Amazing customer service, really nice people. Didn t try to jip me or nothing, just straight up with everything that was wrong with my car. Quick and good work, car came back great, highly recommended to anyone looking to get some work done to their car.

Super pleased!!I had some tires I needed mounted and balanced, but they're oversized (35x12.5x17) so not everywhere has the equipment to handle that size... I figured Forest Grove would be able to do it.I called and spoke with their receptionist, really nice young lady!, she set me up with an appointment a couple days later, told me it generally takes an hour and a half or so... I said "perfect!".Loaded my tires into my Jeep, got there 10 mins early, left em with my Jeep and went out for breakfast with my mom. I could have stayed as they have a very comfortable waiting room with coffee and sofas and little creature comforts. Even my kid was happy playing in their little children's area when we got back.An hour and a half after my appointment time, my Jeep was finished. She didn't lie! The tech who did my tire swap was quite thorough with his inspection. They even check how much brake pad you have left! He found all her flaws 10/10 would definitely recommend these guys to anyone. They're even cheaper than Discount Tire... By a fair sum.

I ve been going here for years I m unsure if I will continue to bring my vehicles here. My parents went here until they came back 3 different times to fix the same problem their mechanics swore was fixed. I was quoted $4k to fix brakes on my truck that I got fixed for $800 at a different shop. Also recently had a friend bring his 17 Silverado for an oil change and they didn t put enough oil back into the engine. They shorted him 2 quarts. My buddy had to go buy his own oil after already paying for oil he didn t receive. And all they could offer was a free oil change. Not a fair trade considering my buddy now paid for 2 oil changes. Not my problem so not my argument to make but just fuel to the fire of hesitating to bring my cars here again.

We use Forest Grove Auto for all our ATV tires and they always take great care of us. Highly suggested we even came to their mercy a few years back on July 2 or 3 crossing our fingers and they pulled through for our July 4 trip.

WOW! This is honestly the best shop I have ever taken my cars to. The service is top notch and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. It is also the CLEANEST shop I have ever been to. They took care of both my fiancee's and I's vehicle with great care and the proper recommended maintenance for each vehicle. I can't thank the guys and gals enough for all they have done to keep our cars on the road. Thank you Matt, Brittany, Ryan, and all of the techs for your amazing work. I called to make an appointment and the employee Brittany was very helpful and friendly. And she went out of her way to accommodate my needs with ease. My appointment is scheduled for Tuesday at 11:AM. More to come...my appointment was today and I couldn't be any happier with the people and the service. The waiting area is also very comfortable. Hats off to Forest Grove Auto. And I got an amazingly fair quote for 3 other jobs that I want and need to get done.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. They have provided a loaner vehicle free of charge for two times I have been here. Staff also goes in great depth and detail about what s wrong with your vehicle and what the components of the vehicle does! Will also provide video evidence of what is wrong with your vehicle so that you can see it hands on, which is really cool and helpful! In addition, they provide many types of communication such as email, phone calls and, texting. A few days before your appointment they will send a text having you confirm your appointment. Pricing is very fair and I will definitely be returning for future services!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

When ever we are in need of a repair. I have no problem bringing any of our 3 vehicles to Forest Grove. They have always been professional and courteous. They have done many repairs for us and have been happy every time. The staff is always friendly. Wouldn't hesitate in bringing our vehicles back. Would recommend they to friends and family. They are a Christian base business.

From the moment I met them at a Hudsonville Chamber event, I knew I was in good hands. They went above and beyond to get my A/C unit fixed, communicating constantly despite there being supply chain issues. They also provided a loaner vehicle which saved the day. Very friendly and trustworthy. We have taken our vehicles there 4x now and they always fix within a day and we have always been able to use a loaner. Convenient and great communication between staff and customer.

We had a flat tire on the 4th of July and it just happened to be near this business. They were closed for the holiday, but the owners were there and noticed us in the parking lot. They came out and asked if we needed help. They ended up putting a tire on for us and did not charge us a dime. Being over 2 hours away from home, our day was saved by this wonderful couple!

I've had a number of mechanical issues over the years, and Forest Grove has delivered quality service with more than reasonable pricing. The staff is friendly, the waiting area is comfortable, the shop is clean, the service is thorough & top-notch. There are a few shops closer to me, but I don't hesitate in taking my vehicles to Forest Grove Auto.

My car was broke down and I was stranded, I live on the other side of the state. They went out of their way to get the items needed to repair my car that day. They gave me a loaner vehicle so I could go to a hotel and get some sleep while waiting for the repair.They went above and beyond any expectation I had for an auto repair shop. Their professionalism and courtesy were exceptional, outstanding. I'm only sorry I live on the other side of the state and they can't my regular repair shop.

Everything you are looking for in a repair shop. Quality service, fair prices, great communication, and honesty. They ll tell you what you REALLY need, and what you might want to consider having done, but they won t push the issue. They won t repair anything without asking for your approval. On top of all of that...the entire staff is SUPER FRIENDLY. Great people to deal with. Do not hesitate to let them take care of your vehicle.

If you live near Hudsonville or just need a good auto repair shop you can trust and guaranteed to have great customer service this is the place. Went there today for the first time and had the best experience. Going by myself I always fear they are going to try and rope me into something because of my lack of knowledge about cars and the fact I'm a female. Did not worry about that for a second with the kind friendly staff and assuming the owner who took the time to explain everything to me. Highly recommend this place. Place is very clean, nice waiting area, free WiFi , tv,cookies, coffee, treats, popcorn , water. Made the time go very fast. They even pulled my car right up to the door.

I have taken my 03 GMC Pickup Truck twice to Forest Grove Auto. The 1st time was to determine why the service engine light was on. Per my request, they did an overall assessment of my truck to determine any other repairs needed. To my surprise they found some minor work that needed to be completed. Very happy with the work performed. The 2nd time was to repair my rusted broken brake lines. Again, the overall assessment showed some other minor repairs needed. We discussed the work prior to any repairs being completed along with pricing. Both times they had done a bit better than the quoted price!! I have had a great experience with Brittney & Ryan down at Forest Grove. I would recommend their shop to others!!

Had a tire losing air, called them, they had me in the next morning, I only sat there for maybe 40 minutes and it was only 23 dollars out the door! Plus they left a little note saying they had sanitized the main touch points. Very satisfied!

Their team does a great job of diagnostics, Suburban was bought in CA. some of the issues were look at there. Have my work done with Forest Grove Auto brought it back they fix both issues. Different in price 700.00 Great job!

I had an check engine light so I took it to an auto parts store. The clerk wasn't sure and didn't want to sell me any parts. I took it to Forrest Grove and they found the real problem, which wasn't exactly what the parts store found. Through a series of text messages I agreed to have them fix it. The whole process was fast and the cost was fair. I definitely will go back.

Honest, excellent work, great customer service that's Forest Grove Auto. I have three vehicles all different makes and models from Cadillac to Carolla and they always do a great job. Honesty is one of the greatest traits for an auto mechanic. Forest Grove won't tell you that you need a repair just to get the business. They give you options and time frames. They can handle your largest repairs down to regular maintenance and tires. By the way, they have great prices on tires too. My only negative is that they are a little out of the way for me (40th and Byron Rd.) I live on the North side of Jenison, but it's worth the trip because I can trust them and they do great work. Besides their office staff is so darn nice. One more thing, they have an large, comfortable waiting room that is impeccably clean with coffee, cookies, candy even lattes. As well as clean bathrooms!!!!! This is not a hickville shop. Check them out I'm sure you will be impressed.

The heating control in my 1996 GMC Sonoma went out and Ryan was able to schedule me in last minute while I was home for the weekend. Excellent service, quality mechanics, and fair prices. Would recommend.
