I highly recommend the team at HT Auto. I have brought all of my vehicles to these guys, and it s always been a very good experience. They are very reasonably priced with their labor, and communication is amazing as well.Can t say enough about these guys. I recommend them to a lot of different people that need service done on their vehicles.

These guys are awesome! I am very skeptical about shops with being fair and upfront about issues. But I have no worries with these guys! Super helpful and knowledgeable about a wide range of vehicles. They really do work with you and inform you about all needed repairs. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I never go anywhere else for help with my car. They have convenient hours and are always willing to help. I trust Ross and Jason to fix my car and be honest with me every time. Fair pricing and great service. Highly recommend.

Good service and fair pricing. I think they may need more clear signage as it was kind of hard to find. We had our ac repaired here. I initially thought it was a bad compressor, but after they checked it out they said we had a line that had leaked and corrosion had resealed it. They were upfront about pricing and called to make sure we wanted to continue service before it was performed.

This shop is simply amazing. It took a little longer to get in but it was well worth the wait (obviously if they are so busy there is a several day wait to get in, they must be doing something right!) I was impressed how they were forthcoming about exactly what the issue was and how reasonable the labor and parts cost were! Great service and great value. I will be back again.

After not getting ANY response from Rosewood Auto in Jenison multiple times (I called and called, left multiple voice mails, and called some more), I eventually gave up and took my Jeep into Bob's Transmission (Another fantastic joint). Upon discovering that the issue with my Jeep wasn't actually the transmission, I was referred to Heritage. I was a bit weary of trying out a new service shop but since I was getting no response from Rosewood, I figured I'd give it a shot. Not only did Heritage get me right in, but they were able to diagnose and fix my Jeep that day. Extremely knowledgeable guys, very friendly, trustworthy, and the price was fantastic! When dropping off my Jeep, they even offered to give me a ride back so that I wouldn't have to wait for a pick up. I highly recommend these guys! I'm so happy I found them. They have a customer-for-life in me.

Have been here 2 times so far and would highly recommend this auto repair shop. Extremely reasonable pricing and willing to go the extra mile for their customers! The manager and service people are very nice and informative. Thanks for the amazing service received!!! 2006 VW Jetta TDI - 372k miles :)

Looking for an ethical and honest Auto Service Company? ... Than look no further, HT Auto Service is it. Today I had my older vehicle (2002) serviced to replace "squeaking belts". Later in the day, HT called to inform me that the belts were just loose and they only had to be tightened, not replaced. HT could have very easily replaced these belts and charged me accordingly, but they DID NOT. Bravo HT... this gives me hope that there still are at least some ethical humans left in the world! They look really honest.I've been there once.It is a shop I can trust.The downside is that have to wait 2 weeks for an appointment.ButI'm planning on ask my car soon.

Good work at reasonable prices. Debit and credit card users beware they charge and extra % on top of the bill. Bring cash if you want to save a few bucks.

HT auto service was recommended to me to get my car fixed.. I love the service and the communication between me and the owner and mechanic once they figured out the problem i was having with my motor. I wont go anywhere else they are an amazing auto service place and would highly recommend anyone to go there!!

Fixed my nightmare electrical problems in my Aztek for way cheaper than I expected, they're extremely nice, courteous, and never tried to sell me something I didn't need. They will take your suggestions on where to start with no attitude. Given the choice I will never take my car anywhere else.

They could have made $2000 off of a timing job but they recommended not to do it. Really tells you a lot for a company to turn down two grand for being honest!

Went in to get my vehicle checked and looked over for leaks. Went to pick it up and they didnt charge me at all! Of all the first times at a repair shop, these guys take the cake!
