.. I went to this particular location to just get an oil change a week or two ago and had the usual spiel on trying to get me to do this, flush that, change this thing out and blah blah. One of the things they do is check your lights/ blinkers for you and that is when the gentleman working said one of my taillights were out and asked if I would like him to change it out for me (for a small fee, of course). I declined, since I do know how to do that myself. I left that day spending $110 instead of the $35 I planned on just for oil change, again. I went and bought lights for my tail/brake light and just today went to go change it out. I wanted to double check which one he had said was out and low and behold, neither one was out.?! So.. he told me it was out and offered to replace when it never was out.??? What is that all about? I think scam for sure, just wanting every penny they can get out of you. I definitely will not ever be going here again and everyone that may read this, keep it in mind if you do go to one of these places!

I had gone to two other places for an oil change and they both did not have an oil filter for my car. Performance PQOC also did not have the oil filter but they went out of their way and got a filter from another store for me! Thanks so much!

Best place I've ever gone to. Such a kind and sweet staff. I always go here for all my car needs. They dumb things down for me when needed, and they always let me know if there is something concerning I should know about my car.

Don't go here. They scammed my teenage daughter. They charged her $62 for an oil change with no add ons. They tried to upsale her left and right and she turned them down so they charged her an additional $20 over the cost of the oil change for "labor". Funny anywhere else you go the price of labor is included in the oil change price. This was her first time going on her own to get an oil change and the first time getting it done there. They tried to upsale her for stupid things like cleaning her headlights. She knew not to accept upsales, but they never quoted her an amount until they charged her. The sign out front says $21.99. she thought that was what she would pay. Considering how much she has paid elsewhere she had no reason to expect it would be more than $35. She is a teen working for minimum wage. $62 is a full days work for her and these guys are lining their pockets off of unsuspecting people.Don't go here unless you want to pay too much and get scammed. Even a car dealerships charge less than them.

I went there today with my boyfriend's car and left feeling like I was a victim. Shortly after they scanned the VIN number a sheriff deputy arrived. The workers spoke to the officer then asked me the same questions at different times which made me feel like I was being intereigated. I paid $115 for an oil change in Wich they never checked for my headlights, brakelights or turn signal. Also didn't tell me how the the other engine fluides were or filters. The officer never questioned me, or detained me, but I felt the whole situation was odd. I will never do business with this establishment again.

Stripped out a bolt for my splash guard on my 2010 Subaru last oil change is half in the winter and didnt tell me about it. Once my spring oil change came around and I went to do it myself (since there is no snow on the ground). Get 5 mins into the job and only 2 out of three bolts came out....now last time I did my oil they came out and went back in perfectly (obviously, or the technician would have said hey I need to remove and replace a stripped bolt to take off you splash guard.) So if they are going to play hush hush over a stripped bolt, what else are they going to keep quite? I will change my review once my car is repaired to the state it was before their hands were on it.No longer will return.

***BEWARE*** this place will lie and scam you, try to sell you things you don t need. The technician even admitted to me that the $50 engine flush was not necessary and was a waste of money, but he sure did push it. Please don t waste your time or money here. Dropped from 4 stars to 1 star because of today experience. Driving in to get my oil changed and I get cut off in the parking lot by an employee and then given the "stare down" while that employee walked from their vehicle to the building. The "tough guy act" while at work, doesn't look good for your company.

I was trying to fill my tires at the gas station next door, with a broken arm. The guys at Performance called me over and took car of my tires and checked all my fluid levels for no charge. I had never been there. Very friendly and I will be back for future service.

For oil change places, they are fair priced and always open for "walk ins." They don't try to up sell you, and are super friendly.
